Chapter 1 The Tale of a boy with a monkey tail

Age 737.

In a place where the soul of the warriors who have serve their purpose resides, the after life.

There lives a mysterious king of the worlds who ruled over the north portion of the universe.

King kai. A blue skin core person who lives peacefully on his small little planet found a small little boy with a monkey tail on his doorsteps.

A black hair boy with pale white skin and a furry tail. Without the tail, he can be easily mistaken for an earthling. A peaceful race who isn't born with any notable traits apart from their slightly above intelligence.

"What is this?" he said as he picked up the little boy as he found a note.

Saying " Dear King Kai, I gave you the greatest warrior of the universe as a gift. In order to show you how much I appreciate your services. Sincerely, The time breakers".

"What the hell is this bad joke?" King Kai yelled out.

"First he destroyed most of my beautiful planet and then some random troll expects me to raise a child. What is this terrible scenario? Then what a monkey and a cricket are going to help me raise this child" he said.

"ooka. ooka" the monkey bubbles who was also living on King kai's planet said.

" Bubbles is right. That is a terrible joke." king kai's assistant Gregory the cricket said.

"But king kai. Do you know what race did the child belong to?" Gregory asked.

"Of course with a tail like that he is a Saiyan." King kai said.

"Ooka. Ooka" bubble said.

"Bubble has a point. Aren't they known for being bloodthirsty and savage?" Gregory said.

"Who knows maybe this one might be different from others. He is labelled as the greatest warrior of the universe." king kai said as he lifted the boy.

"So what are you going to call him?" Gregory asked.

"Kai. The greatest warrior in the universe who shared the same name as me," he said.

Gregory thought that king kai is buying the greatest warrior in the universe label too literally.

"Then he is going to avenge me by beating the one who destroyed my planet and train by the great Supreme kai," he said.

"Does King kai hit his head or something?" Gregory asked bubble who shake his head.

A few years later. Age 744.

Kai has grown up a lot unlike his first meeting with king kai. Now he has reached the age of 7 as his training as a warrior officially started.

King kai wanted him to become a great comedian unlike him but when he asked the boy what he wanted to be he replied that he wanted to become the greatest warrior that has ever lived.

So his training of catching the monkey and smashing the cricket with a giant hammer has officially started.

At first, he seems to be unable to complete the tasks that king kai gave him but little by little he was able to make good progress.

And by the age of 12, he was able to surpass king kai in both power and Technique.

He was able to master both the spirit bomb and kaioken with flying colours and was even able to develop a superior version of the spirit bomb and able to use Kaioken over 10 times by the time he reached the age of 16.

However, even if he has surpassed king kai he still feels empty inside. He wanted to go out and face other people and wanted to learn even greater techniques. Living on a small planet with a monkey, cricket and a pseudo god who tells lame jokes for years was really exhausting for a member of a warrior race who yearns for battle.

Fortunately for him, the day that he can finally leave the planet will finally arrive as the man who looks completely identical to him at the age of 761.
