But after a few years as Jia Pangzi, Yang Cheng "forgot" his purpose and was retrieved on the orders of his master to come back to his true home—the plague demon sect. After Yang Cheng's arrival at his forgotten home, he re-entered the plague demon sect and got admitted as an inner disciple, where he was reunited with his master. The only problem being his forgotten his memories. With his master's mysterious techniques, he remembered himself as Yang Cheng, and vowed to destroy the surface and bring down everything else there. Water Mountains

So... currently, I'm at the king's vacation palace. It's really close to the northern border. I'm pretty worried about that, but someone who builds on the outskirts of his land should expect to encounter some problems with the neighbor, right? And since no trouble has come, I'll ignore it. Why? Because that was my policy, in the plague demon sect. What's that? Something that's none of my business? Ignored! Someone dying? Ignored! Someone dying because of me? Absurd!

(yes, the audacity)

Basically, anything I didn't like was ignored. Quite the driving force. I don't understand why it's a driving force, but master says it's one of the biggest driving forces, and one of the biggest problems from a lengthy point of view. don't understand why, and I don't want to. Why? Ignored!

Anyways, it was just a usual day. The king and queen were off, frolicking and flirting with each other on the beach. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention there's a beach? That's probably the reason why there's a vacation palace on the outskirts of the west. After all, the north is mostly sea. Of course, there's enough land to be considered a plane, but they're the only country with no slum, and they are also very secluded. Mostly because of the sea. Of course, people can go over it as much as they want, but it's too expensive, and not very profitable (for merchants).

The king and queen seem to be trying really hard for a new heir, but looking at their ages, 54 and 78 respectively, there's little to no chance of that happening anytime soon. By the way, the queen is the older one, if you didn't understand basic-ish (it's probably better to say intermediate-ish) english.

Also, I think the daughter is a pervert. After recovering from the perfume, which was later discover to be alcohol, I realized that the daughter asked me to marry her, in the way I interpreted it. Don't ask how her sexual harassment turned into a proposal, it just did.

Anyways, another thing I realized is, I can't say 'oh man, I have a fiancé' anymore, because I think my fiancé hates my guts, and I want to end our engagement. We were always better as friends. And then, when I get married, I'll have problems with my wife, because I'm too close with Ruan Gao, and unnamed wife is too biased to admit men and women can be friends, without having an affair.

Of course, I'll eventually get sick of whatever crap the unnamed wife spouts out, so I'll divorce her, and capitalize on the unnecessarily bad divorce conditions for women in our misogynistic world. Still, it's the standard 'legal system', that is 'fair to all', but we can clearly see the fairness, if you know what I mean.

Anyways, ignoring my imaginary future with a chance lower than zero of happening, let's start talking about my life. You might think it's boring, since I always say 'oh, it was just a normal day', but who knows? Maybe it's normal for ME, but what about for YOU?

There's a clear difference between us, and that's what I'm going to be showing you. So, I wake up around the time light is barely starting to show. Of course, I mean the sky turns a very faint blue. By this time, it's officially declared morning.

I brush my teeth with the weird tasting sticks I brought with me from the east, and I take a bath in the ocean. Sad part is, I'll have to take another bath afterwards, because ocean water apparently isn't the best for bathing in. Luckily, there is no such thing as PHC in the west, so... I can take a very shoddy shower, which would've made people in the east call me a beggar, but hey, desperate times call for desperate measures, and laziness calls for shortcuts.

So, after that, I go eat breakfast with everyone else. For some reason, these people always arrive at breakfast, the same time as I do, even though my schedule should be completely unconflicting with theirs. And by 'conflicting', I mean I won't have to eat at the same time as them, I won't have to bathe at the same time as them, I won't have to meet them while randomly walking around. That kind of stuff.

And then, in a week, I'd be out of this place, and it'd be like I never existed. So, at the meal, the king spoke. This might sound weird, but he doesn't normally do this. Same story with the queen and daughter, whose name I later found out to be Bai Lin.

"I did some research, and it turns out your engagement with your fiancé has been void."

"I guess I can marry your daughter after all."

"and as for the ambassador you've sent... I quite like him. How about this, I take your ambassador, and I agree to become allies with the east with full support."

"agreed. But before the transaction is complete, I need a contract and a few witnesses. If the ambassador doesn't want to leave the east, the contract is void."

"good enough."

The meal went on like usual, after that. Luckily, no one else talked. Otherwise, I might've run away.

I finished writing the chapter at around 2am, webnovel time, and I planned on publishing it at midnight, webnovel time, but then I fell asleep before that, and now... ya (talking abt previous chapter btw) this one was written the spot, starting 21:35, webnovel time.
