Quest

As Cyrus plummeted through the pathway towards an unknown destination, he couldn't help but feel a sense of agitation. The darkness of the void engulfed him, and he was left with only his thoughts for company. "Unknown entity?" he thought to himself, trying to make sense of the situation.

As he continued his free fall, he couldn't help but wonder how much time had passed since he first jumped through the hole. "Around 2 minutes?" he guessed, but the reality of his situation hit him hard. "I might actually die when I land," he thought, realizing the potential danger of his leap of faith.

Yet, as he finally reached his final destination, he was taken aback by the breathtaking beauty and astonishment before him. The ground around him was covered in a blanket of snow-capped peaks and rugged rocks, creating a stunning landscape that took his breath away. But at the center of it all stood a massive skeleton head, unlike anything he had ever seen before.

The head towered over him, its size unparalleled and its features hauntingly beautiful. Despite the initial shock and fear he had felt during his descent, Cyrus couldn't help but be captivated by the sheer magnificence of the sight before him. He gazed in awe at the surrounding scenery and the imposing skeleton head at its center, feeling small and insignificant in its presence.

*Bam*

Cyrus let out a sigh of relief as he hit the ground, grateful that he had landed on a soft bed of snow that helped to cushion his fall. The impact was still jarring, but he knew that it could have been much worse if he had landed on a harder surface. With a sense of cautious optimism, he assessed his surroundings, trying to get his bearings in this unfamiliar place.

[The entity asks you to approach it!]

Suddenly, he heard a voice, and it seemed to be coming from all around him. "Huh?! Who are you? Where are you? Show yourself!" he called out, trying to locate the source of the voice.

[The entity informs you of its presence in the front]

To his surprise, a response came almost immediately. "Front? The only thing in front is a Skull without any life force," Cyrus said cryptically.

The voice replied once again, this time with a hint of sorrow in its tone. [I affirm your statement. I currently can only communicate in my spiritual form.] it said, confirming Cyrus's suspicion that the entity he was speaking to was not physical in nature.

Cyrus's voice echoed through the vast emptiness around him as he tried to make sense of the situation. "Who are you?" he asked, hoping for some sort of explanation.

[The entity is uncertain of their own identity...]

To his surprise, the entity that had been communicating with him seemed unsure of its own identity.

"You aren't certain? Then what do you need from me?"

As if in response, the voice of the entity grew stronger, more urgent.

{The entity have been imprisoned here for a uncountable amount of time. He wishes for the individual who presented himself infront of him to release him from his shackles.]

It revealed that it had been imprisoned in this place for an uncountable amount of time, and that it was desperate for someone to release it from its shackles. Cyrus felt a chill run down his spine as he question the very being who managed to imprison such enormous being. He knew that he had stumbled upon something that was beyond his understanding, something that could potentially threaten his very existence. But he also felt a sense of curiosity and wonder, and he knew that he had to see this through to the end.

Cyrus pondered for a moment, considering the entity's request for help. "What would I gain from helping you?" he asked, hoping for some sort of incentive.

[The entity is willing to provide you with its own insignia.]

In response, the entity promised to provide Cyrus with its own insignia, a mark of distinction that would set him apart from all others. Cyrus was intrigued, but also a bit confused. "Insignia? What is that?" he asked, hoping for some clarification.

The entity went on to explain that an insignia was a powerful symbol that could confer immense power and prestige upon its possessor. It did not know how or when it had acquired this particular insignia, but it knew that it could transfer ownership of it to a new host. The power that the insignia provided would greatly aid the individual as they journeyed through life, granting them either strength, wisdom or protection.

Cyrus was taken aback by this revelation, unsure of whether to believe the entity's claims. But he also felt a sense of excitement, a thrill of adventure that he had not experienced himself. He knew that the decision he made now could have far-reaching consequences, both for himself and for the entity that he was about to help.

[Quest has been detected!]

[Mission: Release 'The Entity' from his shackles!]

[Reward: Insignia]

[Failure: Death]

Cyrus was in the midst of a discussion with the enigmatic entity when something unexpected happened. A window materialized out of thin air, hovering in front of him and displaying the contents of their conversation. It was as if the system wanted to show him something, to make its message even more clear and undeniable.

Cyrus stared at the window, studying the words and images displayed in the window. "It seemed that the entity was not trying to trick me, after all". For Cyrus, the realization was reassuring.

"Okay, and how am I supposed to free you?"

[The entity informs the individual of the simplistic nature of his task. Eliminate the ruler of this world which will free it from its shackles.]

Cyrus's tried to comprehend the entity's request. "Ruler?" he repeated.

The voice of the entity grew more urgent as it explained that it needed Cyrus to defeat its ruler, the one who had imprisoned it in this desolate place. "Ah! You mean the boss," he said.

"Well, that should not be too complicated then, since I've already planned on doing so."

[The entity is grateful for your help. He informs you that you still have to complete four remaining trials before having access to the ruler's chamber.]

Cyrus let out a sigh of relief, feeling grateful for the opportunity to continue on his challenges. "Thank god," he said, "I wouldn't want to waste such marvelous rewards. I will complete those remaining challenges." He paused for a moment, gathering his thoughts. "But first, can you show me the way forward?" he asked, hoping for some guidance in this unfamiliar place.

[The entity tell the individual that the way forward is located behind it.]
