Chapter 4
After that Emily talked with Zella about this incident and got to know about everything. While they were talking village Chief and other people arrived at the spot where Atreus's body was laying.
Seeing him there Chief asked the doctor to check Atreus's condition. seeing he was still alive chief sighed in relief.
"Doctor, check how injured he is."
"Ok"
After saying that doctor started checking Atreus's whole body after a while he spoke back.
"He was injured before, that is why his dress is soaked in blood."
"But now all his injuries are healed."
"There seemed to injury or trauma to his spiritual realm, that is why he is not waking up."
Hearing the man was alright and had all his injuries healed, but after hearing that he might have trauma to his spiritual realm, village chief sighed and spoke.
"Doctor, do you know when can this man wake up?"
Doctor once again checked his pulse, and said while shaking his head.
"I don't know."
"He might wake up today or tomorrow or next week or next month or next year"
"He can wake up only when his spiritual realm heals fully or when he wills to."
"So i'm saying is that he might wake up anytime, i can't guarantee when."
seeing Atreus's face that looked like he was sleeping peacefully, Village chief sighed and said.
"Ok, move this man to my house, there i will take care of him till he wakes up."
"You guys help move him."
After that they lifted Atreus and move him to village chief's house.
2 years went by and Atreus didn't wake up, doctor would come regularly to check whether he was alive or not and also his health. the duo Zella and Rhea would visit Atreus regularly to check on him.
On this day, inside the one of the rooms of village chief's house, slept a handsome young man on the bed.
His lips were twitching and his eyelids were fluttering, he suddenly sat up and shouted
"NOOOOOOOO....."
Hearing his scream everyone else in the house were startled, they quickly made their way towards the room Atreus was staying.
In just few minutes they arrived at the room and open the door to see Atreus sitting up straight and looking around in confusion.
Seeing someone coming from the door, Atreus became alert and as his memories were fuzzy so said in confused voice.
"Who are you guys?"
"Where am i?"
"How did i get here?"
Seeing the alertness in Atreus, village chief gave a kind and reassuring smile and said in comforting tone.
"Child, you are safe now. you don't have to be scared."
"My name is Albert Ashbourne, you are currently staying in my house."
"You are in Ashbourne village which is currently located in Scuris kingdom."
"We found you on the shore of river that flows beside our village."
"Now you are alright, you have already healed up."
As he was hearing what Albert was saying, his fuzzy memory became clear and remembered all things that happened to him, Due to him being sleep for two years his facial expression got paralyses, due to this all the people in the room didn't see his sadness for his mother Celina's death and the rage and anger for his father king Atlas.
After calming down his emotions, Atreus looked at the people present in the room and said to Albert.
"Thank you for saving me."
"Can you tell me how long i'm been asleep?"
Hearing the question Albert was startled and then he turned to look towards doctor asking whether to tell Atreus or not. Seeing Albert turn towards himself, doctor nodded his head and made his way towards Atreus.
After arriving near Atreus, he spoke.
"Hello, my name is Lambert, i'm doctor of this village."
"I would like to take your pulse, can i?"
looking at the doctor that was near him, he nodded his head to show his approval to take pulse. Lambert took his outstretched hand to check the pulse, then he started talking with Atreus.
"Can you tell us if your name now?"
"Ohh sorry.."
"My name is Atl.... my name is Atreus"
As he was used to tell the full name, and after remembering what his father did to him he changed the name to only Atreus, the name his mother gave him.
