3 Level UP!

"Haha, look at this idiot!"

"What the hell is he even doing?"

"Let's just farm those boars."

There were a lot of players where I dug a hole. It's 5 meters wide, and I plan to make it 20 meters deep. Making it by myself would take hours without breaks, but since the sandwiches restore your stamina to full, I could do it much faster.

"This area is clear. Let's leave this noob be!"

The players who were throwing insults at me for about an hour now are going somewhere else to farm mobs. Making this hole would take a long time.

During breaks, I would chop some branches with the sword, and sharpen the tip of the branches while eating the sandwiches. This went on for more hours, and finally, it was noon. I started doing this early at 6 am based on the game's time. Now it's 2 pm, I placed the last sharpened stick onto the ground and made sure it works.

While doing this for 8 hours, I gained some new skills.

[You've gained a new skill Digging (Beginner)]

[You've gained a new skill Sharpening (Beginner)]

[You've gained a new skill Observation (Beginner]

"Now, this is where the fun begins."

I climbed out of the hole using the ladder, and when I made it to the top, I ate the last sandwich as I walked toward the goblin camp. I used the new skill [Observation] to spot any traps, and it succeeded.

I smirked and when I got close enough; I breathed in and shouted out.

"Hey, you green skins! Divine Blood here, come and get a taste of this [Demi-God] ass!"

"Kriee!"

"Divine Blood?!"

"Keke, that human has Divine Blood!"

"That ass is mine!"

After shouting that, I turned back and my heart pumped faster in excitement, producing adrenaline, and ran in a zig-zag, as arrows started flying in my direction. One arrow hit my shoulder, and a goblin was about to reach me when I jumped across the pit I made.

When I turned around, I saw 20+ goblins chasing after me. The ones with the swords tried jumping over, but failed to do so and fell into the pit, the ones who were berserk didn't even jump they all fall in one by one, but the ones with the bows didn't jump over and tried shooting me.

I hid behind one tree and readied my sword.

[Level up!]

[Level up!]

[Level up!]

[Level up!]

[Level up!]

I spent 12 of the unallocated points on strength, and the other 13 on agility. Then the barrage of arrows stopped pouring on me, then I emerged from the tree and went around the pit, closing in on the goblins.

"Kiek?"

"Surprised?"

There were only 5 goblins left, and when I swung my sword at one of them, the goblin's body was cleanly split in half, then I went for the other 4, they didn't back away as the Divine Blood acted like some sort of taunt ability.

I hacked away at them with no regard for my form and skill with the sword, so long as it gets the job done, then this is alright for now.

[You've leveled up!]

I allocated the last 5 into vitality, and when the adrenaline in my body disappeared, my muscles ached so much that I collapsed on the ground, face first, as the arrow was still stuck at my shoulder blade.

"F*ck!"

I forgot that the pain sensitivity in this game is about 60% in real life, even if it's still not comparable to real life, it still hurts so badly, but it could've been worst had I been late in upgrading my vitality.

I stood back up and sat against a tree. I removed the arrow on my back and I used [First aid] on myself healing the wounds.

Half was good enough, but the rest wouldn't be that easy. I climbed into the pit and grabbed all the bodies of the goblins, dragging them all out of the pit and placing them somewhere deep in the woods, unlike other games the dead bodies of the monsters would just disappear but here they don't and would lead to another <quest> for players of the goblin race.

"I guess my job isn't over yet."

I did it again. I attracted the attention of the goblins, led them to the trap, and killed the ones that didn't fall into it, but the more I did it, the lesser and lesser of them would follow. It isn't because I killed a lot of them, well mostly that, but AIs in this game are smart.

"Only 3 followed this time, huh?"

[<Quest Tracker> 36/50]

I'm now level 9, and I've allocated most of it to agility and vitality, but most of all my [Swords Mastery] reached the (intermediate) level, and when it reached that level I could easily spot the obvious mistakes in my form, but I'm sure there's a lot more that is obvious, and since I'm hunting alone, the exp is only funneling to me.

"I guess I could go there myself now."

The goblins range from levels 3 to 4 and I quickly noticed the stagnation of the exp I receive here once I've reached level 7. I guess I should do all the <quests> in Alcor first before heading out to the other areas.

I entered the camp and saw the goblins there with shields and spears, protecting something.

"Come, you f*ckers!"

"Shut up, you ape!"

Hmm, curious? They're not taking the provocation, they're not also charging in as they should since I've Divine Blood, but soon a woman's voice resounded out in the middle of the goblins.

"Human, please leave us."

A woman in the middle of goblins? Now, that smells like a <quest>, the generation of <quests> here aren't pre-set, but the NPCs are the ones who give them out.

"Show yourself, and I might consider."

"Why would the shaman show herself to you stupid human?!"

"Quiet, captain Gor'ruk. If I do, then you will leave us?"

I pondered about it, then I nodded. I've already completed the <quest> and would want more rewards, but this is enough. The woman emerged from the group of goblins, her body covered with leaves, vines, and flowers, skin grassy green, and her hair has branches in them.

"A dryad?"

"Yes. I'm the dryad called Sampaguita."

I clenched the sword in my hand, as I heard from the community that dryads are between the levels of 35-50, though they're easy to kill, it's really hard to hunt since they can blend in the trees, and they could use nature itself to kill you.

"There's no need to tense, human."

I noticed Sampaguita holding her belly like she was carrying life within her. That's right, this dryad is pregnant, probably the reason she can't attack. Then that also means the goblins are just here to protect her.

I placed down my sword, and when a goblin tried to attack me. Sampaguita halted the goblin by summoning vines to tie him down.

"Shaman, why must you do this? This bastard killed goblins!"

"Sorry, but they ordered me to kill you, people, for their safety since you've gotten too close to Alcor."

"Captain Gor'ruk, tell your men to stand down. We're also in the wrong for getting too close to their territory."

"Yes, shaman!"

The remaining goblins stood down, and Sampaguita stepped closer to me, and when she met my eyes, she spoke.

"Human, what do you suggest we do?"

"Me?" I asked.

"Yes, it's true we entered your territory and endangered the safety of your people, but it's also true that you've killed half of my men."

If they're really guarding Sampaguita, then her giving birth means a lot to the goblins. There were a lot of questions in my head, but a <quest> appeared right in front of me, as Sampaguita fainted and when I caught her the earth started shaking.
