Amora awoke to see Rat chasing Leon around.

"Can I show you now?" Rat asked.

"No. Rat, I am busy," Leon said, not caring at all.

"C'mon, you know you wanna see it~, it's really important~."

Leon did not want to see whatever Rat had and locked himself in the bathroom.

Amora approached, feeling really bad for Rat.

"Hey, I'll look at what you have to show," Amora said, cheerfully.

"I'll show you when I show Leon, trust me, it's amazing news."

Rat sat down and Amora followed.

"Is Rat your actual name?"

"Nah, it's actually... Mortimer." He said, seemingly embarrassed.

Amora acted amused, even though it was just a name.

"I call myself Rat, however, just because it's fun."

Amora felt like that reasoning was a bit strange, she then replied while laughing.

"I'll just call you Mort!"

Rat smiled and slightly blushed, it seems that nobody has ever made him a nickname before.

He quickly changed the subject.

"Well. Can I see your sword?"

"Sure, let me grab it," Amora said, picking it up off of the counter and returning to Rat.

He took his time looking it over.

"It seems that you got some blood in it." He said, taking out the small blood capsule and looking it over.

Amora looked at the blood and felt a tingling sensation in her throat.

"Wanna drink it?" Rat asked smiling.

He handed it to her and she said she was going to go dump it in the sink instead.

Once in the bathroom, she began tipping it toward the sink, but her hand began twitching and she didn't even know what she was doing. She consumed the blood and swallowed it, smelling its sweet smell. The blood had a strange texture and she shivered at her actions. She knew she couldn't tell anyone about what she just did.

She washed out the glass capsule and handed it back to Rat. He had no suspicion of her drinking it luckily, but she felt like she had turned pale.

"Anyway-" As he began talking, Leon had exited the bathroom and began to wash his hands in the sink.

"Well, looks like I better keep bothering him." Rat said, standing up and bringing papers over to him.

Reyon entered the kitchen and since Leon wasn't listening, Rat just began speaking what was on the page loudly.

Aya looked around the outside of the house. Exploring around and snapping pictures of some things she found interesting. She found it really fun, and it took away the thoughts of her parents.

"I didn't care for them." She had said the day before.

But of course... she did.

The door opened and Andrew stared at her.

"Um... hello?" She said, feeling a bit creeped out.

"Hey, your name is Aya right?" Andrew asked, also a bit nervous.

"Yeah, who are you?" Aya asked, putting her phone away.

"Andrew. Amora and I are classmates." He said calmly.

"Oh, I see. Well, do you need anything?" Aya asked.

Andrew sighed, thinking that this girl was impossible to get along with.

"Well... wanna talk or something?" Andrew asked, trying to be friendly. After all, they did live together now, it'd be better to get along.

"Nah. Not right now at least. We can talk in a minute. Just let me get a picture of this flower. A butterfly just landed on it." Aya replied, not trying to sound rude.

"Alright, I'll be here." He says, sitting down on the stairs leading down to the grass below.

Rat began listing the results and Amora listened in.

"After some testing, Amora's DNA... matches your DNA!" Rat yelled, acting as if this were all just a gameshow and someone had won.

"It what?" Leon asked grabbing the papers. He looked it over and Reyon ran over, also looking at it.

Amora was frozen in place.

"They are... my parents?" Amora asked, not knowing what to say or do now.

Everything seemed to become a blur as Leon and Reyon ran up to her. She fell to her knees and Reyon continued yelling that she knew it.

In a way, all three of them knew it.

Darkness kidnapped one child. Their child was a girl, Amora was a girl, her birthday was the same, her facial features matched mainly to Reyon's. Her fire element, pretty much the same as Reyon's.

Amora felt tears dripping down her face. She looked up at them as they began holding her tightly. Amora could see that they were crying as well. They were happy of course but sad about the years they missed her, sad because they didn't get to spend as much time with her. She would be 17 soon, and that left a year until Amora was an adult.

They began whispering to her calmly. Telling her that they loved her.

This seemed to go on for hours, with them sitting on the couch, talking about what happened with Darkness.

How Amora had been kidnapped the same exact day she was born. A rift opened and Amora was taken by Darkness.

They told her many, many stories about their many missions and fights. Amora listened while she cried happily.

Hours on hours had passed and they seemingly never stopped watching her and feeling her hair and looking at her eyes.

They promised to buy her anything she wanted, despite her not really wanting much at all.

For once... things weren't so gloomy.

Perhaps there was peace and happiness after all?
