Chapter 71: Arbiter

After celebrating the new additions to the team. Which are Raikou and Fenrir, Mordred went to one of his subordinates that might have some information about what he was able to find in their mission.

"Katarea, did you know that there were spies in the great king faction?" Mordred squinted his eyes, thinking that she hid it from them.

"No, Mordred-sama. This lowly maid of yours did not bother herself with such things when I was in the old Satan faction." Katarea bowed and Mordred didn't smell any lies.

"Is that so? But did you have an idea?" Mordred raised a brow and he thought that she might be telling half-truths.

"I did not know Mordred-sama, please forgive me." She took off her panties and gave it to him. She then bent over and raised her skirt in order for him to start punishing her.

And it might look kinky, but Mordred's magic infused spanks would make anyone's butt burn like hell. So she didn't do it just for some punishment play.

"It is fine; I did not sense any lies." Mordred sighed and he hoped that Katarea would be more involved with the old Satan faction, but alas. She was too arrogant and proud to have schemes like that against the current government.

"You are too kind, master." Katarea bowed at him, but he eyed her brown butt that was like milk chocolate.

'Hmm, I still don't understand Vali's obsession with buttocks fully. Maybe I can learn it right now?' Mordred had a weird thought.

"Katarea, for not lying to me. I will give you a reward." Mordred took out his special massage table that was stuffed with rainbow goose down. It was the softest down in the world that costs a fortune for every pound.

"Master, it is not necessary." Katarea started to get a bit nervous. In her time in Mordred's household, she already concluded that he was messed up. So she thought that she was a masochist inside of his mind.

"Nonsense, lie down prone." Mordred ordered and Katarea nodded. She prepared herself for some pain, but his smooth hands started gliding on her lower back.

"Hngh~" Katarea has never felt so much pleasure before. It made her spine tingle as his touch of temptation overloaded her brain.

Mordred then rubbed her glutes. 'Interesting, it is nice and elastic like Serafall's. Is this because of their devil physique?'

He kept on massaging her and Katarea was melting into a puddle of groans and pleasure. 'I… I can't take this anymore! It has been so long!' She sat upwards and Mordred thought that she was still being stubborn.

"Katarea, just lie down." Mordred sighed and she slowly crawled to him. "Master… Have you ever been with a woman?" Katarea purred and her mind was filled with thoughts of debauchery.

"No, not really." Mordred shrugged and Katarea thought that he was asexual or something. He didn't have a reaction to her naked lower body. It was like a Tuesday morning for him.

She frowned and her hand slowly caressed his crotch. "Mordred-sama… Please let this Katarea give you a nice gift." She bit her lip and Mordred blinked.

'Master never touched me here before… I guess I can see this through.' He felt a bit tingly, so he shrugged and Katarea excitedly took down his pants after he sat on his table.

"Mordred-sama~" Katarea started furiously flicking her bean as she sniffed his crotch. As a dragon, he had a musky and smell that made her head spin.

'Hmmm? Is this what they call an erection? Interesting.' Mordred felt his blood flow to his nether region and Katarea smirked.

'Master will love this.' Katarea popped his erection into her mouth and she started sucking him off. "Ohhh, Ooh~" Mordred was like a kid that tasted candy for the first time.

Katarea has never sucked anyone off before, she is a proud Leviathan after all. But being a devil, they were just made for such things and she quickly got the hang of it.

"Hmmm~" Katarea moaned in delight as Mordred used his magic. He thought that it would make her more enthusiastic.

And so she did, bobbing her head up and down vigorously as she inserted some fingers inside of her.

Mordred took hold of her head and gripped her hair. Wanting more of the smooth and slick sensation of her throat that tightened like it had a mind of its own.

"Hngh!" Katarea squirted as Mordred blew his load inside of her throat. And she was surprised at the amount of mana that was inside his semen. She gulped it greedily and Katarea separated from his member with an audible pop.

"Hah, hah, master~" Katarea purred and something changed inside of Mordred, seeing Katarea huffing, her face flushed, and her hair in a mess due to him grabbing it.

"That was something." Mordred was fascinated. He has never touched himself of course, so it was a surprise and a half.

"Let's do that again master~" Katarea fixed her appearance and she walked away, swinging her hips as she felt his eyes on her. Thinking that he would try to get her to do that again.

"Hmmm, what an amazing sensation. I guess this is the reason why men get assassinated left and right while experiencing this." Mordred thought it was dangerous and he lost himself a bit.

"I need to consult master about this later." Mordred nodded sagely and he wanted to have a resistance to the pleasures of the flesh.

__Devil Council__

Right after the destruction of Lilith and Lucifaad, the council was of course called for a meeting.

"We have a problem in our hands…" Sirzechs squinted his eyes at the attack in Lucifaad and Lilith.

"They even had Fenrir to help them attack the major cities." Serafall frowned heavily and she already contacted Odin about it.

And the old man was the leader of Asgard for a reason. Thinking that his disciple wouldn't attack the underworld for no reason, he immediately blamed it on Loki.

Saying that they interrogated him and the trickster was in cahoots with the old Satan faction. That if he lent Fenrir to them, then they would break him out of prison.

And Odin also surmised that Mordred attacking the underworld in full force would yield very different results. Dulio and Lavinia alone would cause massive damage that would also affect the Grigori.

There were also no civilian casualties. Mordred might not be a maniac, but ensuring that no innocents were harmed directly was extremely difficult for an all-out assault.

"There is something weird though, they went out of their way to protect civilians." Falbium smelled something fishy.

"The old Satan faction might not want to incur more enmity from the underworld as a whole. After all, it was terraformed and built upon nothing by the Satans." A devil concluded.

That was a logical answer as it was their home. But that was if the old Satan faction was filled by honorable and pragmatic individuals.

'We'll have to investigate this further later.' Ajuka wasn't convinced as well and he thought that something is wrong.

"What are we going to do about the damages?" Sirzechs raised an important matter.

"The pillar clans will donate funds for this tragedy, many buildings and businesses have been struck. It will be helpful for the economy." Lord Paimon that has accrued tons of capital due to their treasure hunting ability announced.

And the Satans were stunned by the answer. What he said was true, but devils are greedy assholes that wouldn't want to spend a cent to rebuild the capital and Lucifaad.

"Lucifaad is our previous capital. And Lilith is the current one, it is only proper that we rebuild it as soon as possible. They are responsible for a lot of our home's economy." Zekram Bael nodded and they were further confused.

The other devils nodded and the Satans thought that something was really wrong. But Zekram spoke up, so they concluded that it is something that the great king faction would do to gain the favor of the masses.

But they couldn't do anything, the Satans don't have enough funds to rebuild Lucifaad and Lilith. They were glorified office workers that doesn't get much money.

Everybody then continued on. "The other matter at hand is a bit alarming. If they are from the old Satan faction indeed. Then there's a pretty young girl there that could disable my Kankara formula." Ajuka raised.

Sirzechs, Serafall, and Falbium were the most surprised over this development. "Your Kankara formula!? But how?" Sirzechs knew how dangerous and effective Ajuka's special magic was.

Even the daughter of the original Leviathan couldn't hold a candle to Ajuka when he used his formula. The sea serpent of the end was sent right back at her without any problems.

"How?" Serafall was dumbstruck, Ajuka could fight almost anyone when using his Kankara formula. It made magic nigh obsolete and even detrimental to use.

"My formula always fails whenever I tried to do something, it was definitely an eye opening experience." Ajuka frowned when he remembered Erina use Telos Karma to disable his infamous magic.

"But you are a master of devil magic as well, how in the world did they manage to escape from you?" Falbium was still confused.

Ajuka is their most talented devil in using magic. He just prefers to use his formula. "That's the thing, all my magic circles have been terminated as well. They just didn't seem to work, the only thing that could be used against that is primordial magic and forbidden magics."

The green haired Satan was miffed. He was both fascinated and annoyed at the problem that Erina created for him. After all, he thought that the Kankara formula is at its perfect form. He worked on it for centuries.

"This is troubling indeed." Sirzechs frowned. One of their super devils already has a massive disadvantage against the group they fought.

And that isn't even including Fenrir and Raikou who wasn't really trying to harm Serafall. The self-proclaimed magical girl knew it. Raikou had tons of strength to spare.

She didn't even sic her heavenly kings on her. And even when Sirzechs' peerage arrived. They were able to escape, basically unharmed.

"We shall look for more clues on who they are. The woman that was with Fenrir had a divine spark." Sirzechs frowned.

Ajuka and Falbium raised a brow and they thought of the same thing. Gods joining the old Satan faction was troublesome.

"The teen that was with the counter to me also shattered my jaw with just one punch. She was clumsy and horrible at fighting… But that's the thing, that girl had a physique that could rival Satans. I don't know if that was just an act." Ajuka rubbed his jaw that was still recovering.

Valerie almost slugged him so hard that his jaw turned into dust. It almost made him shiver what she could do if she was just acting. Which wasn't the case, but he didn't know that.

The devils all had grim expressions on their faces. They were left with more questions than answers. Like what was their motive?

__Familiar Forest__

Mordred received a call from Odin and he expected his teacher to do so. He even wondered what took him so long.

"Mordred my boy, what in blazes went into you to attack the underworld?" Odin was both curious and annoyed that he used Fenrir to create chaos.

"That huh? The great king faction is getting very annoying. And they were trying to undermine my reputation so that my friends would be unpopular with the public." Mordred explained and Odin went quiet.

He then started laughing. "That's it my boy! Making your devil friends more indebted to you by the day! You sneaky little bugger, strengthening them politically." Odin thought that he was already taking care of his girls.

"It's the same as what Asgardians would do, don't you agree?" Mordred thought that they would definitely want to scrap if that happened to them.

Especially Thor who was a meathead that wouldn't shy away in fighting people.

"That it is. Don't worry, I have already taken care of it from this end. You can rely on us; you are Asgard's eternal ally after all bwahahaha!" Odin ended the call and he couldn't wait for Mordred to take girls left and right from every faction or something.

"I was a bit worried that teacher would get angry. But it seems that my worries are unfounded." Mordred sighed in relief.

He got another call from Odin though, making him raise a brow. "Hello teacher?"

"My boy, it seems that your actions have made great strides." Odin was serious and Mordred was confused.

"The underworld has called Grigori and heaven for a meeting. It seems that they are more proactive now for a true alliance between the biblical factions." Odin gave him the news.

"Hmmm… An unexpected development, but a welcome one nonetheless." Mordred thought that would be nice.

"Heaven put forth a condition though." Odin smirked and he thought that Mordred is starting to wrack some clout.

"Is it difficult and it's their way of refusing?" Mordred squinted his eyes and Odin immediately told him the rest of the story.

"Nay, they want you as the peacekeeper for the meeting." Odin laughed and he gave him the specifics of the meeting.

Heaven, Grigori, and the devils will meet with them at neutral lands, Asgard.
