107 A Fated Book's Character [ IV ]

At this moment, Xiao Ling felt that she made a big mistake, she gave the worse past to her eldest son, Mo Lin. He did not enjoy motherly love, no father's presence. No one protected him when he got bullied, only his Master came to him out of curiosity of his sickness to save him. 

So, the anticipation in his eyes moved her heart, it could even melt it. 

Softening her gaze, "I can't stay much time here."

The disappointment in her eldest son's eyes did not go unnoticed by Xiao Ling.

"However, I can tell you what to do in the future, and where to find me." Xiao Ling did not want him to feel sad, so, she gave him the spark of hope. 

And so, it did. The hope in his eyes warmed her heart.

Xiao Ling sighed, 'You are my fated book's character.' Thought in her mind.
