Chapter 0: The Hunter Organization

The Hunter Organization, humanity saviors. They are people who were chosen by the gods. They were given special abilities, some consider it normal but some are overpowered. Their jobs are to exterminate dungeons. Dungeons are something that appeared years ago, it was also the day of the god's arrival. He said to the weak humans to protect themselves from the danger that's going to happen soon. He also said that those who abused this new power will be punished. And then he left.

The Humans who were chosen are now called Hunters and formed up an organization called The Hunter Organization. It sounds plain and stupid, but no one dares to sully its name, because they are strong and their authority is absolute.

Their job is also to exterminate dungeons and arrest villains. Formerly hunters that gone rogue, either corruption or greed. So how do Hunters are made? The Hunter Organization will pick their pawns. Most likely from schools or grown-ups who awakened their special abilities. Every school graduation, a hunter advisor will visit every year and check every student who is fitted to become a hunter. They either have a godly ability or their intelligence is higher than normal. In most cases, they will be forced to become a hunter.

Now a student who was deemed worthy to become a hunter will be forced to attend a hunter school. A different school than other schools. It teaches the student to hunt monsters and fight other hunters. Their job is to help people and protect them.

Now, why do hunters must exterminate dungeons? Because if dungeons are left alone, the monsters will invade the real world. Dungeons are portals that lead into another dimension, and unlike hunters, monsters will have to wait before they could invade the real world. Once a monster has come outside the portal, they will gain massive buffs, they either get stronger or evolved into a higher being. This is why it's important to exterminate dungeons before monsters could come out.

The profession hunter is the most sought profession in the world. But not for me though, I don't like the idea to be forced to exterminate dungeons, help people, and fight villains. A lazy person like me prefers to have an easy job. But that's not going to happen soon.

This person in front of me is a hunter advisor. She is in charge of selecting people like me to become a hunter. In other words, she will force me to become a hunter because of their authority.

She is beautiful and dressed beautifully that only girlfriends would allow their boyfriends to see. But not this one, she only dressed this way because of her job. She is a seducer that will force naive boys like me to become a hunter.

But, even her beauty couldn't affect me not because I'm gay but because I'm very tired right now. First of all, she came to my house early in the morning and also dropped the news of me being selected to become a hunter.

"Isaac, you are given a choice to become a hunter."

"Do you want to accept this offer?"

"Sure..."

Not like I have any choice to reject this offer and my parents will be disappointed if I rejected this once in a lifetime offer.

I looed down at my feet, with an agonized face while she wrote something in her file and asked once more. "Okay then, I apologized for this sudden and violent action of mine."

After she said that she grabbed me by the arm and pulled me closer to her while she took out a taser gun on her purse and said. "Have fun." while smiling.

Isaac List was tased by the woman and fall to the table. The woman then took out her cellphone and called someone to pick her and Isaac up.
