They Arrived On Time

"You idiots mortals!" A distorted voice of a human, with a bloody gash on his chest, sounded. On his forehead, a golden rune pulsed, enveloping the world's light with its presence.

At the same time, the dwarf rose covered in wounds. He spat out a mouthful of blood, and a similar rune appeared on his forehead. The golden covered the bodies of both the dwarf and the human; in a second, all their wounds closed and their bodies radiated a bloody intent.

Whoosh!

A wave of heat and Qi spread in all directions; a divine and bestial creature emerged. It was a majestic fire serpent, with a body that stretched for tens of meters, appearing in the middle of the forest. Its body pulsed enveloped by white flames, which emanated a sacred Yang attribute; despite the heat, it didn't burn the forest and the plants around it.
