1 Chapter 1
In the middle of the street, where everything is in chaos, the traffic becomes more heavy , Elijah is cuddling his best friend's body bath in blood. He is crying while his hands and body are trembling, yet people are just looking at them while waiting for the ambulance to come. He hated the fact that he wasn't able to save his best friend from the accident. The sun is shining brightly giving him a prickly feeling in his skin. He hugged her.
" Please don't die. Not now." He begged.
" E..Elijah." she murmured his name as he caressed his face weakly.
" Please don't die"
" I'm sorry." She cried, tears were visible in her face.
Elijah looked around and asked if the ambulance is already there, but the people say, it has not arrived yet.
" don't cry, don't worry Elijah" She smiled weakly.
" In the other world, I am your girl, we will be together forever and we will never be apart again. " she said while gasping for air, she find it difficult to breath.
" please."
" till we meet again " She whispered and she slowly closed her eyes . Elijah shouted and hugged his best friend's lifeless body , and later on he felt numb, he didn't even notice that the ambulance came and they took away his best friend Amari. He is just lying in the ground with his eyes fixed on the blood stains in the ground. He felt weak all over until he passed out, he also got an injury after the car accident. But fortunately ,he wasn't thrown out from the car's front glass just like what happened to Amari. However, he receive a bruised and a big wound in his skull , but he knew that he is fine, he is fine until he passed out because of stress.
Elijah waited for the day to meet his best friend again, the only family he had ever since his parents died.
He even tried to looked for her hoping he could see her in a street, in a store or maybe in a cafeteria, in a mall, or maybe, in front of his house ,However no matter how he searched for her, he never seen her again.
Until one day, while walking down the plaza where half of the place were taken over by the fraternities, He was smashed with a baseball bat in his head making him passed out.
IN THE HOSPITAL,
A huge hospital with extraordinary features, a Woman in gray dress with a titanium armored on top, and a metal bracelet on her arms, is walking down the hall, with her sword in her waist. She looks like she just came from a battle, a stain of blood is still visible in her face ,near her lips, her Blonde hair is a mess and there's still a piece of twigs near her ties. She entered the Private room and looked around, the patient is still sleeping.
" you called me? What's the problem that you have to summon me all the way here?" she asked seriously to a man sitting on the couch at the side near the door, she closed the door, her almond eyes squinted.
The man in Black cloak just shrugged his shoulder.
" I found this man in the gate, the gate that connects to the other realm, I wonder how he came here." The man said.
" so? Do I have to problem that ? I was mold to fight and protect the Vilmor, and whoever he is, he might be an enemy." She said and looked at the man. She strolled her gaze to him. She frowned.
He got different clothes and hairstyle, she didn't saw someone like him in the whole Vilmor. She took her amethyst stone and looked at it, there's a little secret about the boy that was showed. she frown and looked at him with pity.
" He is already dead." She said.
" what?"
" he will be staying with us I can say." She said and looked at the man again.
" I don't get it, how come he is dead when he's right here breathing while still asleep?" The man in a Black cloak asked.
" Well, he is that's why he is here." She said and chuckled.
" being hit by a baseball bat is not a joke." She said.
The man was surprised and looked at the woman.
" Reirei, did you just say baseball bat? What is it?" He asked.
The woman named Reirei is also surprised. She hadn't see one but she wonder how did she knew about the name.
" I , I don't know." She stammered ,when suddenly the man lying in the bed moaned.
Their attention were diverted.
" Where I am? " the man asked, as he strolled his gaze in the whole room and find two people standing beside.
" W-who are you?" he asked in panic and he moved to the other side of the bed, he is protecting himself with the pillow.
" I'm Reirei, and he is my Friend , Elias." The woman introduced herself and her friend.
The man looked at them and then he focused on her, the man find her familiar, but he didn't know where did he saw her.
" Don't be scared, we don't bite." Reirei rolled her eyes, the man calmed down, with her familiar voice.
She looks cool in her outfit.
"What's your name?" Elias asked.
" I'm Elijah, that's the only thing I remember." He said.
" Elijah?" Reirei asked, and there's something she felt when she spoke his name.
" Yeah,"
" Elijah." Reirei sighed and shrugged her shoulder, she should have not make his name a big deal.
" welcome to Vilmor, the world of glamour, but also a place of darkness, suffering, and fighting, you have to be strong in order to stay alive in a place like this." She said frankly and Elijah shivered, he didn't know what she meant.
A moment later, a doctor arrived, wearing a white Lab coat, she's going to check his vital signs.
" Reirei, nice to see you again." The doctor said and smiled when she saw Reirei, Reirei just nodded and looked away.
" he okay to be discharged now." The doctor said and after a couple of reminders, they left the hospital as soon as possible.
" Should I left him to you? You are both guys. That would be appropriate." Reirei said when they reached the outside premises.
" I'm not going to adopt him."
" Who says you will?" Reirei raised an eyebrows.
" Well, it's better if you take him with you. You're a high-rank person her in Vilmor, that would be nice. He will be safe with you than when he is with me."
" tsk! Excuses." Reirei clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes.
" you can leave me alone you guys, you don't have to take me as burden." Elijah butt in.pp
" Shut up! I just can't let you die. I still have conscience." Reirei hissed at him and Elijah shut up.
And since Elias declined to brought Elijah with him, Reirei had to take responsibility of him. She brought him home.
