Walter reached the lobby and raced to the Dining Chambers of the Kane Hotel.

If the boss was there, he would hand over the documents that he had neatly bundled into the envelope.

If he was not, he would go upstairs to the boss' room right above the Dining Chambers and hand him the documents.

Just as Bruce Slader had ordered.

Walter was sweating as he hurried as fast as he could.

Adonis Kane had a couple rooms assigned for his use in the same corridor that housed Bruce Slader's study and spare room.

It was a corridor right above the Dining Chambers and completely separate from the massive hotel rooms of the Kane Hotel that were housed opposite the Dining Chambers.

This ensured privacy when Adonis Kane requested it.

The man rarely stayed overnight.

It was usually done when he was quite far from his home or when he and bruce discussed meetings late into the night.
