"Looks like you aren't too bad after all Gremory." A voice carrying infinite arrogance tinged with amusement reverberated throughout the field as the dust slowly settled. Rias was not sure who the person was but she knew the first voice.

"Why is the White Dragon Emperor interfering?" Rias inquired coldly, discreetly gathering as much demonic energy as she could. More than half her peerage was out of the fight and she and Akeno were extremely weakened.Β

Considering that he could block her attack meant to eradicate Kokabiel he was stronger than him as well. The fight would be difficult, no, impossible for them to win as they were now. They could either rely on Sona's trump card or call Damian, both of which Rias didn't want.

Damian was apparently in a good state of mind at the moment, worrying him with her own weakness would only tarnish the progress he's made. Naturally, death was something they would have to avoid but that was fine.

"As an official ambassador of the Grigori, I am here to take in Kokabiel for judgment before the Governor-General. That was what I felt originally but… the Red Dragon was here wasn't he?" The White Dragon Emperor inquired excitedly.

"We cannot trust the Grigori to uphold justice, relinquish him to us, and be on your way." Rias replied professionally, completely avoiding the latter question. Damian had hidden all his energy based traces but apparently, he was still found. Scent perhaps?

"You don't have a choice here, Gremory. And get rid of that attack before I do something bad for both of us." The White Dragon Emperor threatened, clearly excited at the prospect of war. Yet he froze just as they all did when a black haired girl appeared out of nowhere.

"Fighting isn't allowed." The young girl demanded, her decree freezing their bodies as a presence even more fearsome than Damian's ravaged the school. She was small and yet her aura was terrifying. It felt as though the dimensional gap itself pressed down upon their souls.

"Ophis." With a mix of surprise and resignation, the White Dragon Emperor spat out those words, his battle ready stance disappearing as his arms fell limp to his sides. His words weren't surprising, they merely affirmed what they assumed, but it was still horrifying.

"What now?" The Infinite dragon inquired, her head slightly tilted to the side. If it weren't for the aura pushing them down and slowly chipping away at their souls they may have been quite impressed by how cute it really was.

"You've done enough. Good job Ophis." Appearing by her side in an instant was a man with familiar pink hair. He wore a blood soaked suit and flesh covered his form but the small smile, a sincere smile, on his face made Rias feel as though he was the most wholesome man alive.

"So you're the Red Dragon Emperor. I didn't peg you as one who desired power, Mad Dog." Vali shot back with an audible grin beneath his helmet. Humming in thought for a moment Damian merely created a small magic circle atop his shoulder.

"It's been a while White One. It seems you've fallen behind." The small form of Ddraig sneered arrogantly, its body the size of a large bird yet no less imposing. The Red Dragon Emperor had escaped YHWH's cage.

"Red One! Have you abandoned our duels?!" Albion, the original White Dragon Emperor, shouted angrily. Yet, in his voice was an equal amount of worry and indignation. He had been betrayed by his greatest friend and rival.

"Of course not! I've merely elevated the stakes!" Ddraig proclaimed proudly, a wide grin stretching his face revealing the sharp fangs normally hidden. It was a bold claim and a dangerous one. For their stakes to increase meant the damage to the world would follow suit.

"Vali Lucifer, shall I free Albion for you? He will remain within you but you can free him for small bursts of time." Damian offered, his hand still massaging Ophis' scalp as though there was nothing wrong with that.

"As long as I one day get to challenge the heir of Satan I don't see why not." Vali Lucifer replied arrogantly, pride and greed in his excited voice. Nodding his head Damian motioned for him to come forward.

Pressing a palm atop the wings of the White Dragon Emperor, Vali Lucifer felt something flow within him as his very essence changed. Emerging from his wings was a dragon towering over all the humans in the area. In an instant, Ddraig charged forward but was stopped by Damian.

"Take Kokabiel and leave. Enough blood has been spilled today." Damian requested, offering his rival and enemy a chance to leave. Normally Damian would have no hesitation in forcefully sending him away but today he felt like diplomacy was the proper route.

"To think I'd see the kindness of the Mad Dog. What has the world come to?" Laughing softly the Vanishing Dragon vanished, a small magic circle leaving the only traces of his existence. Despite his family name being thrown away it was the magic circle that proved his heritage.

"Would you like to join me for a celebration?" Damian offered the two remaining members of the Gremory peerage, a small smile gracing his lips. Nodding their head eagerly they found themselves in a small but cozy and well decorated home.

Bodies littered the ground, the stink of alcohol a clear indication of what had happened, but they all ignored them as Damian led them into his personal office, two extra chairs appearing alongside the alcohol that covered the table's surface.

"My parents apparently drank until the night ended on their anniversaries. It's not quite the same, but I thought I'd honor the tradition." Damian explained, pulling a few glasses out of a nearby cabinet. They were a little young in both human and devil societies but that was fine.

"I'll happily accept~." Akeno replied with a sultry albeit tired tone as she wet her lips. When people drank their minds became hazy and certain 'accidents' could happen. Accidents that could make the night just a little bit better.

"Then pick your weapon of choice." Damian joked, his hand motioning toward the bottles littering the table. Taking a seat he gave them glasses, a certain premonition crossing his mind as Akeno poured herself a drink. There was no logical basis but… she was a lightweight.

"I heard you're giving out wishes?" Rias asked as she gingerly sipped her wine, the warmth traveling throughout her body an odd but pleasant experience. She had heard Ingvild muttering about it as they passed so she was naturally curious.

"I am. Do either of you want anything?" Damian offered lightly, his energy surging through Akeno's body as her rosy cheeks returned to their normal pale shade. Humming in thought for a moment, Rias came to an answer.

"Can you tell me what happened to you during the eight years?" Rias inquired curiously, her tone gentle as if she was trying to avoid angering him. He was in a good mood and her question could destroy it in an instant. Naturally, she was worried.

"You know most of it. Though, I suppose I could tell you that story." Damian muttered his breath.
