7 Huh? An Interview?

'Ugh… My body hurts.,'

Over the past few evenings and mornings, Kento had been practicing his skills diligently. Adding physical training in between to allow his body to adapt to the stress and strain.

Which was extremely high with the continuous usage of skills.

'At least I learned a few awesome tricks.'

Water Manipulation was directly proportional to his ability to understand and explain the phenomenon behind the act. 

So, he had to convince himself that a skill was logically possible before he could use it. This was a little annoying but not impossible.

'Expanding my understanding of the skill might be the key to upgrading it.'

With the intense practice he learned that he could combine the {Blindshot} skill with his {Water Manipulation} and {Kama's Path} for insane results.

{Blindshot} allowed him to hit the target on the first try no matter how well protected or how far they were. 

{Water Manipulation} allowed him to form projectiles that he could use to activate {Blindshot}. And the best part was when he learnt that if he could form multiple projectiles and throw them at once without even a millisecond of difference between each projectile –the entire collection was considered one single attack.

Which allowed the activation of {Blindshot} on all of them.

Topped with the pain enhancement from {Kama's Path}, he could take down even a mammoth.

'No matter how tough or high-leveled your opponent maybe, with good planning, combos and criticals… You can take them down.'

Kento walked over the skywalk as a shortcut to school. He liked walking to class. 

Walking to him was a way to relax his mind.

It was quite early as he completed his training early but didn't want to stay home for long. So, he decided to leave right after breakfast.

"Walking to class is good physical exercise."

Kento froze at the voice emerging out of nowhere.

"That uniform–"

Turning around, he saw an insanely beautiful woman behind him.

"Are you from Kuoh?"

Beautiful blue hair with a pair of breasts that were ridiculously huge, topped with the miniskirt that barely covered her massive ass were without a doubt alluring to Kento.

But he couldn't help but wonder where a woman like her appeared from.

"Ah, yeah." He said, regaining his posture. "I am."

He was used to women being pretty. But what he wasn't used to was them being so inhumanely pretty.

Even the most average woman in this world was on par with the pretty ones of his world.

"I believe you are shocked at me randomly calling you." She said moving in a way that made her breasts pop.

In truth, he was. But he decided not to say that. He wanted to know what the woman wanted from him.

"Nah, it's fine." He said. 'Is she being intentionally seductive?'

"I am Yuka, a writer that recently started writing about a high school romance." She explained. "So, I have been interviewing students in the hopes of getting some good information."

'Very convincing…' For some reason, Kento did not believe a word of what she said. 

"I know this is sudden but I was hoping if you could help me gain a bit of insight on the life of a highschool boy."

She said as she extended her hands with a card, in a way that had her breasts on full display.

Kento gawked at the sheer absurdity of the size. 'Yep… There is no way that they are real.'

But realizing what the woman was doing, he shook his head. 'It would have been really easy for her if I were a normal high school boy. Someone like Issei would have immediately fallen for it.'

He was certain that it was certainly some sort of scam. No woman would try to seduce a boy in the middle of the road, especially given how empty the road was.

'How convenient.' He mused. 'And as convincing as a girl that you had never seen in your life asking you out on a date.'

'Both scenarios that only a fool would fall for.'

However, he was ready to deny her request. But just as he was about to do so, he heard the familiar voice.

His eyes went wide more at the reward than the quest.

'Teleportation Scrolls are some of the best escape items in any game. And for the system to present me one for an interview…' This made him worried. 'This is not a simple interview.'

After thinking about the whole deal, he decided to agree to the interview.

But not before checking her name.

Kento felt a chill down his spine as he checked her status.

'There are so many things wrong with this!'

"It… It is okay if you don't agree to this." She said, looking a bit disappointed.

"No-No, It is not that I don't agree. It's just–" 

He wasn't sure how to reply.

'There is no way that she is a normal human. Is she like me?'

He ruled out the possibility as she felt different from others. He could not explain it, but she just did.

'She has so many skills…'

He was amazed to see not one but two manipulation skills, as he knew how powerful manipulation skills were.

'I can see why she felt so seductive, she has a literal skill for it.' He was shocked. 'And so many skills… I am an idiot, I should always use the {Inspect} skill when I get approached by someone.'

But as he was worried about the situation, he was also aware of a fact.

'The system has never put me in any situation where I could lose or die…' He hoped. 'This has to be the same, right?'

It was a risky bet.

But he was interested.

He wanted to just live his life comfortably and enjoy his life, he also knew how bad it could be to get lured by women.

But he wanted to test the situation.

He wanted to see what adventure the system had prepared.

"Alright." He finally said. "I think I can do that."

Kalawarner was prepared for him to say no, but was taken aback by his sudden change in mood.

'In the end, he is a young hormonal boy.' She smirked. 

"Thank you." She gave him a standing bow, making her breasts even more visible. "I cannot express how grateful I am."

'Oh, you definitely know what you are doing.' Kento rolled his eyes, which went unnoticed by Kalawarner. "Ahaha. Don't worry about it, Yuka. I am free in most evenings, anyway."

He found it funny how she chose the name Yuka.

'Kalawarner and Yuka… So, different.'

To be honest, Kento had never even heard of the name Kalawarner before.

"T-Then how about meeting by the cafe near the riverside?"

Kento smiled. "Why not. I would like that."

What he wanted was to see what she was planning.

'Let's see what you got, Kalawarner.'

However, Kento was not the only one that was aware of this interaction.

There were quite a few others that had come to know about the situation.

"So, you are telling us that you smelled a fallen?"

At Rias' question, Koneko nodded.

"Affirmative." The petite girl said. "It was a fallen –a low level one."

"At least, this proves that he is not related to Fallens. If he was approached by a fallen in such a way." Akeno said calmly, but her hands were wrapped into a fist at the situation.

"This is quite the annoyance." The new face belonged to a girl that was much shorter than Rias and Akeno, but the same age as them.

If anything, she seemed close to Koneko's height. And had the almost same built as her, besides having a bigger ass than the white-haired girl.

"Issei was also approached by a Fallen, yesterday." 

The girl that revealed the situation was Souna Shitori, a childhood friend of Rias and also the president of the student council.

Rias banged on the table at the statement. 

"This is Kuoh." She said angrily. "This place is under our jurisdiction and we cannot let just any fallen to appear and approach our prospects."

"Indeed." Souna said. "We cannot let that happen, especially when it involves two people with possible Sacred Gears."

Everyone in the room agreed to this. Sacred Gears were not something that could be allowed to fall into the hands of troublesome people.

"How powerful is the Kento's one?" Rias asked.

"It is very faint." Koneko said. "Should not be too powerful."

"But Issei's one is different." Souna said. "Koneko said that it has a dragon smell to it, so it is likely the same as Saji."

The boy in question, who was a blonde standing next to Souna. "It could possibly be another piece of Vritra."

"If that is the case then it is good for us." Rias said at which Souna frowned.

"Remember Rias, it is only because you are in such a situation that I am letting you take Issei as your peerage without any complaints. But, now that there is another person, I cannot let you take him too."

Rias sighed. "I know."

In all honesty, after hearing the his gear was not as strong as Issei's, she was not much interested in Kento.

For now, her focus was on Issei.

"You are free to have him." She said.

"But before all of that…" Akeno said with a smile that everyone in the room knew wasn't a happy one. "We have a fallen issue to deal with."
