Mom "Why do you want to go there?"

After waiting for a minute Issei comes down, then we get our shoes on and make our way to moms SUV,
Mom "do you boys need help getting in your seat belts on?"

A map appeared in front of me with a map of one of our territories in the human world Kouh a really bright red light appears in the same area as the High school. "I got to check it out before that sis-con gets there before me, after all with a gear this strong my Rias will be protected in the future!"
I teleport straight to the school and see three people walking around, one older women and two children i believe are her's. The first one seems normal with brown hair, the second one is emitting the sacred gears aura, and his hair is red with yellow ends/streaks looking like its a flame.
"Hmmm he's good looking so Rias should be happy, and when he awaken whatever this gear is hell be a powerfully subordinate for her peerage. But how well I get her to convince him." As I was thinking I noticed something that i didn't see before due to his SG (A/n not going to keep writing sacred gear f that) "That brat has mana, mana... THAT'S It ill get Rias to show him how to use magic then say if it becomes a member of her peerage he can learn it plus he only seems a year or so older than her newest member so he should fit in"
(A/n Issei's 3 years older than koneko but making him like 16 going for a 13 year old is messed so i only made him a year older so more like 16-15 is way better, also idk if im making her peerage too soon but its a fanfic so im going to assume (not because im lazy) that koneko, kiba, and akeno have already joined if you can accept that ligma)
1 week later at a park/playground
Kagu "Mom can I go to the bathroom?"
Mom "Sure but be careful I have to watch Issei, but if you take too long I'll come to check on you okay?"
Kagu "okay"
It has been a week since my visit to the high school I haven't heard from Rias yet so I"m thinking they may not have felt my SG but who knows, I keep walking to the parks public bathrooms

The piece fly's into my chest and I pass out

Sirzechs "You understand what to do right?"
Rias "yes, show him magic and than offer him to join my peerage, talk about boarding school, and if he passes out due to a change in race bring him to his mom and say he bumped his head on a wall!"
