Sevir sat far from the camp.. Even then, he clutched the crystal and did not dare to call RuIng. Not yet.
He wanted to talk to RuIng but his mind was too occupied to make a conversation, to tell RuIng everything he had learned from Bailong. The bigger plan, the bigger picture, the reason why mother left RuIng behind. Did she sacrifice RuIng for the greater good? Sevir shook his head. It did not sound like her. If she stayed to teach her son how to fight, that would have been more like her.
If there was such a looming threat over her head, why did she leave her child behind? He wanted to talk to RuIng, but did not know where to start.
