Reviews of eFate: An MMO Story

I think this is a great story, the MC is not some overpowered/reincarnated cheat, and he wasn't skilled in everything cause he learned the system was helping him until he turned the function off, how he develops in the future is going to be really nice to read and enjoy. Its definitely better than some of the reincarnation ones that I read, great job Lighthouse!

Recommended! This novel or the game in the novel reminds me of Runescape while reading it... got me some runescapey vibes from the tutorial to the names of items (oak and yew materials for bows) and skills (fletching or arrow making and herbalism/herblore in RS) MC and friends interact well... not OP in a sense of game breaking.. they are on the above average types of gaming skills. World building was not established yet cause of low numbers of chapter so its okay It is a slow update story I have no problems with grammar and the quality of writing is good Story development is on the slow life spectrum (for now) Recommended!

This story is so good I had to review twice, I love story makes me happy hope author keeps up the good work I read through the other good reviews and they r all honest, This story really deserves its rank and I hope it increases in the future

So far, I think the way you write the dialogue is a very interesting approach. I like it so far, it’s very good, and the characters show personality traits to seem just like real/relatable people.

The story so far is amazing. The MC is likable and not overpowered (yet) like many in this genre of novels. The story is well developed and it has a definable goal. The game system is understandable altough a bit unorthodox. The story is well written and I haven't spotted any mistakes in the author's writing. All in all can't wait to see how this story developes in the future! Tldr: Great VRMMO genre story give it a read.

This is the kind of VRMMO novel i have always wanted to read. It takes a slow approach to progression(at least so far it has), and it seems to be building out the MC first before introducing other characters in full. The character design and world background need to be more fleshed out, but its still early so I will update them later as more chapters are released. Overall, I am very impressed with the novel so far and one of the only novel I wait for on a day to day basis for releases. Keep up the good work!

I'm not gonna lie this novel has soooo much potential to be on top well when it comes to mmo's in my opinion. I won't say other genres lol since I haven't read all of them. And well for the people reading this, yes his or her writing is great. No worries on that and well it looks like it won't be very fats paced but idk this is just the beginning. (Lol this is my very first review on a novel hopefully I did good😣)

Really loving Fate so far! It's great that the MC isn't overpowered. Lighthouse's writing style makes you feel immersed in the story and game without getting swamped in too many details. Also, the editing is on point. Keep up the awesome work! :)

To be honest I don't even have any real criticism. The world building is great, characters have depth, updates regularly and grammar is phenomenal compared to other stories here. I'm really looking forward to more, and i hope the author success.

Great start to the story and have really tried to do a solid start to world building and how everything fits together. I enjoy the unique spin on both the leveling system and the apparent freedom available with skill usage. It can be seen from some of the fights how this plays out and so far is having a good showing. It appears that while the MC is competitive he is not OP at all and has some shortcomings he has to overcome and promises for some good character growth. Thanks for the work on the novel so far and am looking forward to how it develops into book 2 and we can see what competitive PvP would be like.

This is the first review I am doing purely because this is the best novel I believe I have read so far. I found it early on thinking it would be similar to many other vrmmo novels, but it is very different. The story itself is very interesting and is still in the process of being made. The protagonist is NOT STUPIDLY OP and there is no unrealistic death penalty. There is a unique leveling system and a feeling of growth overtime, not random power-ups when necessary. The NPCs all have vivid personalities and some of their names even come from people in the comments, It is fast paced enough to keep me constantly interested, but at this point the novel is still world building and wont be finished anytime soon. There is also another novel that is going to provide background on how our band of misfits became known, but it is halted for now. All in All the novel is fun hilarious and progressing in a great direction.

It’s over all good book long chapter and a good story line really like the book and main character is not to over powering and show he still learning and upgrading his gear and weapons just like other characters and not at a fast pace

I really like the system you use for magic. I just hope he will learn a few more runes and use magic more overall, especially since he is a natural
