10 Chapter 10: End of Rahakki Gremory.
After going back to Gremory Mansion he acted like usual. No one was able to find any difference. More like no one was there to find any difference. After coming back, Vanelena stayed with Rahakki for a week. Then moved to the Main Mansion.
His wing was handled by the trusted servants of Zeoticus and Vanelena. When he asked when he will be moved to the main mansion, the excuse they gave was,
"You are weak in health and will not be able to handle the outside world. You remember the tests done by Ajuka, right? He gave you a cure that can keep you healthy for 6 months. We have to keep you in a controlled environment so that your illness does not flare up. Unfortunately, mommy has to go to main mansion for work. Or else Mommy will keep you company. But don't worry, Mommy will come meet you daily. Now be a good boy and go play."
And she did visit every day. For the first 2 weeks. But after that the visit got longer and longer.
During this time, Rahakki's demonic core got to Critical Mass. He has to meditate and constantly feed the core with his demonic energy. He should not be disturbed during this period. So, he made a ploy by fainting in the library.
He was taken to Ajuka's lab. He was in deep meditation for 3 days and his core was completely formed. His actual reserves are at Low Satan-class. But if anyone else check him, it will show up as Low High-class.
His core now stopped taking in the demonic energy from his reserves. But started to take it from the surroundings. Rahakki was able to interfere in this aspect. He did not want Ajuka or Gremorys know that he was absorbing the demonic energy from the surrounding. It will lead him to stay in the Gremory house for few more months to years. But he kept feeding his own reserves in a very constant but slow state. He did not want any attention on himself for more that he already has.
Once he was awake, he was sent back to Gremory's. After Ajuka provided his findings, the attitude of Gremory has taken a turn for the worse. Everyone had an indifferent expression on their face when they faced him. Even Vanelena started to smile less around him.
It really pained him a lot. He treated Vanelana as his dear mother as he did not receive any motherly love in his previous life. After her façade started to break, he finally come to terms with the fact that Vanelena was only manipulating him.
At first, he did have a tiny hope that Vanelena loved him. So, he stated using the [Emapath] skill to test her. If she answered truthfully, he will get a pleasant and warm feeling. If she lied, he will get a disgusting feeling. If she tried to deceive him, he will get a warning from his instincts that something is going to harm him.
"Mommy, do you love daddy?" "Yes" – Warm feeling
"Mommy, do you love Brother?" "Yes" – Warm feeling
"Mommy, do you love me?" "Yes" – Disgusting feeling
"Mommy, do you like sweets?" "Yes" – Warm feeling
"Mommy, will you leave me?" "no" – Disgusting feeling
"Mommy, when will you take me to main Mansion?" "Soon dear" – Danger
Whenever he was mentioned in the question, more often than not, he will receive the false answers. It really hurt him a lot. He wanted to just yell at her right then and there. Or just leave everything and run away from the Mansion. For a whole month he used to cry to sleep silently during the night.
Then his resolve got stronger day by day. He wanted to make them understand the consequences of playing with his feeling. Then he started to work had during this period to get the clone done.
After a thorough research and experimentation, he selected the clone method. The mind seal method has too much of risk and he is not trained it mind arts. So, he chose the Clone method. Surprisingly, he find out the way to replicate the [Shadow-clone Jutsu] using his demonic energy.
For creating the homunculi, he just needs slime extracts. Which he can get everywhere in the underworld. After that he just needs to feed the extracts with [Transformation] Magic in a controlled pace.
He then combined the [Shadow Clone] Magic with the Homunculi by making the Shadow clone use [Demonic possession] which is one of the ancient skills that he found in Ajukas lab. Then he started to practice how to form a demonic core in other living beings. He wanted the clone to be a twin to him so that no one would suspect if he goes missing. So, at the end of 4th month, he was able to form his method of escape.
It was surprising easy because no one in the mansion cared about what he was doing. They just wanted to know where he was at and if they could feel him.
And then by using the Clone as the decoy, he started to sneak out of the mansion. At first, he thought he will get caught but after few more tests and escapades, no one was able to find out where he was as he was mimicking the surrounding demonic energy. It helped him and also hurt him greatly that Vanelena stopped visiting.
When the first time he went out of the Gremory house, he was able to see the vast underworld. But he got his priorities straight after few exploration here and there, he sneaked into the main house library. He started to gather information about the southern territory. He also started to read all the books that he found new in the library.
At the end of the 6th month, he read all the books from the Gremory library. He also procured some equipment from Ajukas' lab junkyard. He will try to repair them. If not, he can always sneak back into the lab to scan the machine and craft a copy for himself.
During this time, he also started to working out his body. He also developed a modified version of [Gravity] Magic. He first thought of the seals in {Naruto}. But he is unable to replicate them using the runes that he found out in Ajuka's lab. So, he Just modified the [Gravity] Magic that was also found in Ajuka's Lab.
But he needs to place it in a separate room. It can increase the Gravity on a particular area to 100-500 times. He just Modified it by placing a specific set of codes that can be used to decrease it to 2 times the gravity and can be increased by changing the command.
So, he did not use it now. He just started to develop his muscles. Good thing is that the servants place he knows how to do basic fighting. When he asked they did train him in Basic Sword arts, Spear arts and Hand-to-Hand combat. So, he started to practice that. When no one is looking, he started to practice Boxing, Muai Thai and Wing-chun, which he learned in his previous life. He is not a master in any of the discipline, but he is proficient.
His demonic core also helped in strengthening his body. He is now comparable to a High Mid-class devil. With his magic he can go toe to toe with a Peak High-class devil with his Satan Level reserves. Not to mention his spells gets a boost due to his core.
Other than that, he was able to perfect his [Teleportaion] Skill. He also developed a [Gate] spell from the {In another world with my Smartphone} anime. He has to refer various [Teleportation] Magic and [Space] Magic to develop it. This also gave him the idea of creating a Pocket space as his [Storage] Skill. He had storage seal which he developed with the help of [Space] Magic and Magic runes. But this pocket space can be modified as per his wish and has more versatility.
With the help of shadow clones, he was able find an uninhabited area in the Underworld that is far from any devils could reach. He started to assign them to train in all Magic. The characteristics of his clone is as he same as that of {Naruto} but with an additional point where it can sustain itself by harnessing the ambient demonic energy.
So, with the help of clones, he was able to train all his magic to peak-expert level, His martial arts to low-expert level and his support skill such as Sensing, Stealth, Cooking, etc to Master level. It will not be possible for any 7-year-old. But he is an adult in Kids body, so he was able to accomplish this in this short time period. Also, the drive to escape and forge his own path helped him to concentrate on the tasks to high degree.
So, when the deadline for his test came close, he dispelled all his clones to organize his gains. When finished, all his gains were organized and digested, he still had a day left. So, he started to check all the plans and tools that he planned for the day when he was sent to South.
Even after that, only a quarter of the day passed. So, he started to fiddle with the homunculi. He wanted to find-out if he can provide it with the same properties as the [White Zetsu] from {Naruto}. To his luck, he was able to give it some of its properties, like it can copy Skin-tone, Blood, scars and micro expressions. But it will not be able to copy the demonic energy signature.
Thankfully, he was able to create a core with his demonic energy. He can use it as energy source till he can replace his clone and it can emit his magic signature. With the help of clone, it can maintain his for long as he wants to. Only draw back is that the clone won't be able to grow. It can only replace him for a year long or 2.
At evening, Vanelena came to his room to pick him. He just acted like he was missing her and she gave the same spiel as she was busy and was unable to free her time. Like every time, he got a disgusted feeling. His empath skill now turns on like an instinct whenever he spoke with Vanelena. It will not happen with anyone else.
He was then taken to Ajuka's Lab. He was asked to get the evil pieces to take it along with him. Once he reached there, the first thing Ajuka asked him was to check his evil pieces. When he was checking the evil pieces, Vanelena took him to his room in the Lab.
Once he came back, he found out that there was a disappointed look in Ajuka's face while looking at his evil pieces. This made Rahakki a little bit happy. He did not know why but whenever Ajuka's assumption of him did not come true and Ajuka gets it wrong, it made him happy.
After that Ajuka informed them. "This test will take 4-6 moths. I wanted to monitor his bodies growth so that I can plan out how his 'illness' develops." It seems they have talked within themselves and created the excuse.
Vanelena nodded and turned to Rahakki and said, "Rak-chan, I will not be able to visit you during you stay here. So, be a good boy and do not trouble Ajuka so much, alright? Once this gets completed you will have a surprise for your birthday!!"
'It seems they have already found out that I will not develop any bloodline so the 4-6 Months stay will be about the energy within my Core' Rahakki thought and said, "Really Mommy!!! I will be a good boy!!! After these tests are done can I go out the Mansion to play."
"Yes, Sweetheart!!!" Vanelena said with a smile. Surprisingly, there was a Warm feeling. It means they have already decided to send him to the south. This is just to make full use of him.
And just like that the life in lab started. And to his own surprise Ajuka just fixed a device in his body and asked him to do whatever he wants. Then, he left to his personal lab. After checking for any surveillance for few days and finding out that there was none and this is just to monitor what happens to the energy inside the core, Rahakki created some clones and asked them to sneak into Asaroth Clans library to find anything new. Few clones were sent to lab's junkyard to salvage anything useful.
Ajuka will come to him Time to Time to personally record some data. He just did his normal training. Other that strengthening his mind in case of any mishap, he went about his days acting like a Kid.
Just like that 6-months passed. It was a day before his birthday. The Gremory family came in. He suddenly got a dangerous feeling. And so, he immediately replaces himself with the Homunculi clone and created a shadow clone to merge with it. Then he removed his clothes and the device in his hand and placed it in the clone.
He then moved to the window, used [Transformation] Magic and changed himself into a bird and sat on the fence outside. Once he was done, the group with Ajuka came in.
Ajuka asked, "Are you ready to get the cure!".
The clone acted as it was surprised and in an excited tone, "After getting it can I go out to play with others?"
"Yes, dear! Once you get the cure, you can play with whomever you want!" This time Vanelena replied. To this clone excitedly said, "Then what are we waiting for!? Let's go now!!"
To this all chuckled. The Ajuka said, "We don't need to go anywhere. Just go laydown, after removing the device. I will put you to sleep. Then when you wake up you will be cured."
To this clone nodded and went to the bed very fast and just laid down. Ajuka came near the bed and push a small syringe into the clone's hand. The clone slowly went to sleep. After seeing the clone sleeping peacefully, Ajuka went to remove the Monitoring device. After removing the device, checking the data and seeing that nothing was wrong, he then placed his hand on the clone head used [Memory Wipe] Spell.
On that day, Rahakki Gremory, the second son of Zeoticus Gremory and Vanelena Bael, younger Brother of Sirzechs Lucifer, died.
