"Let me help you!" Kiba immediately insisted.

"Yuuto, are you okay?" Rias asked the blonde devil with concern.

"Yes! I swore I'd get my revenge against him!" Kiba said strongly.

"Issei, you could easily stop Kokabiel if we went after them!" Irina added

Xenovia turned towards Issei curiously, "What do you think, Issei?"

Xenovia turned to Issei, seeking his opinion. "What do you think, Issei? Should we confront Kokabiel and stop him?"

Issei pondered the question, weighing the risks and potential consequences. "It's a tricky situation. While confronting Kokabiel would be satisfying, we also need to consider the larger picture. The tensions between Heaven and the Underworld are already high, and attacking a Fallen Angel Cadre could escalate the situation into a full-blown war. Perhaps it's best to let things settle down for a while. We should inform my brother, and I'm sure Sona and her peerage would be willing to lend a hand when the time is right."

A small smirk played on Issei's lips as he thought to himself, 'Might as well invite the entire town while we're at it.'

As Issei prepared to leave, Akeno stopped him with a request. "Hyoudou-san, before you go, there's something I'd like to ask. Would it be alright if I called you Issei?"

Issei's brow furrowed in confusion. "Are you asking to be friends with me, even after everything that happened between me and one of your Maou?"

Akeno bowed politely, her voice sincere. "Yes, I am. I believe in second chances, and I see the potential for friendship between us."

Issei's expression softened, a hint of surprise in his eyes. "Alright, Akeno. You can call me Issei. In fact, everyone here is welcome to use my first name. It doesn't bother me at all."

Rias chimed in, her voice warm and inclusive. "That goes for all of us. Feel free to use our first names as well."

Issei waved goodbye to Rias before departing alongside Irina and Xenovia. Just as he was about to leave, Asia called out to him. "Farewell, Issei-sama!"

As he walked away, Issei couldn't help but wonder, 'Why would they want to be friends with me, even after witnessing the destruction I caused in the Underworld and my confrontation with a Maou?' The question lingered in his mind, but he couldn't deny the genuine acceptance and friendship extended to him by Rias and her peerage.

'Devils hold a deep respect for power,' Ddraig stated, emphasizing the observation as a matter of fact. He paused momentarily, contemplating the sincerity behind their respect. 'Ordinarily, one might assume it to be mere flattery or insincere praise, but it seems that their respect for you as an individual is genuine.'

Shaking his head, Issei acknowledged the unexpected turn of events. 'I must admit, the only reason I'm giving them a chance is because of what they did for Asia, Irina, and Xenovia. I still find it hard to believe that we could ever become friends, but they have proven themselves to be not as terrible as I initially presumed.'

Ddraig's skepticism lingered as he voiced his concerns. 'Well, when the Khaos Brigade launches their attack, things will undoubtedly become precarious. It is during such trials that you truly discern who your real friends are.'

Continuing their walk, Issei nonchalantly slipped his hands back into his pockets, making his way back to the house. As they strolled along, the two exorcist girls instinctively clung to his arms, seeking comfort and reassurance.

An uneasy silence enveloped the trio, stretching for several minutes without a word spoken. Finally, Irina broke through the tension, her voice filled with understanding. "Issei... it's perfectly alright that you didn't disclose the truth about God. I forgive you for keeping it from us."

Surprised, Issei turned his head towards the twin-tailed brunette, his eyes reflecting his confusion and gratitude. Xenovia chimed in, her voice firm and supportive. "Irina is right. We can't hold you responsible for that decision. Don't pay attention to the words of that repulsive Diodora. Our feelings towards you, as a dragon, have nothing to do with the fact that two dragons defeated God. You joined us immediately after, fighting alongside Gabriel-sama..."

"Never doubt, even for a moment, that we could ever harbor any resentment towards you for something like that! Issei, you're a genuinely good person, and even God himself would acknowledge it! Dragon or not, you're our friend!" Irina's voice trembled with emotion as she tightened her grip around him.

The delinquent halted momentarily, his expression filled with regret. "I shouldn't have left you two alone in that situation. It was negligent of me. If it hadn't been for Gremory's timely intervention to stall Diodora Astaroth..."

Irina interjected, her voice resolute. "Don't dwell on that, Issei! That disgusting creep is gone, and we're safe now!" Tears welled up in her eyes, streaming down her cheeks.

A frown etched itself onto Issei's face, his protectiveness resurfacing. "I don't know how I'll be able to ensure your safety if something like that happens again. And mark my words, it will happen again. The devils and my other enemies now understand that they can get to me by targeting you two or my parents..."

Xenovia's voice carried a glimmer of hope. "Then we'll never leave your side, no matter what."

"And die in the crossfire when I'm fighting someone dangerous like that Maou back there? No…there's only two solutions to this problem. The first is you two distance yourselves from me and go your own way once I get rid of Kokabiel," Issei said solemnly.

"What?! But we can't just…" Xenovia was now getting emotional too as tears streaked down her face. She looked away sadly as she tried not to cry.

"No! That's unthinkable! We can't just abandon you because it's risky! Gabriel-sama and Heaven will protect us too!" Irina shook her head vehemently, her voice filled with determination.

Interrupting their emotional responses, Issei interjected with a thought-provoking proposition, causing both girls to fall into a stunned silence. "There is another solution," he began, his tone serious. "I could make you both more powerful."
