20 The Red Ribbon War(2)

"What the hell is that thing?" Goku said as he looked at the thing that he hit.

It was a tall white tower expanding towards the boundless sky with no end in sight.

"What the hell is that? A watchtower?" Goku asked.

"That thing is huge." oolong was also amazed by the tower.

"That thing is Korin tower." Then they heard a noise coming behind the tower.

A dark skin boy wearing unique clothing comes out.

"Who are you?" Goku asked as he pulled out his power pole.

"I am not afraid of you." Oolong said as he hides behind Goku.

"If you climb the tower you can meet a powerful martial artist that will train you for no fee." The boy said.

"And how do you know that?" Oolong asked the boy.

"Because he tried to climb up the tower," Goku replied.

Goku saw a small hut and a grave near the tower.

The grave must belong to the one that gives the knowledge of the tower to the boy.

So he assumed that the boy lost someone important to him not long time ago and tried to desperately climb the tower in an attempt for revenge.

Judging by some injuries that are on the boy it seems like he didn't succeed.

"Come. Join me. I will give you something to eat." The boy said as he invited Goku and oolong to dine with him.

"Hey. Goku do you think we can trust him." Oolong asked Goku.

"I don't see why not," Goku replied as he walked towards the boy's hut.

The boy then served Goku and Oolong some fried monster meat and water.

"This tower is built in honour of a great hero. There is a hermit who lives on top of the tower. And if you can climb the tower and reach the top the hermit will grant you divine water that can increase your power." The boy said.

"I see," Goku replied as he took a huge bite out of the meat.

"Hey, oolong. Wait here for a little while. I will decide if I should help after this." Goku said to Oolong.

Although he has not directly agreed to help him just yet he didn't want to let the people that gave him a dragon ball in the past suffer while he was in a condition where he could help.

"Wait. Don't tell me you believe such an absurd story." Oolong said to Goku.

"That tower gives me a strange vibe. And I don't think the boy is lying at all." Goku said.

"It's Upa." The boy introduced his name to goku.

"It's nice to see you Upa," Goku said as he shakes Upa's hand.

He then put the power pole on his back and looked up at the tower.

[I think I can fly up the tower by changing into a bird or a dragon. But I don't think that it's the intended way. Well time to do it the old fashion way.] Goku thought as he cracked his hands.

Then he grabbed onto the ledges of the tower and surely but slowly started to climb up the tower.

"There he goes. Leaving without giving an answer." Oolong said as he looked at Goku.

At that time in the outer skirt of the West city.

A robot was surrounded by a group of red ribbon soldiers.

"If you don't want to get hurt. Come out of the robot and hand over your dragon ball." a tall blonde man with blue eyes who was standing behind the red ribbon soldier said.

His name was general blue and he was an important and high-ranking member of the red ribbon army.

"Come on. Are you going to harm a pretty Ladylike me?" A robot said in Bulma's voice.

Of course, it was bulma who was hiding inside the robot.

The robot appeared to be made of white colour metal and have a body that is larger than a human's body.

It was armed with machine guns in one of the hands and a very big fist.

It was based on the second-generation pilaf machine that beat Goku up.

However with even more features that bulma added.

This is the only way she could fight since she didn't want to train like goku.

Using the resources that she has at her disposal she created a machine that could legit kill Goku four years ago.

"Can you just let me go?" Bulma asked.

She does not want to fight the red ribbon army but hands over a dragon ball to them would be moronic.

"Get her." General blue commended the soldiers as they started to shoot at Bulma with their guns.

Bulma activated her machine gun and started to shoot at the soldiers that were attacking her.

Some soldiers were able to close in near the robot and try to find an entrance to the robot to get bulma out of the robot more forcefully.

Bulma activated an electric forcefield around her robot that shocked the soldiers that were trying to get into her robot.

"Well, who wants a piece of me." Bulma taunted the remaining soldiers.

Then she finally saw General blue's face.

Love shape eyes started to appear on her face.

However, her affection for blue was quickly dispelled as she saw how disgusted he is with her.

"Die. Disgusting Woman." General blue said as he launched a kick at the robot.

He was successfully able to knock back the robot by a few inches but Bulma returned the favour by smashing him into the ground with her big robot fist.
