1 Dragonfly chapter 1

Once upon a time there was a forest at the base of a mountain. And in that forest there lived many different animals. From birds, to snakes to big cats and even wolves.

Each animal has their own clan, and territories.

The clans help each other and give balance to the forest. The clans were the Neko clan a clan of cats big and small, Okami clan the clan of wolves, Hebi clan the clan of snakes, and the Tori clan the clan of birds.

One day a very young dragon was found at the base of the mountain near the Okami clan camp. He was too young to take care of himself, so the wolves in the Okami clan took him in. The young dragon grew up and became part of the pack. Because of his silver scales they named him Gin. He made friends with everyone in the forest and everyone liked him. One early morning, Gin was on a walk to the forest edge to watch the sun rise with his friends Pip, (a bird with blue wings, a red and yellow body) Yuuki (a snow leopard) and Kuro (a black wolf with blue eyes).

When they got close they heard strange loud noises. There were strange animals they have never seen before. Many of them walked on two legs and had bright orange and yellow fur with white stripes. The other animals looked even stranger. They were huge and had dirty yellow fur. They didn't seem to have legs but could still move around. They were moving trees and dirt around and putting it in piles far away from the forest. Those animals were the loudest of all. Some of the weird two legged animals were inside of them. Which made them look even weirder. "They are destroying the forest!" exclaimed Pip. "We have to do something!" Said Kuro. "What can we do? There is so many of them! And they are so big! We don't stand a chance..." cried Yuuki. "We need help." Said Gin.
