Insane Gold is a prick

"What am I looking at?" I question out loud, staring at the scene around me. I had just arrived at the scene of the plot, planning on inserting myself so that I would be invited to the peace talks to advertise my products.

The corpses of hundreds of fallen angel were scattered across the ground, some of them were still alive as they howled out in agony.

The Gremory and Sitri group were off to the side with pale faces, attempting to not look at what was happening. They looked like they just got through a difficult fight, a few of them were injured.

"KILL ME!" A random fallen cried out with tears in his eyes. I didn't blame him for crying, half his body was gone.

The reason responsible for all the pain inflicted upon these fallen, were roaches. For every fallen body, scores of roaches would engulf them, feeding off their bodies. It was honestly an unnerving and disgusting sight. My fear of roaches is keeping me in the air, away from the ground.

"Hi dad!" I glanced over at Jade who was waving up at me with a smile, completely ignoring the blood splashed on her. Beneath her was the tragic form of Kokabiel, one of the leaders of Grigori. His body was a sorry sight, bones sticking out of him, limbs turned the wrong way, his jaw ripped off and a few of his wings were torn off.

I glanced to the side to see Jack barfing into some nearby bushes. Honestly I'm about to barf myself, but I swallowed down the rising bile at the back of my throat and hesitantly smiled at the girl. "Hey Honey, what are you doing here?" I asked as if I wasn't completely unnerved by the horrific display before me.

"Akemi asked for some help and I needed to feed my subjects." Jade said with a wide smile as if she was a responsible adult. "Speaking of which, can I eat this guy?" She pointed down at Kokabiel

*Cough* "No, I think it'd be best to bring him to Azazel and Jade dear, please don't eat people in front of others. It doesn't look very lady-like." I said as her expression morphed into disappointment. Why do I feel like she thinks of this as some kind of field day and I just ruined it.

Returning back home, the blonde reached the bottom of his stairs, threw his hands up in the air and blurted out expletives into the air for a moment.

"Things are not going as planned..." Gold groaned out in frustration as he fell back on his bed.

He had failed to insert himself into the plot.

After he had finished quickly helping Yumi gain some resistance to holy energy, he left for the meeting at Kyoto. Akemi had showed up to ask for assistance as she was unsure if she could take on Kokabiel or not. However since Gold was gone, Jade and Jack helped out of boredom.

Apparently Kokabiel became unnerved at the sight of two ultimate-class beings assisting the devil princesses, so he brought an army of fallen with him and assaulted the school. However Jade had an army of her own which she kept around Kuoh since Gold didn't allow insects inside the house.

The army of 800 fallen angels were able to kill off millions of mutated roaches, however they were eventually overrun due to sheer numbers. Kokabiel in his rage, attempted to charge at one of the devil princesses to kill at least one of them. Unfortunately Jack and Jade were waiting for the man to come down from the sky and smacked his light spear away which eventually reaching Gold.

"Well, I only have option left." Gold muttered out loud as he raised his interdimensional phone. Tapping on the screen, he moved towards his contacts.

He didn't have that many people in his contacts. They were mainly people who he had met on the job as an Isekai Truck Driver, such as his mechanic for in case his truck gets wrecked somehow. There were also numbers of other Aversis he had exchanged numbers with in his travels. He scrolled down to the 'S' section and tapped the name. The phone rang for a short time before a familiar overly happy voice sounded out from the speakers.

"Did you miss me?!~" A familiar voice chirped out as Gold backed away from the phone as it was on speakers.

"Hey Serafall, hope I'm not interrupting anything important right now. I didn't want to distract you from your job so I've been keeping contact minimal." Gold didn't want to rely on Serafall for this kind of thing as he was used to doing things on his own.

"To be honest I was starting to think you FoRGot about me. Not even a call during these lonely nights, and I hear you've been ChEAtINg on me!" Serafall's voice became demonically distorted at some points that actually unnerved Gold a little.

"Wait, I thought you were okay with harems." he blinked as he remembered her saying something about that. Granted it's hard to remember as he was close to dying at the time.

"Just because I said I was okay with it doesn't mean I have to like it, but admittedly I feel a little POsSeSSiVE."

"This bit-" Gold's eyes shifted colors for a moment before he shook his head. "Oi there's no need to be such an ass." Gold spoke to the air for a moment away from his phone before his eyes shifted colors again.

"This bitch is trying to tell us what to do! Us! We might just be facets of the original but we are still the Golden Eminence Huangjin! Since when the hell did we ever allow some woman to tell us what we can and can't do!?" Insane Gold spoke, obviously dissatisfied until his eyes shifted back.

"We are not him!" Gold argued back, obviously annoyed at his other self.

"Gold?" Serafall's voice sounded out from the speakers concerned.

"Apologies, going through some things right now. But anyway, I need to ask you for something." he said as his drunk personality finally stopped butting in.

"I'll be right over!!" She immediately responded with excitement in her voice.

"Wait there's no need-" He was cut off by a magic circle lighting up in his room.

"I'm here!!~" The magical devil girl Serafall announced as she rose up from the circle.

Gold stared at her for a moment, obviously not expecting her to just drop her work and come to him personally.

"Well, since you're here. I need some business advice." He decided to finally ask for help.

Slowly making his way through the hallway in the school building, Gold silently checked his appearance for a moment.

He was wearing a black business suit with a red tie, provided by Serafall. He normally didn't own clothes that costed over 10$, besides the fancier ones that are provided to him for free. Serafall explained to him that if he wanted to be taken seriously by others, then he would either have to display incredible power or just look really good.

As for being allowed to attend the peace meeting between the three biblical factions. Since Akemi was his student and Jade played a large role in repelling Kokabiel's forces, he could abuse that to join the meeting. Jade didn't want to go to a 'boring' meeting, so he was able to take her place when they invited her. On a side note apparently he had a reputation through-out the supernatural world that he wasn't aware of, so the faction leaders were also interested in him to a degree.

"Alright, just breathe and be confident..." Gold let out a deep breath. "Actually wait... Oi, help me out here." he muttered out for a moment.

"And why should I?" Gold's eyes shifted colors for a moment as a smirk appeared on his expression.

Insane Gold was the confident part of him that would appear whenever he was incredibly drunk or high in the past. After their past life had removed the effects of drugs and alcohol, the drunk persona didn't disappear. Instead it manifested as another personality.

"We are literally the same person! Of course you should help out. You're better with dealing with people anyway." Gold argued

"By R.O.B. you are so pathetic and you wonder why the Gold bastard agrees that you are the cowardly part of us." Insane Gold chuckled before going silent again, ignoring normal Gold calling out to him.

"Fucking prick." Gold cursed "Okay, I can do this. Just need to flare out a little bit of aura, but not too much." he thought back to whenever Insane Gold had control. He always had his power on display, but only enough for people to feel like they needed to take him seriously.

Releasing a bit of his power, he opened the door to the meeting room and kept his eyes straight as everyone registered his presence.

Unfortunately he didn't realize that his drunk counterpart's aura was chaotic and oppressive, giving people the feeling that one wrong move would end in their destruction. While his aura was restrained and calm, it spread out soothingly through people instead of oppressing them.

The leaders Sirzechs, Azazel and Michael didn't outwardly react, but they felt it. The natural holy power that exuded like a tranquil wave washing over them. After being attached to Rhongomyniad for so long, Gold naturally emitted a holy aura when releasing his power.

Holy power would normally cause devils incredible pain and discomfort when they came in contact with it, but Gold's holy aura did not seem to discriminate. People who were weaker wouldn't notice it and wouldn't realize it was holy energy unless told. However the three leaders were able to notice it, despite the differences in types of holy power.

However unlike Sirzechs, Azazel and Michael were shaken due to another reason. For some incredibly strange and unexplainable reason, they felt like they were standing in front of their father, the biblical God who had been dead since the last great war. The three leaders were silent, however a girl next to Michael had blurted out something before any of them could.

"Father?" The Arch-Angel Gabriel asked with wide eyes as she stared at the blonde.

"I'M NOT YOUR DAD!" Gold immediately retorted out of reflex. *cough* "Sorry force of habit. Ignore that outburst."

At Gold's house, the Roach Queen Jade ended up sneezing for some reason.
