It has been weeks since I changed from what I was. I haven't eaten at all yet I seem to be somewhat fine although I am Extremely hungry to the point that it is the only thing that is on my mind. I have been avoiding all of the creatures as from their presence I can tell they are at the least 10x stronger than I am currently. That puts them ranks ahead of me and with no means of direct combat. Using my transmutation I have created a crude spear and a pit trap but it will still be a gamble if I can even lure a creature over before I di.
I guess there's no point deliberating over each and every issue may as well play it from ear from now on. Every time I analyzed things it just caused immense problems but I can still use my knowledge to get an edge on my opponent.
Gazing at the creature close to me I almost wretched it gave of a putrid smell of death and gore. The smell of the dead seemed to be woven into its platinum fur and it's maw was dripping with its last meal and a mix of saliva. Down its sides it had glowing runes like the rabbit creature but it seemed weaker that it in some way I had no way of knowing how or even how I determined this. It's killing intent is almost palpable and the only reason I can stand is due to the new skill that I have gained from surviving day? to day? it's always dark so I have no sense of time. No time like the present! I throw a large rock at it and it just harmlessly bounces off of its skin but it seems to be severely pissed off like I just killed one of its kind. Hehehe you will be the first to help me gain power. I run towards the pit and jump over as the wolf? creature gives chase. Luckily in its bloodlust it didn't seem to notice me jumping over the terrain and tried to run over before falling into the pit. I got to action straight away punching rocks and boulders of all sizes over the wolf. Although they didn't hurt it they were good enough to pin it down I started jabbing the wolf's skull with all my might.

Finally after minutes of hard hits to the skull and eye i finally pierced the silk fur of the creature and managed to scratch the bone eventually I thrusted the spear through the eye of the beast piercing the skull and hitting the brain Black liquid leaked from its eye socket with a mixture of blood as it howled in excruciating pain until the brain was destroyed it died. Although it died I continued jabbing at it until I was tired. I couldn't help but grin when it whimpered and howled on its last breath the elation of winning against a beast multiple times stronger than myself even if through dumb luck was... blissful.
I removed the corpse from the hole after transmuting the rocks and got right down to shoddily cutting and peeling the skin from the wolf to use as clothing and armour. I wrapped it around a rock to dry and tore into the flesh of the wolf with my bare teeth I was too hungry to focus anymore tearing each morsel and drinking the viscous blood like some animal although extremely hard it was not impossible with some repeated gnawing I couldn't help but feel satisfied unfortunately it seems that I had been to quick to celebrate as shortly after I felt immense pain as if my body was breaking down but I had pain nullification so this must be some new type of pain unfortunately I couldn't speculate as I lost my consciousness.
Finally awakened from my slumber I felt different I felt great like a weight a restriction had been lifted from me. I finally muttered the word status and couldn't help but be surprised by the new notification bar that had appeared

Wait I'm a true monster now? And I was gifted with accelerated growth but I'm weaker. I'll show them who is weaker I'll crush anything in my way to home Including the stronger beings I'll ravage them for their stats and skills but I need a weapon better than a shitty stone spear sure it may be nigh unbreakable but I may as well use a butter knife against these things. Close combat is shit I may not feel it as. uch anymore but I still feel fear Long range combat would be better with close combat as a fallback but I can't use a bow and it's too weak compared to modern technology. Wait that's it modern technology. Guns but I don't know any blueprints or how they work just that you pull the trigger and boom bullet comes out? I'll hide and experiment maybe I'll find out how. I'll etch my results into slabs to record my progress and to remember my attempts.

Experiment 429 is unsuccessful I can't figure out the configuration of a semi auto pistol I managed to make a flintlock pistol but the accuracy was disgraceful let alone the time to load it. I need an in between and a way to make the bullet fly straight.
~1 Week later~
Experiment 2644 is unsuccessful I am getting hungry again it seems my metabolism and need for nutrients is low but I have managed an impass at an easy gun. Revolvers are the way to go I can figure out the mechanism to fire it due to the wolf's skill Spark allowing me to 'Fire' a bullet that I knew how to make crudely using some rock and brass for the bullet and casing and for the gun powder I used an explosive slime liquid that I stumbled upon when making my 'Lab' mixed with rock dust to give it substance. I need to add a spark and the heavy metal lined rock will be fired efficiently but I can not control it after it exits the impromptu barrel. I haven't figured the re chambering mechanism out either.

Experiment 6089
I did it I created a working revolver I was missing something that was staring me in the face, Rifling to give the bullet more accuracy and I managed a system to chamber my next bullet from the cartridge. By amplifying the spark I can speed up the bullet like a rail gun using the magnetic field generated between the bullet and the rifled barrel that I have weaved with coils and transmuted into the grip of the gun. I'm finally ready I'm so hungry it's time for hunting.
