Not welcome and not refuse

On the tenth day of the first month of the lunar calendar, Guru Rinpoche offering day

Continuous awareness training will gradually make us used to the practice of not welcome and not refuse. Expectation and fear are actually two sides of the same thing. Where there is expectation, there is fear, and avoidance strengthens fear. Being not welcome and not refuse can relaxes us, and then we are more likely to catch a glimpse of what lies behind all our thoughts and actions, all our joys and sorrows.
