4 the first night

[night is approaching, and all roaming monsters have grown stronger, however you have instead gathered DP proportionate to your dungeon level.

Dungeon level: 1

Gained DP: 100]

"Nice, this allows me to grow regardless of my intruder rate at least giving solitude dungeons a chance, like myself, it may be a while before someone climbs this mountain to stumble upon me, maybe I can report it myself, but no I can't I shouldn't any form of identification I'll have to wait it out.

[you've gained your first influx of DP your dungeon is officially running and has started to grow and just like anything, deserves a name, please name your dungeon]

"hmm, what about the smoke keep caves?"

[would you like to name your dungeon 'The Smoke Keep Dungeon'? this can only be changed if your reputation and known layout change dramatically in which case it would warrant a name change]

"Yes, I am even more sure now"

[Confirmed, making last-minute changes free of charge to match your dungeon's atmosphere to match your dungeon's name and allowing for a much more cohesive experience.

Changes:

-Added a thin veil of smoke (can be thickened in different areas for DP)

-all monsters have a minor smoke inhalation resistance buff

-all monsters have an easier time seeing through smoke

-in denser smoke environments all monsters instinctively know how to hide in and manipulate smoke to their advantage

-all monsters have been given a tinge of gray to improve camouflage capabilities without changing their actual attributes]

"Whoah, that is far more than I expected, but when you are running a game world on five different super AIs trained for different things from aesthetic to balance, each of them drawing on supercomputers capable of processing enough data in an instant it'd fry any normal computer several million if not billions of times over."

Just from seemingly nowhere, smoke flowed from the depths of the dungeon, as it reached Smaug he inhaled it, and it was defiantly was smoke but it was no different from breathing regular air. He then moved inside his dungeon intending to explore his own creation. Using the skill [Dungeon master path] he teleported to the first group of kobolds in the dungeon. All six stood at the height of about a six-year-old child, five of them holding various worn-down and crude weapons and wearing loincloths with skin the color of old brown wallpaper bleached by the sun for 50 years and fur the color of ash. the last one wearing grey robes with a long wooden staff.

"Hmm, the AI changed you guys a lot, the demo showed you guys as more red with brown fur, not extremely washed-out brown with grey ashy fur. But this is perfect, I doubt many kobolds look like this, I have found something unique that will make my dungeon interesting, especially to the locals who have no idea dungeons are sentient and can make changes like this. Actually, how much does it cost to thicken the smoke to where it's more noticeable?"

[Noticable and impeding levels of smoke start at about the 10 - 30% density range, you are currently at 1% density. However the smoke starts to have impeding effects such as vision reduction and air quality-related issues at the 50 - 80% range, however, this only really affects intruders.

Increasing the density by a single percent will cost 10 DP

Current DP: 110]

"Okay, I won't get it any closer if I don't buy it. Let's start by raising the density by another 9% for a nice and even 10% start. This way I can make the most of what I have and still have a very small DP amount left if I need to summon something practically on top of an intruder party if I need instant backup."

[Increasing smoke density by 9%...

Density has increased from 1% to 10%

-90

DP: 20]

As that system message rang out, the smoke in the dungeon quickly become more noticeable, going from a tiny wisp to a small cloud similar to that what a smoker would produce in a single puff.

"Now that that is done…. I should see my stats, I have no idea if I am more balanced right now or if I have a role I am leaning towards"
