12 Chapter 12: Uchiha

"How can this be?! This is blasphemy!" A cardinal said angrily in the Vatican. He looked at the cardinal standing in front of him.

"There is nothing to be done. The Pope himself presented this doctrine to God," Cardinal Theodore calmly stated. He seemed to be a cardinal close to the Pope. "Will you deny God's commands, Thomas?"

The man named Thomas immediately fell silent. He was already having problems with the Pope. No matter how much the Church had gone through a great "Reformation" for the past 60 years, there were still some rotten eggs.

Cardinal Thomas looked at his cardinal friend Theodore. His eyes widened with anger. "How dare you accuse me of blasphemy!"

"Is that so?" Ezekiel's voice surprised the two cardinals. Thomas looked at Ezekiel with astonishment and fear. Unfortunately, before Thomas could respond, Ezekiel continued. "It's very nice that you're so eager to serve God."

"Thank you, Your Holiness," Thomas said respectfully.

Ezekiel looked at Thomas calmly. But his eyes were not calm at all. "For being so pious, I want to reward you."

Thomas's eyes trembled. His legs trembled as if they had lost their strength. Theodore seemed to be enjoying Thomas's agony.

No matter how much Thomas didn't want to, he had to accept. "It's an honor, Your Holiness."

Ezekiel smiled. "What do you say about going to the Underworld? It must be a great honor to fight against the Devils, the enemies of God."

"Your Holiness, I-I am not worthy of such a task..." Thomas stuttered.

Ezekiel's eyes narrowed. He exerted pressure on Thomas with his aura. Thomas couldn't withstand Ezekiel's power and fell to his knees. "So, you don't want to serve God?"

Thomas stood there helplessly. His eyes carried traces of fear and helplessness. "This, this is an honor, Your Holiness."

Ezekiel stopped pressuring Thomas. He looked at Thomas kindly. "Contact Claude. He will accompany you to the Underworld."

Thomas stood there regretfully. If only he hadn't spoken like that. Then he left the room without saying anything. Theodore and Ezekiel were left alone. Ezekiel looked at Theodore. He smiled slightly. He was pleased with his loyal subordinate. "Well done, Theodore."

Theodore nodded. "Thank you, Your Holiness."

Ezekiel looked at Theodore. "Theodore, I want to give you an assignment."

Theodore nodded politely. "It's an honor, Your Holiness."

"As you know, the Church's new Doctrine has been accepted. This is the biggest change made after centuries. I prefer to call it a 'Reformation,'" Ezekiel stated. In the Church, he was carrying out a Reformation that would affect all of Europe. This Reformation was to be done to free the church from its outdated and now flawed Doctrine.

The Church's old Doctrine was a Doctrine far behind the times. With the new Doctrine, Ezekiel wanted to revive the stagnant Church. Ezekiel wanted to create a period where the Church would once again stand at the top in Europe.

Therefore, with Yahweh's permission, many races began to be oppressed. Vampires, Fallen Angels, Elves, Fairies, and many other races were arrested, killed, or exiled by the ruthless Knights of the Evangelos House.

With Ezekiel's help, many races that did not reconcile with Heaven were oppressed. Still, Yahweh was not cruel and was honest and kind to anyone who wanted to approach Heaven.

After Ezekiel declared the Doctrine and mobilized the Knights of Evangelos against non-human races, there were naturally many who opposed it. The Devils did not care about this as they were currently preoccupied with a civil war.

The Fallen Angels, on the other hand, mobilized many Fallen Angels to protect the Vampires they had recently invested in.

After Count Dracula's defeat, the Vampire Faction, which had lost its former power, began to fall under the influence of the Fallen Angels.

After Dracula was defeated and the Wallachian armies were destroyed by the Ottoman Empire, the Vampires lost much of their influence in Europe. Now only the Carmilla and Nosferatu houses were left. The Dracula family, on the other hand, dispersed due to Dracula's sleep.

After the Dracula House, the most powerful and authoritative Vampire house, was destroyed, the Vampires began to quarrel among themselves. In Dracula's absence, the fragmented Vampire Factions took action against each other.

According to what Ezekiel knew, there was tension between the Vampires. A Vampire was needed to fill Dracula's place. The Nosferatu House was already in danger of being destroyed. It was ostracized by the Carmilla Faction.

The Carmilla Faction also seemed to be able to easily take power. But no, many Factions were against the Carmilla Faction, which had a female-dominated rule. Those opposing were the future high-ranking members of the Tepes Faction to be established. They were all pureblooded Vampires from the sub-houses of the Dracula House.

The Celtic Gods had once stopped the progress of Christianity in Britain. The Celtic Gods had given Morgana and Vortigern control over the magical beings in Britain and had them fight against the Christian forces led by King Arthur.

The Original Creator had given King Arthur a powerful holy sword called Excalibur. With the sword, King Arthur had driven back the army of magical beings. Subsequent agreements had exiled the magical beings of Britain to a fairy island called Avalon.

In recent times, with the decline of Church dominance, many malicious fairies, elves, and other magical beings had begun to reappear.

No matter how good the relationship between Yahweh and Lugh was, there were still Gods full of hatred between pantheons trying to bring back the Age of Gods.

Of course, Yahweh could not allow this. That's why he started using the power of the church to suppress supernatural beings.

Ezekiel smiled at Theodore. "Although Britain is calm for now, evil is secretly gathering strength."

Theodore listened carefully to Ezekiel. He was aware of the activity in Britain. Supernatural beings began to escape from Avalon and disturb Britain. If they got external support like Vortigern in time, this would be bad for the church.

Yahweh rolled his eyes. He looked at the 2 humans standing in front of him. One of these humans was a man, the other a woman. The man had an Asian male appearance, with black eyes and black hair.

The woman had long black hair and black eyes. She had a beautiful and cold appearance.

With a wave of Yahweh's hand, they awoke. The black eyes disappeared, replaced by 2 humans with red eyes. In their eyes were the 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

Yahweh looked proudly at the 2 Uchihas before him. "Rise, my children..."

The 2 Uchihas rose. They looked at Yahweh respectfully. Yahweh carefully examined the eyes of the 2 Uchihas. These humans, who possessed the Sharingan, had many of the powers found in the Naruto world. For now, they could only develop up to the 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

"Your names will be Uchiha Yusuke and Uchiha Naomi from now on," Yahweh said. The eyes of the 2 Uchihas opened with joy, and they bowed respectfully.

Yahweh looked at Naomi and Yusuke with interest. These two Uchihas were the ancestors of the Uchiha clan that would rule the Japanese Christian Church, the Japanese branch of Christianity. Yahweh did not only want to create the Uchiha, but also clans like the Senju, Uzumaki, Kurama, Hatake, and Hyuga.

These clans would first gain influence in Japan, then in China, and later all of Asia. In this way, Yahweh would control the two most important continents of the world. Africa was already under Yahweh's control. Islam and Christianity were the largest religions in Africa.

Thanks to the new discoveries of Europeans, he would also gain control over the continents of Australia and America.

In Asia, he would deal with China, Shinto, Hinduism, and some minor pantheons. In Africa, there was the Egyptian Pantheon. But they were no longer as powerful as before. He had already dealt with the Aztec Pantheon in America.

In Europe, he already had good relations with the Celtic Pantheon, the Greek Pantheon, and the Norse Pantheon. Although he was once an enemy of the Celtic Pantheon, relations had improved over the centuries.

He had already dealt with some minor Pantheons in Europe. They would either be vassals under Heaven, exiled, or destroyed.

The Original Creator had already laid the foundation for Christianity in Asia. Although Christianity was not yet powerful in Asia, it would soon gain strength.

Yahweh was sure of this. Japan was now entering a period of reunification. That's why powerful clans like the Uchiha would be the foundation for newly established countries. The clans would be in the upper echelons and spread Christianity to the people.

In this way, Christian clans would gain influence in countries and use the power of those countries to spread the Christian faith to the people.

Yahweh broke free from his thoughts. Uchiha couple looking at him with hope and respect. Yahweh smiled. "You are humans created by me to spread my faith. You possess the magical eyes called the Sharingan. These powers were created by me. This is my gift to you."

Hearing Yahweh, the Uchiha couple fidgeted excitedly. They bowed respectfully. Yusuke, with a calm but secretly excited expression, said, "Thank you, my Lord...!"

Naomi felt the same way. She smiled happily at her creator. "Thank you for giving us life, my Creator."

Yahweh smiled. He waved his hand and opened a blue portal. The Uchiha couple looked at the portal with curiosity. Yahweh smiled at the Uchihas' curiosity. "This is a portal to take you to Japan."

"Come with me..." Yahweh passed through the portal. Yusuke and Naomi followed Yahweh. After the Uchiha couple passed through the portal, they found themselves in a forest. Yahweh looked calmly at the two of them. "Go down that path, your new subordinates are waiting for you there."

Yusuke and Naomi were surprised. They quickly composed themselves, then respectfully bowed to Yahweh and followed the path. Shortly after, Yusuke and Naomi were greeted by black-eyed and black-haired people.

The people who greeted Yusuke and Naomi were also Uchihas with the Sharingan. Unlike Yusuke and Naomi, the others only had the 1 Tomoe Sharingan.

Although the Uchiha Clan did not possess Chakra like in the Naruverse, they could still perform jutsus to control Mana.

While the Uchiha would be the Christian branch in Japan, the Senju Clan would be a Christian branch in China.
