Chapter 31 Mock-Battle

[Lasterna Family Mansion Training Ground]

Their Family training ground is on the same size as a whole basketball court

John and the others decide to postpone going to another world because he that something that might pick his interest gonna happened and the twin decide to have a Mock-Battle.

Elaine and Eraine are looking at each other while John is standing in the middle.

"Are you ready?"

Eraine and Elaine nod and transform their wand into a sword they point their sword at each other with a sharp gaze.

Shikimori, Izumi, Mitsuha, Miko, and Loli Chu are watching the fight of the Twins.

"They are gonna be ok. right?" Izumi ask with a worried Expression and Miko looked at her Master asking for a question.

"The two will give all of their own once they start their fight," Loli Chu said based on her experience in the Battle.

"Chu is right, Once these two start a mack battle it will turn into a fight to the death. that's why my Mother is always watching every time they start their mock battle," Rena said remembering her mother is a famous doctor she's always there once the twin starts their Mock-battle.

Eraine immediately uses her movement technique and starts attacking Elaine.

But Elaine deflects her attacks and counters her but she just blocks it and tries to kick her

But Elaine jumped upward and send a sword slash at her and Eraine run to her left and right to dodge the sword slash she used her movement technique when Elaine managed to land and try to cut her arms but she managed to deflect her sword attack and the two of Clash their sword. they Jump backward to create some distance and take a deep breath.

"Looks like they finish their stretching," John said next to Rena.

Loli Chu and Rena nodded while Izumi, Shikimori, Mitsuha, and Miko got dumbfounded when they heard that because they can't even follow their movements.

Eraine holds a Black talisman that has a white-colored Kanji written over it while Elaine holds a white talisman that has a Black colored kanji written over it.

"SHIKIGAMI!" Both of them shout and called their Shikigami.

Next to Eraine, a giant black dragon shows up, and next to Elaine is a giant white dragon.

Both of them jump over and go in the head of their perspective dragon and said "Enchantment"

a light covered the two and when the light is gone everyone got surprised by the change in their appearance except for John and Rena.

Elaine is wearing a white gothic lolita dress and has wings of a white dragon while her eyes turned into dragon eyes.

"I still remember the day when I bother master to teach me that cool transformation I didn't expect that it will become a common thing in this era" Loli Chu comment with a wry smile because she found this transformation cool when she was little and most of all it will give a huge boost to the user.

the two started floating in the air and looked at each other with serious expressions.

"Now we will know who's stronger between us twins," Eraine said while pointing her spear at Elaine.

Elaine just looked at her and didn't say anything. She starts using Magic with different types of elements and attacks Eraine.

Loli Chu creates a barrier and said "That's why the Lasterna name is Familiar,"

Miko heard Loli Chu words and asked, "Shishou? What's wrong with having a last name of Lasterna?"

Loli Chu looked at John and he nod at her and said, "Having the Last name of Lasterna means you have a high connection and affinity to dragons"

Izumi has stars in his eyes while watching the battle and heard John explain the things about his Last name and asked "Does that mean John-nii has a dragon too?"

John shook his head and said, "No, I don't have a dragon shikigami because I'm not a part of the Lasterna Family. but I have a great affinity to the beings that have a big amount of Yang that's why I can create a Shikigami in a dragon form too,"

*BANG!*

a large shock wave happened smoke's covered the whole training ground.

The Moment Elaine attacked Eraine with magic she used her dragon breath and Attack Elaine while deflecting the magic attacks.

Elaine teleported behind her back and try to use her Dragon breath but she sensed an upcoming punch to her right and Teleport away.

Eraine saw her blink away ready her spear and it got covered by a black miasma and throw it at Elaine.

Elaine sensed the upcoming spear and used her Witchcraft and Create ice in the shape of a spear and covered it got covered with a light aura. She deflect Eraine spear but the moment she deflect it a punch hit her in the stomach after that she got kicked in the Faced.

While flying in the Wall Eraine immediately followed after her to not give her a chance to recover from the punch but she received a kick behind her back and got attacked by Elaine dragon breath.

"Eh? how did that happen!?" Izumi and Shikimori said at the same time?

they can follow their movement because they are watching on the hologram screen which will make their movement slow.

"That's an afterimage," Rena said and explained the things to them.

Eraine Immediately used her wings to deflect the attack and called her spear.

Elaine saw the spear coming back to Eraine she immediately used her wand and cast many types of Elemental magic and combined them into one and a strong Light Magic intent cover the whole place.

When Elaine stopped using her dragon breath Eraine used that chance to use her spear intent and the whole place got covered by that intent together with a Black aura of death.

their intent starts clashing with each other and the whole place is shaking from their Intent. Loli Chu is amazed by the mastery of the twin and the normal people Like Izumi, Shikimori, Mitsuha, and Miko are seating and wondered how strong their attack was.

Mitsuha is sweating while watching the whole battle and looked at John and asked, "How strong is the damaged of their attacks?"

Loli Chu looked at Mitsuha and said, "They can destroy this work if they want to," Mitsuha sweated more and got scared but felt she felt John's hands holding her.

"Don't worry, I place a Barrier in this place didn't you notice that the whole place become bigger and there's no single crack on the floor," John said and Everyone is shocked except for Rena and Loli Chu.

"Ai-chan, Can you stop both Mama attack from hitting each other," John said to her daughter that watching their fight.

Ai nodded and wait for the attack to collide with each other.

The Moment the Attack of twin Collides. Ai teleported in the middle and The Twin tried to stop their attack but it was too late. Ai eat their Attack and have a satisfied face when she finished eating those.

"Ai-chan!! are you okay!? did Mama hurt you?" Eraine bombard the little girl with questions but she just nods and said it was delicious while Elaine is Casting multiple healing Magic and examining her body.

"Ok you two stop that, Ai-chan is alright she has strong physic that can withstand both of your attacks," John said stopping the two from panicking, and when they calm down both of them lost consciousness and unequip their battle form.

John catches the two and carries them to their perspective room.

"How are they?" Rena said with a concerned expression.

"Eraine has a broken ribs and her backbone is badly damaged to while Eraine her skull got damaged and her ribs is also destroyed luckily they are in battle mode because of that they healed at fast rate but I heal them Incased they have hidden injury" John explained to Rena everything to make her calm.

"What do you think about their fight?" John asked Mitsuha, Shikimori, Miko, and Izumi.

"Their fight is cool but it is scary because they don't hold back from hurting each other to the point they almost die and yet i still like to become strong to protect shikimori-san," Izumi said while clenching his fist.

"Just like Izumi said we need to become strong enough because we might die at our future enemy's hands and stop those unknown being who eats human life span," Miko said with concern remembering her best friend's life span is getting eaten by those beings.

"I'm curious about those talismans that can summon that giant dragon," Mitsuha said while looking at John.

the other three looked at John too. He smiled at them and explain about that talisman, "Shikigami are created by Exorcists purely based on their imagination and spell power. the specific characteristics of a Shikigami depend on what the exorcist in question sees a Shikigami as a servant to serve, fight and protect them a companion to assist and boost their powers or simply a literal tool to be easily disposed of and used at will by them." John stops talking for a moment and do a slashing motion. a portal opened and they saw a little girl getting out of that portal.

She has a small childlike body, big magenta eyes and AA cup breasts. She has long, pink, curly hair which is topped with a small, red crown and she looked over the place with a stern expression.

"G-Grandma!?"Shikimori said with a shocked expression.
