The Terrifying Choice in the Restroom

One night, a young girl had to use the restroom. The late hour made her fearful, but with a troublesome stomach, she couldn't delay any longer. Reluctantly, she ventured alone. The restroom was an old one that had been there since the school's early days.

As she was crouched down inside, an eerie occurrence took place. A pair of ghostly, pale hands extended from behind her. Startled, she saw that these hands held two pieces of paper, one white and one yellow. A chilling voice asked, "Choose one, white or yellow."

Terrified, she inquired, "Who are you?" The voice repeated, "White or yellow." Confused, she asked, "Why do I have to choose?" The voice persisted, "Pick one." With no other option, she reluctantly chose the white paper.

The voice chuckled, "White for three days, yellow for seven," and then vanished. The girl, trembling, opened the door, but there was nothing outside. She rushed back to her dormitory to tell her friends about the bizarre incident. Her friends dismissed it as mere nerves and insisted that she was overreacting. However, she was certain she had been fully awake and aware at the time.

After three days, the girl mysteriously passed away. The cause of her death was unknown, with the autopsy report citing "undetermined." Only her fellow students knew the truth of what had happened that night. From then on, no one dared to use the restroom alone at night.
