32 Chapter 32 Reward
"Colin what are you doing out here?" I heard Synthia's annoying voice entered my ears. I groggily opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was a lot of shadows. Once I fully opened my eyes I saw Claire, Tim, Roxy and Synthia looking down at me. I tried standing up but I stumbled. I felt incredibly weak for some reason.
"I got you take it easy." Tim said helping me up.
"Thanks." I replied
"What happened why were you out here? And why do you look dead?" Roxy asked. I looked at my hand and noticed that my skin looked incredibly pale and they seemed a bit skinnier than usual. I also felt incredibly hungry.
"I don't know. Maybe I'm just sick or something." I lied. I had a pretty good idea why I was like this.
"Demons can get sick?" Roxy asked and Synthia just raised an eyebrow, she knew I was lying.
"How do you know that I'm a Demon?" I asked and instantly I knew how stupid that question was. I guess my brain was still lagging a bit.
"Oh, Claire told us." Roxy said
"Oh." I said and looked at Claire and she looked away.
"Either way I'm fine now." I said and leaned off of Tim.
"Are you sure dude?" Tim asked concern evident in his voice.
"Yeah I'm fine, see you guys around." I said while walking away.
"Do you think he'll be fine?" Claire asked
"Yeah, he should be fine in a few hours. Demons have strong regenerative powers, what I'm concerned about is what he was doing here." Synthia said while looking at Colin's fleeting figure.

I soon reached my house or atleast the place I was staying for now. I immediately went to the kitchen and took out everything that was edible from the fridge. I wonder how we even have electricity. Eating helped a bit but I still felt like shit so I checked my status.

I didn't see anything that would make me feel this way and even though my DP wasn't at 100% I still shouldn't feel this way. I guess I should check out the new Trait maybe it has some insights on what's wrong with me.

That's a lot of information but it doesn't help me in the slightest right now. So I decided to do the obvious thing and went upstairs and went to bed.
