[144] "Jiwoo v/s Elay"

Jiwoo and Elay stood in the center of the arena, with the stands crowded with students watching them intently. Their gazes crossed in a gesture of seriousness, awaiting the sound of the starting whistle.

"Begin," the vice principal announced, and the confrontation began at the sound of the starting whistle.

Immediately, Elay was enveloped in an opaque green aura, his body grew, gaining additional muscles, and his skin took on the same hue as his aura. Wasting no time, he ran at high speed towards Jiwoo.

Jiwoo also advanced, and in the center of the stage, the two exchanged a blow. As soon as their fists collided, a shockwave of wind was generated, causing Jiwoo to take a step back, his fist visibly damaged.

Jiwoo grinned and increased his speed, turning his body to give his next blow more momentum.

The two new blows collided and generated an even greater shockwave. Jiwoo stepped back a few inches, but quickly turned his body and counterattacked.

Gangseok, from the stands, asked. "Are you going to fight head-on?"

Meanwhile, Wooin, Jisuk and Subin remained silent, watching the situation intently.

The exchange of blows continued, and Elay gradually began to put more pressure on Jiwoo. However, Jiwoo was gradually adjusting to his opponent's blows.

The vice principal announced in astonishment. "The winner is Jiwoo Seo!" as his face reflected disbelief.

The fighting arena fell into a deep silence, and the atmosphere became oppressive.

However, Jiwoo was unaffected by the change, he raised both arms with a smile lighting up his face.

Elsewhere in the stands, Kayden, Kartein and Ares watched the fight.

Kartein muttered in surprise. "His combat experience has increased too much in a short period of time..."

"He's improving... but his opponents are weak, there's nothing special about them," Ares said with a frown.

Kayden kept silent with a serious face as he observed the situation.

"The guys at this academy only manage to disappoint," Ares commented.

"They're advanced for their age, and Jiwoo, with his growing combat experience and his incredible efficiency in using his powers, is on another level," Kartein commented.

"Jiwoo hasn't trained since he was a child and can already surpass them," Ares said.

Kartein nodded and replied. "His amount of awakened energy is similar..."

Garrith remained in his seat, one leg crossed over the other and a serious expression on his face, immersed in thought. 'His skills surpass even the top ten in this academy.'

"No one in particular. He said that anyone who wanted to accept his challenge should only be a member of the top 10" answers the young man.

After a moment of silence, Leah says. "You are dismissed."

The young man leaves, and Leah is left for several minutes pondering the situation with a somber expression. In the end, she decides to call an urgent meeting with the members of the academy's top 10 and tells them what happened, provoking their anger. At the conclusion of the meeting, it becomes clear who will be fighting them and the date of the showdown is set.

Leah spends an hour planning and thinking about how to solve the problem of not having warned about Jiwoo's challenge. She can only think of one solution, so she decides to go visit Jiwoo.

"I'm a little nervous about who I'll get to fight," says Jiwoo, lying comfortably on his bed.

Jiwoo had three cats lying comfortably around him in his bed.

The door chimes, causing everyone to look in their direction. Jiwoo gets up from the bed, puts on his slippers and goes to open the door.

As he opens it, he finds Leah.

Leah is surprised to see Jiwoo in his pajamas with his hair a bit disheveled. Looking into the room, she notices the messy bed and asks. "Were you sleeping?"

"Don't worry, I was resting," Jiwoo said amicably.

Leah stood silently, watching Jiwoo, amazed at the incredible calmness he radiated.

Seeing that Leah doesn't react, Jiwoo says. "Do you want to come in?", pointing to the inside of his room. "

Thank you" Leah replies and enters, sitting down on an armchair.

Jiwoo also sits down and Leah, earnestly, says. "I won't be long. I came to tell you that your challenge can't be done".

Leah's words surprised Jiwoo, who asks. "Why?"

"They are all busy," Leah said seriously.

Jiwoo is surprised and answers foolishly. "They're busy?"

Kayden, Ares and Kartein, who were listening to the conversation, chuckled.

Leah coughs a little embarrassedly, unnoticed by Jiwoo, and continues. "I guess you know that your teammates challenged the top 10 and everyone will be busy fighting them. So, there won't be anyone left to fight you."

Jiwoo shows a sad face and says. "Too bad... I wanted to fight all of you."

Leah shows surprise and quickly frowns again.
