1 Fool's Gamble

Jack was a simple man who quit simply loved the world and all it's glory he had a small family, A wife with three kids and a stable job but the one thing everybody knew about him was that he was a man of many trades as he learned the basic of many fields never truly mastering one, becouse of his name most would refer him as the jack of all trades.

Jack lived a peaceful life unlike his last moments, as he was visiting his youngest child's graduation something he was proud of all his kids for accomplishing as he never graduated but got a GED before heading of the military then collage. As the names for each student was called a shot was heard the echoed over a Childs names causing many to wonder what the sound was but some like jack knew as he looked around with the other knowing parents and few children he spotted a young man strapped with a few handguns and assault rifle, understanding the situation many parents began running in panic as more shots were fired but within the choas he ran forward from the side of the child ambushing him but the child appeared to be prepared as he calmly dropped his rifle reaching for a holstered hand gun despite the tears in his eyes and managed to get two shots off expecting to have rid himself of jack and attempted to push him off only for a swift pan to assault his throat before he closed his eyes unable to understand he had died from his very blade.

With the shots no longer ringing people began whitnessed the shooter being dropped by many like jack who would gladly do the same had watched the encounter and with the heavy head jack attempted to fully stand and lifted his head as much as he could to see if his family was safe but like many who give their lives for others he could only hope as he closed his eyes.

Expecting nothing but peace jacks mind was calm but as he waited he continued to notice he was still conscious like a person trying to fall asleep but still being aware he eventually began to wonder if he was some how saved and with time he began to try and feel his body but to no avail, As an unknown amount of time jack simply excepted his fate and thought about his life and his family to bring himself peace in his odd times but like match had been swiped his vision returned.

Looking around he quickly noticed he was no longer at the ceremony grounds or a hospital all he saw was dirt walls all around him as he was in a cave hopping to understand what was goin up he attemped move his body only to feel his body no longer had legiments frightned after unable to comprehend his situation a voice finally came to him.

"you should get used your knew body and situation eventually so please calm down"

hearing the voice that sounded like a little girl he looked around hoping to see were it came from and unexpecting finally realizing he could see a full 360 degree around him and just above him sat a little girl in the air that appeared no more then 14 years old wearing loose white cloth as it didn't resemble a dress but more a fa tunic and a vail to cover here face.

"wh...who, no hello can you tell me were i am I don't know how i got here." collecting himself jack simple ignored the floating and got straight the point.

"you'll learn that as soon as you seatly down the information should come to you nataurly as soon as i leave i just wanted to wish you luck and hope you make things fun" the girl spoke in a cheerful mannor that gave the impression she was talking to a puppy she may assumed herself cute to most people but ot jack he felt exremely irrated by here statement he just wolk up after being killed as far as he could tell and some little girl was treating him like a child, keeping he continued to try and figure out what was goin gone.

"im sorry but im really in trouble and would like to know were i am, my family will worry if i dont contact them soon." jack only hopped this child could stop with the chibi act and be straight with him.

"like i said everthing will come," unable to stay still the child began to float around jack like a mischevoius child before stairing down directly at him but the vail still staid horizontly agianst her face. " i hope you could make things interesting while your here but thats up to you he he he... whelp gotta go"

"no wait please i nee....." unable to undestand the girl he called out to her hoping to stop her only for her to vanish into thin air and with her disapperance a swarm of knowlege flooded his mind like a forgotten memory it become clear after thinking about till he finally undesrtood what was happening.
