Sirzechs stood in front of Issei, "You saw that... didn't you..."
Nodding his head, Issei knew what Sirzechs was asking about. "It was pretty obvious... He wasn't supposed to win."
"I... I have one last step... one last thing to ask... one last way for me to save her..." Sirzechs, the Lucifer of the current Underworld, the King of the current Hell, kneeled in front of Issei. "Please... Come to her wedding and fight Riser to save her..."

"Is this marriage being streamed to the supernatural world?" The Lucifer nodded causing Issei to groan a little bit. He didn't have much of a choice with this since the rewards were crazy enough.
"Fine... I'll deal with him alone."
"Do you really think you would win?"
Issei simply smirked, "Nah, I'd win."
With that, time had passed to the point of the wedding. Rias was sitting down in her room outside of the wedding ceremony. With her was her mother and brother, who were greatly against the wedding but couldn't do anything besides watch for the sidelines in hopes a miracle could happen.
Venelana looked at her daughter's sobbing face and couldn't help but only hug her tightly into her chest. She didn't know what to do... seeing her daughter in so much pain... it had brought her own tears to roll down her face. "Don't cry... please don't cry..."
"Mom... I don't want to marry him... I don't want to... why couldn't I win?"
The two stayed in each other's comfort while Rias's brother watched from the side. He could only turn his head away in disgust in what was going to happen to his sister.
Rias was left with the only thought and wish she could have... 'Please... Issei... Help me.'
The moment she walked out with her family to the stage where Riser was seen standing, the door to the entrance exploded. "Sup mother fuckers!"
Through the smoke, everyone's eyes widened... Either in disbelief, anger, happiness, or confusion. Issei Hyoudou was standing in the middle of the doors...
"Guards! Seize the intruder!"
Upon Riser stating the order, the guards rushed towards Issei. Swinging their blades against him, they did nothing. Issei walked straight through the attempts to hurt him and continued walking. No one uttered a word upon seeing the scene in front of him.
"What is the meaning of this?" Riser's father demanded.
"You see... Your son here decided to cheat during the Rating Game." Behind the entire crowd came in the Lucifer. Standing on stage and demanding respect, Sirzechs stood between Rias and Riser.
"What do you mean?"
"Riser... Will you explain or will I have to explain?" Riser was getting a little nervous upon hearing the accusation, but he still stayed strong in his stance against the allegations. "I guess... I will have to do so. You see..." Sirzechs raised his hands and a holographic video showed up from the time Riser decided to drink the entire bottle of Phoenix Tears. "Your son decided to go against the rules and drank the entire bottle... Can someone explain to me... What does that mean?"
"No... You must have forged these!" Riser's father had stated."You were always against my son marrying your sister! This-"
"SILENCE! DO YOU DARE QUESTION YOUR LORD?" Sirzechs screamed, silencing Lord Phenex with his authority alone. "All of you fools had decided to watch the fireworks happening while I was watching the two fighters individually. Rias was giving her all... Riser was as well... But why did you decide to cheat?"
Riser, knowing that he was caught by the Lucifer, sighed before responding, "I must do this for our race! For our own good... We, devils, are losing numbers fast... We may be able to get reincarnated devils but we don't have many pure blooded devils."
"But isn't cheating against the pride of a true devil? Anyways, we're getting off topic. The man in front of you... The human in front of you... Is the same man that saved Rias from death."
What the hell was this man saying? Issei was starting to get annoyed... Sirzechs was trying to use the media as a way to increase his popularity in the supernatural world. Issei didn't want that...
"The same man that shows his face whenever there is justice to be served. This is the Hero of the Supernatural World! And he has come to bring justice... Riser... If you want to marry my sister... There is a way for you to do it even if you did cheat."
"And that is, my lord?"
"Defeat this human..."
"Is that all my lord?" Defeating a human... that will be the easiest thing to do. Riser was going to destroy this human.
"What do you say... Hero? Will you-"
"Yes..." Everyone gasped at seeing the Lucifer being interrupted. "Just start the fight..."
Sirzechs chuckled upon hearing the bluntness from Issei and nodded. Teleporting the two into a separate dimension. The two of you will fight... fight until one of you gives up."
Riser chuckled and knew that he was going to win. "Human... you're unfortunate-"
"Just start the fight... I don't have all day to stay here with you." He had an exam happening during the afternoon. Issei was shocked that the wedding was taking place early in the morning... it was unfortunate because now he had to go to the test since his mother wanted him to pass high school.
To say he was grumpy was an understatement...
Riser threw a fire ball straight at Issei... expecting to burn him alive... Issei simply walked straight through the fire. Negating all effects with the attack, Issei was just leagues above Riser in power.
"What?" Throwing another fire ball at Issei, the same thing happened. Issei walked straight through the attack without being fazed at all.
Riser was starting to get concerned... Rushing in with his fists infused with his flames, Riser went for a right hook... landing it squarely onto Issei's jaw... nothing happened. "This was meaningless... you will never be able to hurt me."
Continuing his assault, Riser threw blow after blow... fear beginning to claw onto his face when he only saw Issei's emotionless facial expression staring right back into his eyes.
"You're cheating... where is the force field? No human can with-" Grabbing his head with his hands, Issei simply squeezed a little bit and released Riser. The little bit turned into pure agony for Riser... his head was caved in after the brutal pressure. Screaming with blood trailing down his face, Issei simply kneeled in front of him.
"Come on... drink another shot of Phoenix Tears... it won't be considered cheating... I'll allow it." Riser quickly opened a bottle of Phoenix Tears and began healing himself. What was he going to do? Kicking Riser with a gentle kick, Riser was shot straight into the other side of the dimension. "Damn... didn't expect that much strength."
Riser backed away... coughing out blood with nearly all his health depleted, he couldn't do anything. His body was beginning to fail moving around... what was this behemoth? There was no way that he was human..."I can't quit..."
Riser got up and watched as Issei slowly walked towards him.
In his eyes... Issei looked to be a regular human... In the eyes of Issei... Riser was a pebble. Riser continued blasting Issei... using all his magic... frantically drinking more Phoenix Tears to deal with his fatigue... But each attack simply was negated. Getting closer to Riser... Issei grabbed both of his swords by the handles very tightly... raised them into the air and slammed them with max power. Shattering the entire area and causing so much damage that it distorted the small little dimension that was made for them... Needless to say...
"Riser Phenex has been eliminated."
"Wait... what? Was that all? FUCK!"
That was the most anticlimactic fight in Issei's eyes. Nothing happened... he swung his blade and Riser was eliminated.
Appearing back into the real world... Issei looked on to the crowd watching him with a disappointed expression. "Zechs... I'll be leaving now."

With that... Issei teleported back to his house... leaving the others.
"So... Rias will now be officially free!" Rias squealed in delight and looked for Issei. Turning all around, she couldn't find him anywhere.
"Brother... Where did Issei go?"
"Oh... He just disappeared. Didn't you just see him teleport?"
"WHAT! BUT I WANTED TO THANK HIM!" Rias screamed... She pouted and looked upset at Issei. However... she couldn't help but blush... Issei had decided to save her twice... He was... truly the perfect man...
While this was being broadcasted in the supernatural world, a specific woman was watching this with a smile on her face. Artemis was seen looking on the aftermath with the birdie with a smile filled with pride. She knew that Issei was... just a hero. Someone that was willing to save anyone in need. That was just who he was as a person. She couldn't help but feel her heart beating rapidly upon thinking about Issei... She blushed knowing what this meant... Issei was the second person to make this Goddess blush...
Both Rias and Artemis have finally found the person to make them... feel loved.
