Ember Hall Trial Part 8
The rabbit's body started releasing a massive amount of energy. This energy was so strong that it was practically forcing Tyler away.
But, the rabbit also knew what was going on. He withdrew his powers and his eyes turned purple.
Rabbit's purple eyes released strange energy and this energy flowed toward Tyler.
But it was blocked by a strange red barrier.
"Damn it! His Slaughter Domain is too strong. I need to use some force."
The rabbit clenched his fist and his purple energy flowed into his mouth.
"Boy, your mother is still alive. That was just an illusion. Snap out of it."
Releasing this voice with the purple energy, he tried to pass through the Slaughter Domain but it wasn't easy. The energy inside the Slaughter Domain was basically corroding it.
"The Slaughter Law won't let me wake him up this easily. This law wouldn't stop until it absorbs all of his lifespans. I need to do something fast. But what? I don't have a way to stop him without harming him."
The rabbit gritted his teeth. At this moment, Tyler instantly swung his sword once again. A powerful slash of red energy moved toward him, crushing the ground and ceiling on its way.
It was too big.
The rabbit knew he couldn't dodge it. So, he had to counter it but countering it without hurting Tyler seems impossible as well.
He tried to come up with a proper idea but nothing came to his mind. Eventually, he released a powerful blast of purple energy through his palms.
Bang!
The purple energy collided with the red energy, creating purple and red sparks all around the room. Some of them sparks even struck Tyler. Since it was mixed with his own energy, the Slaughter Domain didn't block it.
Seeing this, the rabbit grew even more impatient. He had no idea what to do right now. He could kill Tyler with ease. He doesn't have anything to struggle with that but saving Tyler was something out of his hand.
"This is fucking annoying. His domain is too strong because of his goddamn Will. I can't think of a single way...… wait, wait a freaking a minute….. His Will. If it can summon the Universal Slaughter Law, it can also suppress the Domain."
"Idea!"
The rabbit felt a yellow bulb shining on his head. The next moment, he closed his eyes and opened his palm. The purple energy spun like crazy in front of his palm, and condensed a portal.
Few seconds later, a cat and a woman walked out of the portal. As soon as the cat walked out, he immediately shouted.
"What the fuck?"
His eyes immediately reached to the surging energy domain. He could clearly see Tyler in the middle of the domain.
The woman also followed his gaze and her eyes widened. The next moment, a powerful voice came out of her mouth.
"TYLER"
Although Rose wasn't a cultivator, she could see the situation of her son. The blood shedding out of his skin. His hair turning white. It was extremely cruel in her eyes.
She didn't just shout. She ran toward him.
Miao didn't stop her. He instead turned around and stared at the rabbit.
"What the hell did you do?"
Hearing his words, the rabbit sighed.
"I know, it was my mistake. I should've used the original trial but I grew two different opinions on him. So, to find out the correct answer, I thought of testing his mental powers."
"I never thought he would react in this way."
Hearing his words, Miao turned his eyes back to Rose. At this moment, Rose was walking toward Tyler. And, as she walked forward, the Slaughter Domain tried to corrode her but an extreme wave of emotions were holding the energy.
The character that was above Tyler seemed to noticed it as well. And, it started shaking crazy. It was so violent that the Domain started acting up. But, Tyler wasn't unconscious.
It's just that he was drowned inside the pool of blood. And now, hearing the voice of his mother, he was swimming to the top. He was swimming out of the pool of blood.
And, his strong Will was helping him swim back. But, when the power of Domain rose, his eyes started trembling and his strong emotions acted against the power of Slaughter Law.
For the power that is driven by emotion, Slaughter Law wasn't able to properly act. But, it was constantly trying to do everything in its power to destroy the woman in the Slaughter Domain.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO"
Tyler roared as the voice came out of his mouth. He was barely able to get the control of his body but the Slaughter Law got out of hand. The contract between him and the Slaughter Law was decimated.
And, the Slaughter Law was now free to act as it wanted. At this moment, it seemed like Rose was almost turning into the mist of blood.
Tyler screamed as he tried to run but his body wasn't able to move.
At this moment, Miao raised his claw and intense power of destruction rose from his claw. He slashed his claw toward them and the power of destruction, without touching Tyler and Rose, struck the power of Slaughter.
Cough!
But, it was only a second later, Miao coughed out black blood. Tyler who was barely able to control his body also noticed it. At this moment, Tyler felt extremely lucky to have Miao.
But, it wasn't enough to save himself and his mother. He ran with all of his speed. His mother was almost turning into the mist of blood. He wrapped his arms around her and started crying.
"Noooo! Please, don't leave me! Mom, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!"
At this moment, the power of the destruction once again rose like crazy. It was so strong that it managed to stop Rose from turning into Mist of Blood.
Tyler looked at Miao and saw the rabbit using his purple energy to constantly heal Miao while Miao was constantly damaging himself to save them.
At this moment, Tyler felt like his life was playing with him. The people he didn't even know properly were helping him and up until now, he had only thought of his mother.
For this instance, he felt like he should stop Miao from continuing his effort. He knew Miao was only damaging himself. But, Tyler couldn't do that. He loves his mother more than anything and anyone.
He couldn't bring himself to call out to Miao for help. Tears came out of his eyes as he raised his head toward the ceiling and roared.
"SYSTEM, HELP ME PLEASE!"
