9 Chapter 8

It has been one month since Kronos rose to his position as ruler of the Greeks and he has made many changes in his territory. The Titans were obviously ruling while their brothers the Cyclops and Hekatonkheires were also given homes. Kronos has got the entire territory under his control and none dispute his authority.

Though Zadkiel didn't much care about it as he can't interfere with him unless it is absolutely necessary. He managed to learn sometime ago that the Primordial God's made a pact with eachother to not interfere in the others affairs unless it is very urgent.

Zadkiel decided to obey it but he would step in if the things that happened in Greek mythology were to occur. More precisely, the rape and abuse of power done by the Greek God's. Among the many pantheons of God's he had read about in history they were by far the most morally dubious of them all.

Heck! The only God's in the whole pantheon who don't have much fault and don't abuse humans are Hestia, Hephaestus and Hades, and he's the future God of the Underworld. It's quite a coincidence that the three God's names start with the letter H.

By this time the God's Ahura Mazda and Angra Mainyu were born and they have been at war which wasn't really surprising since one is the God of Good while the other is the God of Evil. Things were starting to heat up in the other pantheons and Zadkiel knew that things will get worse.

Zadkiel was now standing in a secluded area in the garden within a dome made of magic. He stood in silence before he turned around and caught a fist. This action caused wind and dust to be kicked up in the direction the punch was thrown. Zadkiel looked at the aftermath and gave a smirk to Adam whose fist he had caught.

"You're getting stronger." Zadkiel said with a smile.

"That I am." Adam said with a smile of his own.

Zadkiel smiled before he turned and used his right leg to block a kick from Lilith which was aimed at his hip. Dust kicked up in response as Zadkiel smiled.

"Fast but not fast enough." Zadkiel said to her.

"Yes big brother." Lilith said with a smile before she jumped back.

Adam also freed his hand from his grip before he jumped back as well. Zadkiel stood in the middle as Adam and Lilith were standing a good distance in front of and at his back. Then the two started to run around him and then the next second their speed increased so much that they were a blur as dust started to kick up.

But Zadkiel was still able to keep up with them, this speed was child's play to him who has to fight a lot of opponents in the training against God. One of God's barriers would create enemies who were given information about his fighting style which had made it quite troublesome for him to fight them.

The two primordial humans then immediately closed in on his as Adam threw a punch while Lilith kicked at him. Zadkiel adjusted his body posture and managed to grab both of their limbs. But Lilith used his hold on her hand to twist her body and send another kick at him. Zadkiel in response threw the both of them away.

He then unfurled his wings and the two became tense. He then shot his silver feathers at the two humans and the two started to run and dodge the feathers. The feathers were very sharp and strong as they made sure they weren't harmed by it.

When the rain of feathers stopped they looked at where Zadkiel was only to find that he was gone. They both looked upwards as they felt a presence and they saw him hovering in the air with his wings fully unfurled creating a majestic sight. Lilith was completely entranced by the sight, which was seen by Adam.

"Don't drop your guard. I'm serious." Zadkiel said as he made many light spears around him.

The spears shot towards the two humans who got ready. Adams eyes glowed red as his hands was covered in light. He brought his palms to the ground and then rocks protruded from the ground and shot towards the spears and destroyed them.

Lilith wasn't far behind as her eye's glowed red as well as her hands were covered in yellow light. She then spread her arms as pink light spears appeared around her. The spears shot towards and collided with the spears in the air and exploded and protected them.

This kept on going as Zadkiel sent light spears at the two humans and they would attack in return. After sometime they stopped as Zadkiel flew to the ground and stood in front of them. He retracted his wings and smiled at the two in front of him.

"Good work. You managed to protect yourselves and were also able to use magic." Zadkiel said to them with a smile.

"Thank you big brother." The two said in unison.

"No problem. So, Adam I remember that there was something you wanted to do after this." Zadkiel said to him.

"Yes, I will be absent for sometime so could you look after Lilith for me." Adam said which caused Lilith to smile brightly.

"Of course." Zadkiel said with a smile.

Adam nodded with a smile before he went on his way. Zadkiel looked at a wide smiled Lilith as she looked at him.

"What do you want to do Lilith?" Zadkiel asked with a smile.

"Big brother, I want to sit on your lap and want you to hug me." Lilith said with a smile as she showed him her puppy dog eyes.

"Of course." Zadkiel said with a smile as he sat on a rock.

Lilith followed and sat on his lap and leaned on his chest with a smile. While usually when a beautiful woman like her were to sit on a man's lap, especially one who is fully nude and seeable by everyone, it didn't take a genius to know what they would think. But Zadkiel has come a long way and has started to see Lilith as his little sister and now no longer minds the fact that she and Adam are nude. He has grown used to it.

Zadkiel simply hugged her with a smile as Lilith leaned into his hug. Adam was watching this from behind a tree and when he saw they reaction, and especially that of Lilith's he smiled before he walked away.

But in the opposite direction Helel was also looking at the angel and human as he now sported an evil smirk on his face as he gained a glint in his eyes.

"Now little brother, you will understand why I am the only one who is capable of being the greatest angel." Helel said ominously as he teleported away.
