The Gym (2)

Su Bian keenly felt her eyes on him and was aware of it. He said with a bright smile, "I really haven't used the gym. I got my physique when I was a soldier, and it has been hard to maintain my peak condition for many years."

Jing Wei's expression of surprised show on her face, exclaiming, 'What?!'

"You were also a soldier?" Jing Wei suddenly became interested because those who are in uniformed services are much more interesting to her.

"Yes, I've been in the army for a dozen years." Su Bian said with pride and sighed with endless emotions. He looked back at the days of the front-lines and missed his long friends.

"You're very awesome! No wonder you have such a magnificent physique. Since you have never used the gym, I will teach you." Jing Wei was excited and volunteered to instruct Su Bian.

Su Bian looked at the equipment in the corner. It was an automatic leg press where you could sit and stack weights behind the backrest. He doesn't quite know the name. 

"Miss Jing, what is this thing? It looks interesting."

"Oh, that's an automatic Lat Pull which specializes in your back muscles. Come with me and I will show you."

Jing Wei led him to the lat pull machine.

She sat on the grind, went into a sit-up position, and pulled the bar with her hard, the weights behind the bar pulled along with.

"How is it? Do you know how to do it? This is very simple." Jing Wei pulled a few more to demonstrate more.

Su Bian nodded. "It's quite simple. I will have a go."

After Jing Wei left, Su Bian got down and grabbed the latitude pull, pulling it more than hundreds of times in one sitting, but to the outside, he only pulled a few times. "Miss Jing, this is too light. It's like children playing around."

"Su Bian, don't underestimate the gym equipment. The weights can be anything you want."

Jing Wei came to the back of the equipment and inserted the bolt into the middle of the weights, adding in 70 pounds.

This time, Su Bian pulled it a few more times with some effort and his body started to sweat along with a little red face.

"That's impressive. I can barely manage 100 pounds!" Jing Wei clapped and encouraged Su Bian more.

"It's just so and so. I am not that good, but I will be honest. This equipment is quite fun."

At this moment, the instructor from before, who had strong limbs, came over. He had residue of a little blood on his mouth but took medicine. He pointed at Su Bian to try to impress Jing Wei.

'Miss Jing, your friend's posture is stupid and wrong. It's easy to damage the muscles by working out like this."

When Jing Wei saw the instructor arriving, she couldn't hide the look of disgust on her face. After all, this person wanted to fight with her prey, Su Bian.

Because of her upbringing of wanting to help Su Bian, she didn't refuse. "Instructor, please help teach my friend."

Jing Wei didn't want Su Bian to get in terrible shape because of the wrong posture. Although the instructor was annoying, his knowledge of gym equipment being used skillfully was useful.

"Alright." The instructor smiled shamelessly, turned to Su Bian, and sneered, "Get up and let me show you."

Su Bian stood up, smirked at him and walked to Jing Wei

The instructor thought about it himself, 'If I can't beat him, I will make him feel embarrassed in front of Miss Jing. The competition between men is strength.'

He walked to the back of the weights and readjusted it.

Then he sat down, ready to pull the steel bar, taking a deep breath, doing five reps without changing his expression.

Then, he stood up next to the equipment, and said to Su Bian with contempt, "Have you seen it?"

Seeing the instructor's behavior, Su Bian tried not to laugh so hard, it was very childish for him to do this.

But Jing Wei's eyes lit up, and she couldn't move her eyes away from the instructor's biceps.

When Su Bian saw the look in her eyes, he immediately understood what she, a young woman, wanted. It turns out she likes muscular males.

At this moment, Su Bian didn't want to be at a disadvantage, so he went along with the play, sitting down and straightening his back, grabbing the crossbar, exerting his strength with both arms and doing more than the instructor did.

After finishing, his arms were a little sore. He saw that the instructor was blushing.

However, in front of Jing Wei, he must not let her see his own embarrassment.

Su Bian stood up and pretended to be relaxed. "It's light work.":

Jing Wei also immediately smiled at Su Bian.

"Oh, really?" The instructor saw the clues. He saw Su Bian's fingers trembling slightly. From this trembling, he could tell that his strength was not as good as his.

"Miss Jing, let me take your friend to use other equipment." The instructor pretended to be kind and wanted to take Su Bian around, but in fact, he wanted to embarrass him more.

"No problem, we can use other equipment together." Jing Wei pointed to the Titan Fitness barbell. She wanted to see what both the men could do.

Su Bian didn't want to play around because he knew from the instructor build as a bodybuilder, he had a bit more stamina with the weights and may lose.

If this was the case with the instructor, his plan may have succeeded.

Just when Su Bian was thinking and to find an excuse to leave, Jing Wei heard the ringtone of her phone in the bag next to the sofa. She rushed over and took out the phone to answer.

The conversation started on the phone.

The instructor and Su Bian were both left, and the instructor spoke up first to break tensions.

"Wiseman, don't speak secretly. The name is Ye. I will chase Miss Jing, you better stay away from her."

"Haha! She has a husband. Are you still interested? You're making me laugh so hard." Sui Bian kept laughing at the instructor.

"Hehe, you don't understand. It doesn't matter whether they are married or not. I still will stand by the same thing I said. You better stay away from me, otherwise don't blame me."
