Monsters of the Year!

Several Thousands of kilometers away from Stone and Spike, A group of 10 Teenagers was sitting on a large pill of Swift Foxes, Black Chickens, and other beasts.

"Young master, These monsters are really weak." A dark-green-haired youth spat as he complained.

"True, Now it's even more so as we just leveled up." Another Blue haired burly guy added.

"This place is quite interesting and can make a very good hunting place, If only the monsters were able to put a fight that is..." A calm-looking teen stated.

"Can't you see they're not even trying to fight back? they're obviously not a threat to us."

"When we'll move forward and find stronger monsters with real survival and killing intent, You'll understand the meaning of threats!" A pair of twins said.

"Enough of that, Let's move on!" A black-haired handsome youth said as he jumped off the mountain of beasts.

"Yes, Young master!" The other members of the group immediately jumped off too, Following him closely from behind.

Having killed more than 50% of the mountain alone in less than 2 hours? He was the real monster among them!

He took care of a whole beast nest alone, That's monstrous!

Another place far away from the group and Stone, One single handsome blond-haired youth with a skinny body wearing a kimono was gazing at a huge number of Beasts he baited, He took out a long katana from its sheath, And with a *boom* he dashed.

"Dance of the Blazing Ogre!" He stomped on the dirt below him right in the middle of the beasts.

And then, He swirled around with his long katana in hand, He slashed down the heads of 3 Black Chickens.

*Plop x3*

He forcefully stopped himself mid-swirling, Swirled in the opposite direction while he raised his katana to the sky, and slashed again making a full turn this time.

Then he jumped and spun on the sky as many beasts attacked him from multiple directions they stomped on their comrades' dead bodies.

*Slashhh*

"Screee"

"KwaaaaRGHH"

*Plop x6*

*Stomp*

*Boom*

He dashed yet again.

*Slash* *Tshhk* *Plops*

"Screeee"

"KwaaakRGH!"

"Tkiaaaa!"

"MeeeeRGH"

"Screee"

*Plop* Plop* *Plop*

Beast after beast fell forming a colorful sea of dead and headless monsters on the previously clean dirt.

More Beasts came, and every time they were stronger.

3 hours later...

"Huff huff, That was... Not enough! Let's continue!"

The Youth left, And behind him... An unmeasurable amount of dead beasts stretching as far as the eyes can see.

Many such scenes were happening everywhere on the Simulated Battle World, But were of this caliber and made by one single person.

Stone and Spike were moving hidden on the Tall Grasses, They came across beasts every now and then, And although Spike was weak and inexperienced he wasn't useless.

But, he did drag Stone down by... A lot actually... And that made him feel even weaker, crushing his confidence even more!

It's been a bit over 3 hours since they were teleported here, But they killed over 70 Level 1 beasts and even a few higher-level ones.

But, even though with the beasts' inexperience in combat it was easy to kill them, they could have done way more.

Stone and Spike were now both level 4.

Stone distributed his points, as usual, While Spike decided to go more with endurance, So he put 3 points in it, 2 in Strength, Agility, and Vitality, and lastly 1 on focus.

As their exp bar was 10 times smaller than the Fantastic World's it was easy to level up, But it was also boring, Monsters here really don't put any fights.

So, they just advanced and advanced until they met other people.

It was a group of 3 guys.

1 of them was short, kind of sneaky looking, purple-haired, squinted scammer's eyes, and was obviously butt-kissing the Burly looking bald and arrogant youth.

As for the 3rd guy, he was a bit tall, skinny, and dark blue-haired, He also got a few broken teeth, that showed up while he was laughing and trying to impress the Big guy, I don't know how...

The Skinny guy who was on the left side of the Trio was the first one to notice Stone and Spike, as the other tiny guy was looking in the direction of the bald teen and the arrogant teen was smiling while looking straight ahead.

"Boss, There's a pair of weak-n-good-looking guys there!" The skinny guy said with a smirk.

"Huh?" The bald guy turned his head to look at Stone and Spike once he heard the good-looking part.

"Hehe, Boss! With you here, we'll quickly kill them and get their points!" The short guy added.

"Of course, Now that I am Level 3, They'll quickly succumb to my [Demonic Bull Rush], Hahaha!"

The boss got pumped after he got praised and a huge grin appeared on his face as he imagined all the things he will be able to do once he catches them.

"Spike!" Stone called.

"Yes?"

"Can you rest here for a moment, I've got something to do real quick." With a smile, Stone looked at the clueless Spike.

Although they can see the group of 3 they were also a little far away from each other.

"huh? You want to shit or what?"

"... Something... Like that." Stone turned his head back and evaded eye contact, Spike's clueless reaction was funny, But he also didn't want him to see what he was going to do later.

"You sus, Bro!" Spike said as he stepped back a little.

"Yeah, yeah! Just sit here, It might take a WHILE!" Stone then dashed away.

He was trying not to act sus but he did, So he got to flee as soon as possible Before Spike sees anything, Like the huge grin he was wearing.

Feels like I'm talking to myself, when you guys reach here, I'll probably have a few other chaps so really, Cliffhangers really ain't working against you.

Some of the interactions will show Stone's personality as the story goes, You might have already noticed but he really acts differently with people he cares about.
