The next day, Tyler went to Dan's workshop. When he arrived at the backyard, Dan was shocked to see Tyler.

"You look so different. What happened?" Dan looked at him with confusion and asked. He doesn't understand how a person can change so much overnight.

Not just him; many people on the road also had the same reaction.

Tyler smiled excitedly and moved the spiritual energy inside his body. When the spiritual energy appeared in his hand, it was in the form of blue light.

Hearing his words, two other workers also looked at him with shock.

"Now, you can use Elemental Arts to manipulate elemental energy for a certain purpose. For example, you can use Fireball to strike an opponent or manipulate fire to burn woods."

"But, I don't have enough money to become your partner." Tyler shook his head and replied.

"Of course, I know that. I have a different strategy for this. It is something I learned when I was traveling in bigger cities. Let's take this whole workshop and shop as a business."

"It has a total of hundred shares which equates to the hundred percent ownership of this business. We can only become partners if we share fifty-fifty owners of this business."

"Let's say you don't have money to buy fifty shares. You can instead join me to work under me. Slowly, as you contribute to the business, you can buy the share directly than accepting the salary."

"Normally, other workers can't do this, but since I want you to become my partner in this business, I can give the share of the business with the money you earn."

"And, unlike before, your job won't be just limited to crafting the weapons. You will also help in promotion, management, and even selling it. All in all, you must earn enough money to buy shares."

"And, the more share you buy, the less you have to work as a crafter and focus on promoting and coming up with new ideas or even finding resources to build a new weapon."
