A bone refining stage 3rd level i.e. Bone refining stage peak level expert will be as strong as a 3rd rank heavenly hierarchy 1st stage expert. But they will not tell you this at school. This is you, and this layer on top of you is also you. But the outer layer for some reason is the human side which is your body and the inner layer is your demonic side which is your power inside you, and that power is your soul, so your human body is insistent on making you learn the dragon lord techniques, but the power inside you wants your body to create a demonic art, but since you cannot exist without any one of them its creating chaos inside you. So what you need to do is make them work as you want not as they want.
