Kiba, the blonde boy, appeared genuinely taken aback by Issei's ability to unintentionally knock him down with his absent-minded collision. Massaging the back of his head, Kiba offered a friendly smile and spoke in a respectful tone, acknowledging Issei, "You're a lot stronger than you look. My apologies if I obstructed your path, Hyoudou-kun."

Curiosity sparked within Issei, wondering about the identity of this amiable individual named Kiba. He recalled the earlier mention of Kiba's name by one of the girls witnessing the incident.

"Ah, no worries. It was my fault for not paying attention," Issei responded calmly, opting not to harbor any ill will towards the guy.

Kiba seemed pleasantly surprised by Issei's lack of hostility, and even the surrounding fangirls of Kiba noticed the unexpected exchange.

"Well, my apologies once again, Hyoudou-kun. Take care," Kiba bid farewell with a smile before departing.

'I guess he must be affiliated with the Gremory Clan. Surprisingly, he didn't come off as a total jerk for a devil,' Issei contemplated as he made his way back to class.

End of the Day

As Issei made his way towards his motorcycle parked at the front of the school, preparing to head home, he was taken aback by the sight of Vali, positioned on a striking white motorcycle right next to his own.

Casting a glance in his direction, Vali addressed him, "Hey Issei, why don't you show me what that bike of yours can do?"

Before Issei could formulate a response, Vali revved up her motorcycle, generating a thunderous roar that instantly drew the attention of everyone in the vicinity. With a determined expression, Issei swiftly mounted his own bike, starting the engine and revving it in response.

Amidst the shocked onlookers, Vali, Tiamat, donning a blue motorcycle, arrived on the scene, skillfully maneuvering her way through the gathering crowd, narrowly avoiding collisions with curious students.

"Nice bikes," Issei exclaimed, a wide grin spreading across his face.

Tiamat, chuckling, responded, "Yours is impressive too," before engaging in a spirited display of skill by executing a spinning maneuver on the street.

With enthusiasm pulsing through him, the Sekiryuutei promptly popped a wheelie, launching himself forward with a burst of speed. However, to his surprise, both Tiamat and Vali, riding their respective blue and white motorcycles, gradually caught up with him, keeping pace effortlessly.

Riding with exhilaration coursing through their veins, Issei found himself flanked by Tiamat and Vali, engaged in an impromptu race through the bustling town. Their motorcycles sliced through the streets, evading the pursuing police cars that attempted to apprehend them. However, the dragon trio proved to be elusive, their speed and agility outmatching the authorities' efforts. The adrenaline-fueled race continued unabated for nearly two hours, the trio reveling in the thrill of the chase.

As Issei's residence came into view, he realized that Tiamat and Vali had trailed him all the way to his home, likely driven by curiosity or a desire to gather information. Momentary thoughts of their intentions flickered in his mind, contemplating the possibility of his family becoming targets. Yet, his determination to protect his loved ones burned fiercely, dispelling any notion of vulnerability.

"Finished already, Issei? That was incredible!" Tiamat's voice brimmed with excitement.

Issei couldn't help but note their casual use of his name, as if they were already on friendly termsâ€"a presumption he promptly dismissed.

"You didn't ask for permission to address me by my name. I thought I made it clear that we aren't friends," Issei retorted, his tone firm.

Vali and Tiamat exchanged a meaningful glance, seemingly unfazed by Issei's statement.

"Great race, Issei. But remember, you won't emerge victorious in our next encounter. Take care..." Vali's voice carried a seductive undertone as she bestowed upon Issei a sly grin.

Without further delay, both Vali and Tiamat swiftly departed, leaving Issei standing alone in front of his house. Letting out a sigh, he proceeded to park his motorcycle, contemplating the encounters and the enigmatic individuals who had entered his life.

A sudden realization gripped Issei's mind, a wave of fear washing over him. "Hold on a second... If they believe I'm an actual dragon and not a human, and they happen to see my human parents, they'll assume I'm just a regular human as well. Then they'll suspect that I possess a sacred gear... Oh, damn. I need to make sure they don't come to my house. It wouldn't hurt to come up with a plausible excuse when they eventually inquire about it," Issei pondered, his thoughts racing.

"Don't worry too much, Issei. You're ready to reveal your true self now that you've honed your powers," Ddraig's reassuring voice echoed in Issei's mind.

"Yeah, but as you said, once I do, chaos will ensue. I had hoped to make it through high school without all that madness. At this rate, it seems highly unlikely," Issei replied to Ddraig telepathically.

He let out a deep sigh as he entered his house, his mind consumed by contemplation. As Issei announced his return, both of his parents perked up, their expressions filled with surprise and concern.

"We heard you drive up, Issei. We hope everything is going well. Can we talk, son?" his father cautiously inquired.

"Sure, I guess... What is it about?" Issei responded, curious yet apprehensive about the nature of their conversation.

"Um... Well, your mother and I have been discussing some things, and... Well, we're worried about your recent behavior," his father continued, his tone tinged with concern.

"This again?" Issei sighed, his eyes rolling in exasperation.

"We initially thought it was just a passing phase, but your recent behavior is becoming a concern, son. We can't help but worryâ€"do you have any involvement with the Yakuza?" his father asked, his worry palpable.

"No, not at all. I simply ride my motorcycle and work. You two fret too much over me," Issei replied nonchalantly, dismissing their worries.
