1 Chapter 1: Elements (heat)

Boiled blood:

This story is a tale of how I got a second chance at life and went from a low class merchant into an abandoned orphan ridiculed as the "Weakest mage in history" in this world there are plenty of fantasy aspects magic dragons elves alchemists etc... and as the normal in this world every "person" is born with a special elemental magic (bloodline inherited and strengthened) and one non-elemental spell class like healer or buffer or lifestyle (mainly support roles). However our main character doesn't fit the definition of normal or ordinary as he had only the non-elementals ability of Spell stacker and enhanced body X1. This was because he mad no magic veins and couldn't use elemental magic allowing for a procedure of installing a secondhand non-elemental ability

My name is Alexander Buckler or at least that's what my name was before I died, now I'm known as Grey "the weakest mage".

This all started 1month ago when, I Alexander buckler a low class merchant was robbed in the back alley of a port town lécrumb. It was during that incident that I was stabbed through the chest and all I remember after the freezing pierce of the blade penetrate my skin is my consciousness slowly fading into empty "void".

I was Staring into a black void unable to open my eyes, unable to move my limbs and unable to talk, I was just staring into an endless void filled with darkness when I felt warm balls of light floating around me and I felt as if my senses had just expanded to a sixth sense a "magical sense" (what I wouldn't know until later is that this sense was "unique" to me and was more a curse than a blessing). I spent the days I was trapped in that void learning to use this sixth sense, to expand its range and see as far and as wide into the infinite, abysmal "void" as possible, each day just a little further discovering more and more of the warm lights the further out I looked.

My days were boring (not that I had any perception of time), I spent all my free time trying to see farther out into the "void" straining my head and causing migraines out of sheer pain and effort, then one day I accidentally lost focus and instead of focusing on the void I focused on the balls of light and as I did I could tell I could move it to my whim.

It was hard at first but after a few days of practicing i found something else to do instead of starting into the "void". And then I started having thoughts all of a sudden "what if I ate the orbs". . . "What will happen?". . . "Why are they there?". . . "What are they?". . . "What do their colours mean". It wasn't long after that my curiosity got the best of me and I brung a ball of light up to my face where my mouth would be and then tracing down my body to the stomach on the outside and that's when it happened the ball grew and grew in size and my stomach began to hurt and it felt like it was being ripped out by a hungry lion eager to open me up. The ball growing in size soon became massive and towered over me in this void it was no longer a ball it was almost crystal like and so I decided to start calling the big balls "orbs" instead.

I later found out that by placing orbs into your body/limbs can give you extra Magicka and physical abilities.
