37: Klein Brothers

The sun began to set, and the sky donned a tranquil orange color.

Outside of a mansion, we could see a teenager, playing catch with a bird, while holding a phone in his free hand.

"Shinji. I don't have time right now." asked a man on the phone, his tone was grim and serious.

The teen, recognizing the tone, stopped the game and become serious as well.

"What's the problem?" the teen asked, but in his mind, 'Did the Klein Brothers appear already?'

"Three Union Agents were incapacitated. I'm currently surveilling the area for the culprits..." the man answered, his voice started getting furious.

"Any suspects?" questioned the teen.

The man sighed, and then replied, "From the news we've received from Shinhwa, we suspect it could be the Klein Brothers. They could be here for the Doctor, or, even though there is only a small chance, they could also be here to go after the Chairman."

"Hmm. Alright then, please keep me updated with the situation." Shinji told Seongha.

But, before the teen could end the call, the man told him, "I know you, Shinji. I know you're capable, but it's very dangerous. Do not go after them."

"Heh. Can't keep any promises, Seongha." he said, ending the call after.

'Hmm... They might still be roaming the country...'

The teen whistled, and a second later, a bird the size of a healthy child dropped down to him.

"Hey, Scy. You're getting bored, right?" he asked the bird, which got him a "Caw!"

{"Yes! I want to do something exciting!"}

"Great. I have a job for you..."

In a car...

'That kid... Sigh. I know his nature. If he finds the Brothers, he will not hesitate to fight them. Though there is a chance for the Klein Brothers to come after the Chairman, they wouldn't be that dumb coming after someone like him. That means that they are here for the Doctor.' he thought.

'And... There has been no trace of them since our agents were attacked...' Seongha pondered, his face started becoming enraged.

'I need to find them quickly before they attack more Union Agents...'

"What the hell?! There's nothing here! When'd you get the information that Delein was here!?" shouted a hooded man.

"About a month ago... How could he have moved in such a short time? What do we tell the clients?" replied a similarly-clothed man, but with a slimmer build.

A student was walking across a street, smiling as he reminisced about his day.

The teen immediately turned around, seeing a hooded man.

"Oh~ You look exactly like the picture our contact gave us. It looks like we can finish the job sooner than expected..." he spoke, smiling maliciously.

"Now... Where's your Professor?"

'They know about me and the Professor! Are they looking for him-? No, I need to run!' decided the teen inwardly, before running away from the unknown person.

However, he was stopped by another figure, their hand producing a small flame.

"Good reflexes, running off right away... I thought you'd be caught off guard by the situation. But, you shouldn't run, just when we're still talking..." the figure told him, placing his burning hand on the teen's shoulder.

He winced in pain from the burn, while the man continued, "Now, listen carefully, and don't try anything funny."

"Where is Doctor Delein."

Wooin, the teen, held his shoulder, while he was deep in thought.

'This is bad... They're looking for the Professor... I- I need to get away fast..!'

"Answer the question, kid." the man told him.

"I'm sorry... What was your question?" Wooin asked them, sweat forming on his cheek.

"I said, where is-" the man started to speak, but was cut off when the teen sent an explosion towards both of them.

Wooin started to sprint, but he looked back and saw a ball of fire coming toward him. The teen dodged, and once the attack made contact with the concrete, an explosion happened.

"We said don't try anything funny... It seems like you're stubborn, just like your Professor." stated one of them with a teasing tone.
