Chapter 3: Toshiro's Pieces & Young Devil Tournament

Toshiro with excitement stepped up to the king piece monument and placed his hand on it.

The monument glowed dark crimson red for a few seconds it's intensity surprised everyone in the room. The light eventually dimmed down and an ornate chess piece box was ejected out which Ajuka handed over to "Here you go " Toshiro who grabbed it and opened them while saying let's see what I got.

Toshiro opened the box of evil pieces to be surprised at the contents. Pure Dark Crimson pieces

Some pieces had black veins on them that glowed at random intervals signifying that they were mutated. The queen piece, one bishop, one rook, one knight, and five pawns were mutated giving Toshiro the highest count of mutated pieces to date.

(Ajuka)"I've never seen dark crimson evil pieces, as well as that many mutations! Your really a little monster Toshiro I can't help but be excited at the rise of a new super devil!" Ajuka said with excitement snapping everyone in the room out of there daze.

(Sirzechs)"Oh my Satan Shiro-tan is amazing look at your hard work paying off! I'm so proud of both you guys!"

(Grayfia)"Seems all that training didn't go to waste your really a Prodigy indeed."

(Rias)"Hmph I'll get stronger than you just you wait my peerage will beat yours and take 1st place in the Rating Games!"

Toshiro just went and hugged Sirzechs while pulling Grayfia and Rias with tears in his eyes saying thank you. After letting go he turned to Rias.

(Toshiro)"So little Rias I shall be entering the young devil's tournament are you joining as well my dearest tsun tsun?" asking with his aloof smile

(Rias)"Of course I am brother your little wife is joining as well try not to lose on purpose against her, that being said I don't intend to lose to you even if your my big brother I will beat you and show you who's stronger!" Rias said with a Humph making Ajuka and Grayfia chuckle while big brother was taking pictures and recording the declaration to show our parents and attendants later in the castle.

(Toshiro)"Sate Sate Sate Sate, I may be able to have some fun if my opponents aren't terribly weak" Toshiro said with his battle manic smile which is the complete opposite of his aloof smile he sports usually.

(Grayfia)"Young master Toshiro please rein in your aura and make sure not to over do it or I'll increase our training regime while inviting madam Venelana to join us" she said with a smile that wasn't a smile.

(Ajuka)"You should use my Kankura Formula and have some fun while showing those old coots they're power is slowly declining" Ajuka said with a smile that was also a smile that wasn't a smile.

(Toshiro)"You wouldn't have to worry about that Aunty Fia I'm not trying to have 2 gorill....beautiful women waste their time training me" Toshiro said hiding behind Big brother Sirzechs

(Sirzechs)" Alright let's go share the good news at home" Big brother came in with the save.

(Rias & Toshiro)" Thank you and Goodbye Uncle Ajuka"

(Grayfia)" Alright since both of you are competing in the young devil tournament I will be training for the next couple days to prepare you guys, especially you little shiro AUNTY IS VERY EXCITED" Grayfia said holding on to Toshiro shoulder dragging him to the battle arena where little Shiro screams where heard for the next couple days along side Rias.

The day of the tournament finally rolled around and Toshiro was full of battle intent and couldn't wait to participate and compare with other younger devil's to show who was the Strongest among their generation. All participants were told to gather in Lucifaad, the Capital or more specifically the arena there.

Arriving in Lucifaad's arena the whole Gremory Household, Excluding Sirzechs who went to set with the other Satan's overlooking the competition, ventured into the arena to find their seats . Walking into the waiting room for the tournament there were many different devil's of different families ranging from some of the remaining 72 pillars and some from unknown families.

Toshiro in his Merlin get up minus the white cloak being replaced by the black pink roses kimono his beloved gifted him for his birthday he wore a black sleeveless tight shirt highlighting his pre mature abs and muscles, with his baggy black pants with a huge gold x on them, finishing it with black leather boots. Toshiro walked into the room with Rias eventually finding 2 saved seats beside his beloved Sona who waved at both of them when she saw them.

(Toshiro)"Hello beloved its nice to see you again" Toshiro said leaning down and kissing her cheek which caused Sona to turn away while mumbling

(Sona)"Hello hubby" while red as a tomato

(Rias)"Sheesh stop teasing her brother" interrupting the moment as they sat down.

While Rias and Sona made idle chatter, mainly about Toshiro, Toshiro took the time to look around the room and check out his opponents. He checked the room for a threat in this competition, which so far after checking around a couple times, he found no one to be a 'threat' . Other than Siaraorg Bael who was their cousin nobody else was able to put up a fight for him, he knew later on Sairaorg was a very powerful causing Issei the power of books to defeat him.

Toshiro had memorized a lot of spells and could incorporate his abundant battle techniques from his grimiore into this tournament to have some fun he wouldn't use his longinus or soul cards since they were his trump cards. He chose to use his katana that Rias gifted him that looked like Ichigo's bankai before the quincy war arc a katana called Zangetsu , along side his other katana from his longinus he made looks like Giyu's katana from Demon Slayer called Judecca except he strengthen it with every metal and enchantment he could remember while also adding Gae bolg (God slayer), Gram(Dragonslayer), and Murasame(Curses) effects, which I can turn on or off during battle.

"Welcome everyone to this year's annual young devil's tournament! This year we have quite the number of powerful young devil's so place your bets now!" said Naud Gamigin a sharply dressed devil in a suit of varying color's. Nuad was the main host of all media all across the underworld including the Rating Games. "Before we get started with the tournament here are the rules" Naud cleared his throat before stating the following "It will be a one on one elimination style match, in order to beat your opponent you must either knock them unconscious, do so much damage to them as to trigger the elimination system in typical Rating Games as to not kill your opponent or force them to resign." Naud gave a few moments for the information to sink into the participants minds. "With that said let start the first match, please come up to the arena if your name is called, first match is!..."

Toshiro was watching the matches playing out on a holographic projection felt rather bored until he saw he was going to be his turn next against his opponent that was yet to be decided but he really didn't care since the young devil's relied on there bloodline magic to much he'd just over power them with technique or magic.

Toshiro stood up going to walk up to the teleportation array before Sona gave him a good luck kiss on the cheek. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Seeing the match end and his opponent chosen which happened to be someone he truly depised from DxD it was Diodora Astaroth, seeing him walk with a demeanor of a gentlemen soon to be nun obsessed terrorist traitor. Made Toshiro scowl which made Sona, Rias, Sirzechs surprised, because they knew Toshiro personality was always aloof and relaxed and he hardly ever got mad enough to show it outside in his face this made Sona, Rias, Sirzechs interested to what made Toshiro scowl like he just did. Toshiro decided its best destroy Diodara for now since he can't kill him.

"Next Match! Toshiro Gremory verus Diodara Astaroth!" Naud the announcer shouted out. Both of them stepping into the teleportation array appeared on a randomly selected generated environment which in this case was a barren flat grassland perfect for long or short range encounters as there was no cover blocking the way of anyone.

(Toshiro)" Let's get this over with" Toshiro muttered under his breath as he looked at the supposed calm and smiling gentleman in front of him. Toshiro knew what he was truly like, recruiting heretical nuns of the church of which he had them cast out by his own plans to later take them in only to break them or bend them to his will for nothing but the satisfaction and pleasure.

Toshiro was truly disgusted that Diodara did what he did but he would make sure at least save Asia didn't fall into his hands at least if the plot of the world hasn't changed much from his memory due to his birth.

Diodara still smiling with his eyes closed spoke" Shall we get started then?" while forming blades made of green demonic energy

(Toshiro)"Sate Sate Sate Sate,Glady" Toshiro replied forming destruction bullets destroying the blades to oblivion.

Toshiro then grabbed Judecca on his hip which made his demeanor change into that of a season warrior exploding with tremendous sword aura alone which made the adults comment of how much of a little monster he was. Diodara was sweating now from the Sword aura alone to bad before he could forfeit. Toshiro used Sonido to appear infront of him and unleashed one of his many sword arts. "Secret sword: Wild Fang" An imaginary wolf made of nothing but sword intent crashed in to Diodara making a huge gash across his chest and face sending him crashing away from were he was. "D D Diodara Astaroth has retired, Toshiro Gremory is the winner!"
