50 Chapter 50: Visiting Konoha

Kushina, hearing Naruto talk about Sasuke's relationship, immediately interjected, "Naruto, when am I going to meet my daughter-in-law?" Naruto backed away, stuttering, "Umm, soon, maybe." Kushina added, "Well, I could always introduce you to some girls if you want."

Naruto quickly responded, "No, no, you don't need to worry. Don't I have such good looks? I don't need any assistance." Kushina pursed her lips and replied, "Hmm, I see. I'll be waiting, then."

Sasuke then suggested, "Let's head to Konoha. We can tour other villages tomorrow." Everyone nodded, and Sasuke approached Naruto. He spoke seriously, "You are slacking on your training. I don't expect my rival to be left behind." Naruto tapped his chest confidently and replied, "Huh, I won't lose to you. I'll start combining my reserves with Six Path chakra."

Sasuke nodded and said, "You can see my arm is back to normal. There's an item called Phoenix Tears that can heal most wounds and reattach limbs. I used it with an arm made of Hashirama cells. I'll give you one soon." Naruto nodded in appreciation.

Sasuke then enveloped everyone in his darkness and transported them outside Konoha. Naruto mentioned, "I guess I need to learn Dad's Flying Thunder God Technique if I want to compete with you now." Sasuke raised an eyebrow and replied, "You'll be really difficult to fight if you learn that, combined with your speed."

Naruto then turned to Itachi and said, "I kept my promise, Itachi." Itachi, seeing the enthusiastic blonde talking to him, replied, "Yes, it seems you did." Naruto gave a cheeky smile and then looked at Shisui, asking, "So who are you?"

Sasuke couldn't help but stifle his laughter, as Naruto didn't know Shisui. Shisui wanted to punch Sasuke in the face for this. Sasuke explained, "He's Shisui of the Body Flicker, Shisui Uchiha." Naruto narrowed his eyes and bluntly said, "I don't know who that is," before looking away.

Sasuke couldn't help but chuckle as he saw Shisui getting "stabbed" by an imaginary arrow. Shisui's expression darkened, and he said, "Sigh, it seems my fame is really low."

Sasuke explained, "Shisui is famous throughout the shinobi world. He's very proficient in the Body Flicker jutsu. He's already a Kage-level shinobi and he worked with Kakashi in ANBU."

Naruto responded, "Ohhh, so he knows Kaka-sensei. Actually, recently Kakashi has been gloomy. It seems he lost a limited edition Pervy Sage book." The trio who stole it remained silent.

Shisui then said, "Kakashi is actually my senpai. I've worked with him in ANBU, along with Tenzo." Naruto exclaimed, "Wow, you know Yamato too!"

Everyone was now inside Konoha, disguised and walking along with Naruto acting as a tour guide. Sasuke stood with Yasaka and Amaterasu, saying, "Well, this is the village I grew up in. I may not care about it anymore, but it really does have a charm to it."

Yasaka commented, "It is really beautiful, especially compared to the modern-day world with its skyscrapers and smog from cars." Amaterasu added, "Yes, this village has a nice charm to it."

Yasaka then added, "I'm glad that where my people live, it is held within a dimension. The air here is very clean, just like where I reside." Sasuke chimed in, "Oh, I've been researching about creating dimensions, perhaps for my family to reside in or even for the academy my mother wants to have."

Amaterasu raised an eyebrow and asked, "You want to build an academy?" Sasuke realized she had been unconscious during that conversation and replied, "Well, my mother dislikes seeing children who have sacred gear or potential with magic being killed off by fallen angels or recruited. She wants to create a safe haven for them."

Amaterasu immediately clasped Sasuke's hands with excitement, saying, "That's a great idea! I hate seeing my people being treated that way. Since we no longer interfare with human matters, it is really annoying seeing my believers getting snatched and killed. Any resources you need, I'll help. I'm also happy that your mother will be in charge of it. I'll have no worries."

Sasuke smiled, seeing Amaterasu's enthusiasm. He said, "I just suggested it to my mother, and she will be in charge of it. My mother is very gentle, and I know she will make the academy the best it can be. I'm glad you support the idea."

After strolling around Konoha, their final destination was Ichiraku Ramen. Everyone sat down, but Kushina and Naruto's enthusiasm for ramen was clearly visible.

They all ordered their ramen and indulged in the delicious meal. Amaterasu commented, "This is the best ramen I've ever had, Sasuke. I'm truly amazed that such extraordinary flavors can be created with ordinary ingredients." Yasaka chimed in, "I'm really enjoying this too. Teuchi-san's skills are truly top-notch." Sasuke silently nodded in agreement, knowing all too well the quality of the ramen at this stand.

He glanced to the side and saw Naruto and Kushina devouring multiple bowls of ramen. Sasuke couldn't help but snort at their huge appetites. After finishing his own meal, he noticed someone approaching Naruto.

Sasuke nudged Yasaka and Amaterasu and whispered, "That girl over there has a crush on Naruto. Since our days in the academy, she has always fainted or blushed whenever Naruto spoke to her. This dobe is still clueless about her feelings." Yasaka replied, "She's really cute. Now that I look closely, they do make a great match."

Suddenly, Kushina appeared behind Sasuke and whispered, "Sasuke, is that my future daughter-in-law?" Sasuke was caught off guard by Kushina's sudden appearance and replied, "I certainly hope so. Hinata has liked him since we were young. But I believe Naruto feels the same way, he's just a bit confused at the moment."

Kushina sighed in relief, knowing that her son was a little confused but couldn't help feeling a tinge of frustration. She thought, 'This Naruto has been stringing this girl along since childhood. He better not break her heart. Now that I look closer, she definitely resembles Hiashi's wife.'
