89 Taking Territories

Sorry for the long wait. For the life of me I can't figure out how to finish this fic.

Chapter 99 took me a week and a half to finish. Its 4K words long. But I rewrote that shit like 8 times. I always have a problem with the endings. Or he Near Endings. 

I took some time off Kiba to work on a few other fics. Got some new ideas as well and wrote a few chapters for those ideas. They look promising. But that's after I finish HP: Raven which will come out after Kiba.

Most of the people in the hall yelled out. But the loudest were Issei and Saji

Sirzechs frowned and asked in his commanding tone "Isaiah, explain yourself"

Isaiah just glances at the Strongest Devil, not caring one bit about his attitude "Exactly what I said. Nexus is the one occupying those territories right now. All perfectly legal I assure you"

"Isaiah what do you mean perfectly legal?" Serafall cuts in, she was about to threaten him with war but the legal part stopped her

"Hmmm instead of explaining it all it would be better to show you instead. I will teleport one of my people here. The one who is in charge of this operation"

[Ingivild I'm bringing you here. Get ready to show off] He quickly sends a telepathic message to her

Isaiah made a Dagger and threw it on the ground. From the dagger, a ring of energy pulsed before Ingivild appeared on top of it

She looked around the hall. Taking note of all the VIPs in the room.

"Greetings. I am Ingivild Leviathan. The last true Leviathan" She spread her four pairs of wings, proving her lineage. And released her power. And making A Sea Serpent of the End. Showing it was no weaker than the Satans.

Her words caused a lot of reactions. The younger devils started to whisper amongst themselves. Shocked that another Leviathan exists. And this one has her Clan's Bloodline Power.

The VIPs looked at her with interest. Wondering how much chaos this little girl is going to cause.

While the Satans cursed silently. As the 4 Rulers of the Underworld. They are well-versed in the Laws. Naturally, they know what law Isaiah was referring to now

Ingivlid stopped the Water Serpent and looked at the Satans

"A hundred years ago. The houses Naberius and Gaap helped Katarea Leviathan and her followers alongside with the elders of house Leviathan to stage a coup. Those Three houses joined forces to kill the Lord Leviathan and his human lover. My father and mother. Both of them died and I was infected with the sleeping sickness." She said in an icy cold tone

Isaiah cut in "Once I found out about her existence I went ahead and woke her up. That happened a few months ago. Naturally, she wanted revenge so I helped her achieve that.

According to the Old Laws. Ingivild can legally kill and take their territories for the act of Transgression against her Family. Something that she has done with the help of her allies. As an Executive member of Nexus she has the right to use our army. And we were more than willing to help her out personally as you probably know by now"

I point to Ajuka who was opening up Satellite Surveillance on the occupied territories. Showing Tiamat, Veldora, Dino and the others.

"I have eliminated all those who had anything to do with the death of my parents. Now I rule those lands. And I don't plan on aligning myself with any of your Internal Factions or squabbles. You can consider the Leviathan House as a part of the Extra Demon Houses. Which is such a stupid name. Naturally, those territories will be used by Nexus as well. "

"Well does anyone have any complaints about our actions" Isaiah asked the Satans and the other Lords around them.

"Don't you think you are getting a bit cocky you brat" Poseidon growled at Isaiah. Isaiah's sheer audacity pissed him off even more than he was. If they were anywhere else he would make him pay

"Nope, I don't think so. And what's it to you, not like this affects you at all. Unless you are up for a fight. In that case, I would happily gut you and feed your remains to the monsters in the Enchanted Forest."

Lugh stopped in between Poseidon and Isaiah and started acting as the peacemaker again.

Ajuka cut in before anybody from his side could do something stupid and cause them further embarrassment "Not at the moment no. But even if those territories are yours now. You can't cause trouble for the neighboring Houses"

Isaiah smirked at Ajuka's words" Of course, provided that they dont cause any trouble for me. Oh and if anyone Devil or not. Tries to enter the Territories without permission. They will be killed on the spot."

There was a brief silence after Isaiah's words. Before the whispers started again. The Satans looked like they wanted to be anywhere but here. They already knew of the bitching the elders will do after this.

"Oh and by the way. Nexus is recruiting reincarnated devils who aren't happy with their masters. You come to us, we screen you. If you pass we get rid of the Evil Piece and let you join. You fail the test and we kill you on the spot."

With those words, Isaiah and the 3 women next to him, disappeared in a flash.

"Aya" Azazel just facepalmed. This would not end well. Especially for the devils. He was kinda regretting making the Alliance now. But he invested too much to back out now so he just had to push through and help the devils fix their shit.

"Hmm, well as interesting as this has been. I'm afraid I must be returning home. I thank the Satans for inviting me" Lugh spoke politely, as he gave them a nod

Serafall smiled at the man "Thank you for accepting it. I hope to see you soon again" 'And finally start talking about those trade relations' she thought to herself

Lugh nodded at her, realizing her intentions. But after tonight, that would be difficult to achieve. The devils were about to start having some serious internal troubles. And the other factions are like sharks who smell blood. They will make things difficult for them to force the devils to give up more during any future deals.

"I will be leaving this as well. I have to report this incident to Olyimpus as soon as possible. I wish you good luck. You are going to need it " With those words Poseidon teleported back to Olympus.

Serafall scoffed on the inside

Poseidon didn't bother to hide his intention at all. He wanted nothing to do with the devils and was pissed at Isaiah. Hell, he was probably already trying to convince his faction to go after him. Stupid barnacle brain.

Azazel sighed and looked toward Odin. "Old man sorry that things turned out to be this way. But I'm going to need an answer to my question. The situation has forced my hand"

Odin nods at Azazel "It's all right crow brat. I understand your situation. But I'm afraid I must refuse your offer"

Azazel nods sadly "Understandable. But just to do this by the books. May I ask why?" 

Odin just chuckles. Both he and Azazel hate the political side yet here they are. Talking about excuses when both of them know why

"I refused your offer because all 3 Factions that make up your 'Alience' contain too many traitors and unstable individuals. The whole reason for this Alliance is so the Leaders use their combined force to press down on the 'rebels' and keep them in check."

Azazel winced just a tiny bit at that. 

"Also I have a lot less to gain from all of this. Sure my faction can get access to Evil Piece technology, Pheonix tears, and Sacred Gear research.

But this Alliance is attracting more trouble than it is worth. And the rebels are making things even worse.

Asgard will not be joining an Alliance with someone that has too many traitors in their faction. There is no need to say anything about the Devils. Heaven has the Church and Grigori has too many Rouge Fallen. 

Why would I want to risk my men protecting people who haven't done anything about the 'rebels and traitors?" Odin asks with a raised eyebrow

The Satans are just debating whether to just straight up eliminate all the rebels and then deal with the unsatisfied Devils and a possible New Civil war later..

Michael nods sadly "I see. Thank you for your honest words. I would like to point out that we are making an active effort to take care of the 'Rebels'"

Odin just chuckled "If you want to find and get rid of traitors. I suggest you contact NEXUS. As far as I know, they have managed to completely eliminate any and all spies and potential traitors. Honestly, I have been trying to negotiate for their method but they aren't budgeing. Maybe I should offer a few Oppai Clubs from the North as well"

Bryunhilde sighed "Lord Odin. I believe its time for us to leave. Before you decide to do something foolish. Lady Friga will not be pleased. She has been waiting to 'teach you a lesson' for days."

Odin sighed dramatically "Aww crud. Why did i get married again? If I could I would smack Yonug Odin across the head for making such a stupid decision. Well, I'll be seeing you brats around. I hope you fix your problems"

Odin and Bryunhilde disappeared in a Rune Portal

"Sigh, they finally left" Serafall rubbed her temples. 

She was sitting on a table with the other leaders from the Biblical Faction. The Satans. Michael and Gabriel, Azazek and Baraquiel.

"Yeah. I suggest we all head back to our bases Pronto. Things are about to get messy and we need to handle the situation carefully. Especially the situation with the Reincarnated Devils. That won't end well"

Ajuka just narrowed his eyebrows slightly "I'm handling it" 

Suddenly all of their phones started to ring. They looked at each other and smiled wryly. Things have already started to go to Hell

~ A few hours later.

After they fixed the first wave of Reincarnated Devils leaving. They immediately went to the Council Meeting. Where all the Elders blamed Serafall as she is The Satan of Foreign Affairs and not knowing how strong NEXUS is.

At first Serafall acted calmly, neutralizing their accusations with her own. They brought up dirt on her she did the same to them.

But as this went on for a few hours, Serafall's patience was running out. It was one hour after that when she finally snapped. Saying that she should be punished for her failures.

"THAT'S IT!" Srafall yelled out, her aura blasting from her. The meeting room chilled down instantly, everybody had to use their Demonic Energy to keep themselves from freezing

"For 300 YEARS! I have kept the other factions at bay. Some stupid young devil causes an international incident every month by reincarnating someone he shouldn't have.

I have prevented War against our species more times than I could count. And now you are blaming ME! For our bad relationship with NEXUS! It was your stupid laws that pressed Isaiah to do this. You are the ones making things difficult for Reincarnaed Devils. And now he is offering a safe haven for them."

Ajuka sighed "Our numbers have already started to drop and it hasn't even been a day since he spread the news. We already know that Isiaah can take out the Evil Pieces since he did it on himself, Koneko and Gasper. I have activated the self-destruct switch in their Evil Pieces. They have started to degrade and poison the Reincarnated Devils. But only time will tell if they die or they make it to Nexus in time. "

"It's still your responsibility as Satan to fix this! You Satans invited Isaiah. You are in charge of foreign afears Serafal! You should have heard at least some rumors about this attack. You are to blame" One of the Council Elders yells out

Ice spread from Serafalls hands as she froze her part of the table "My responsibility?" Serafall says in an ice-cold tone, before she smirks at all the Devils in the room

"So be it. Well, you can see this as me taking responsibility for my actions. I RESIGN! Someone else can become Satan's Leviathan. Without me keeping the other factions at bay, our Faction will be caught in a war by the end of the year. Good Fucking Luck to you all."

Her words shocked everybody even her fellow Satans

"Serafall! Be reasonable"

"Are you really going to walk away like this, After all the effort we have put?"

"Serafall calm down, are you willing to put our race at risk?"

She snapped back at her Sattans "Don't tell me to calm down Sirzechs. These idiots have brought this on themselves. I am just regretting I haven't done this earlier. 300 Years of my life I have wasted protecting this trash. If they can't learn to control their desires and impulses then they deserve to die. Want my advice? The next time some Devil Brat screws up, send his head to the other faction as an apology. Maybe then these idiots will start to learn.

Now if you will excuse me. I'm going on a VERY VERY LONG Vacation! So unless any of you want to fight me right now. I suggest you get out of my way" She said to the Elders who quickly moved back

"Oh and if any of you bother my Sister or House Sitri. I will end you, remember I am now Serafall Sitri. I dont have to worry about my Image as a Satan. So bother my family and I will completely ERASE YOU!"

Serafall Sitri sent one last glare at the people in the room. Ice spread from her feet and quickly spread. The Elders actually jumped back in fear of being frozen alive by an 'unstable' Serafall. 

Seeing their pathetic reactions. She just scoffed before teleporting out. Leaving the Devil Faction at the weakest state, it has been in centuries. Her actions would have devastating consequences. On the Devil Race and the World itself.
