1 ...Beginning...

"GET DOWN!!!" I screamed towards my crew. The monsters, our enemies were actually robots. Annoying to the very end.

Another blast from beside me tore the ground open. Luckily I was fast enough to escape, well also lucky to not being destroyed by a laser from above.

The mighty monstrous killer robot continued targeting me, no matter how I ran or dodged.

"Seriously!" I slided under shooting the main core. The wires connected broke away destroying the entire machine.

Yet another explosion, but I held onto my gun and fired none stop.

Even with that, more and more came out from nowhere.

From afar, I saw one approaching me with speed, another was also running forward....

"Men! I hate robots!!" I jumped on the metal sheet closeby and used the opportunity to swing in circulars on the iron bar, not for fun. Who will be having a swing fun when there are two robots charging to end your life?. Using force, I released myself from the grip. That was enough to get me almost as high as ever and also the best opportunity to throw the two tiny chip bomb into the cores.

The effect would take place in about five seconds.....

Their tentacles turning into sharp sword like object

They both jumped into action with my head as the main target...

"target acquired! eliminate!!" that was the last word I heard before yet again another explosion.

The entire HQ was destroyed, more life were lost every day. This battle will not be in vain.

"Alex with me, Jun and Mike you two take the second angle!" I commanded

"Yes sir!"

Alex held his gun up and high, like a true warrior, Fear not consuming his soul a bit. He was the best combat fighter and also a genius to round it up.

We continued shooting before back up came. The skies were already filled with ships, and my heart couldn't help but smile.

"Chief Commander, our message was sent successfully!" Jun smiled at me with the same happiness which beats in my heart on her face.

With the help of our back up team, the robots were destroyed one by one. But as we thought victory was by our side, the main real problem arose. It was the programming which actually caused this madness.

"oh no!" I was now sure there was no turning back, we all will die. The technology monster broke out from a pod, tentacles the length of Pacific ocean, virus within it's core, shielding it from any external and internal damage.

I had to abort this mission, but it was too late. The machine gave out a loud thin fast pitch which exploded everything. It was coming to our direction, before I knew it.....

We were all down.

If not for the armour we wore, our body would have been dismembered and disintegrated long ago.

Opening my eyes, I stood up from the ground filled with dust. My crew, team mates were all weak and down. I was the last man standing, the last person with the last chip which was the only salvation to the world.

"My last choice!" clutching unto the chip tightly, I raced towards the contaminated virus machine. Dodging every single laser, I jumped up and the creature was fully prepared for what was coming.....

"F**k!" I said before everything changed to slow motion.
