12 Radiant Moon

As Kyren was carefully pouring mana into the Argent Rune Wolf, something extraordinary happened.

His mana was being absolutely devoured by this tiny wolf's body. So in response, he started giving her more.

"!?!"

He was now practically dumping tons of pure mana into the small animal. It's condition was getting better at a visible rate as it used it to activate its base recovery speed, but his mana recovery could hardly keep up. He felt like he was being devoured ruthlessly.

Once the wolf was fully recovered, physical changes were being made to its body.

It's silver fur was turning into a beautiful moon white and the bristles on its back and tail extended, turning the tips into an exotic gold. Its size was now past 5 meters long and marble like plates grew on some areas of its body kinda like armor. There were thin gold streaks forming beneath its chin and neck, spreading down its underbelly like stripes.

By now it was consuming so much mana that he had to pull some from the surrounding to support himself.

'How much longer will this go on? I'm nearly out of mental energy!'

When one ran out of mana, the body would use mental energy to compensate. If both ran out, then his health would start draining.

Not over a minute passed and the (not so tiny now) wolf was finally filled to the brim with profound mana.

Kyren slumped back in a cold sweat. If it went on any longer, he would've been forced into another coma from losing too much mental energy.

As he recovered, the wolf slowly woke up and turned to him. A revering light shone in its eyes as its tail wagged. It stood up and kowtowed to him as though he was a god Instead of just thanking him.

He accepted and cuts appeared on both of his wrists while they started to form a blood ring around the wolf. It's wrists did the same and a ring formed around him.

'Is this a little blood to you!?!'

'Ughh.'

After Kyren started feeling dizzy, the blood stoped flowing and a red magic circle appeared below and above both of them. It disappeared after a while and another notification popped up.

Kyren walked to each corpse and used his magic to preserve their still relatively fresh bodies. After he was done, he sat down by a tree and meditated. Once he had full mental energy, he accepted the wolf's request.

The mother of all headaches slapped him across the skull and everything went black.... again.

When Kyren slowly came too, his mental energy was full but a headache was still there. It also looked to be morning.

As he was questioning everything, a pleasant noise entered his ears.

"Mmmmph~" An adorable and seductive yawn sounded to his rightside.

He flinched as he felt something delightful and squishy press and move against his side. He slowly looked at the origin and was at a loss for words.

Laying next to him was the most heavenly looking girl he's ever seen with amazingly smooth porcelain skin. Her moon white hair reached her knees as a pair of beautiful pure gold eyes slowly fluttered open. The long and captivating eyelashes were the same moon white which nicely matched the rest of her.

She stretched her body and made overly attractive yawns as her curves showcased a greek goddess like figure. The large and soft breasts that were previously snuggling up on his side were now on full display to his wide eyes. Her long gorgeous legs draped over his as they slightly moved, making him tingle wherever they touched.

He jerked up and scooted away, he felt like he just woke up after a party with alcohol and a hot girl he didn't know was in bed with him.

"Yaaawwwwn~"

She slowly sat up and yawned looking as though she had the best nap of her life. She rubbed her eyes and looked at him with an innocent and confused expression.

"What's wrong Master?"

If this was a manga from Earth, buckets of blood would have discharged from his nose. There was a sort of a puppy like innocence coming off of her and hitting his heart like a train.

In the entirety of his life, ha has never seen such an exquisite girl.

"Is your head still hurting from last night? Want me to rub it for you?"

She crawled closer to him on her hands and knees, overwhelming his already weakened heart.

"N-No thanks, I'm good," he took off his full body cloak and handed it to her, "Put this on quick."

"Human cloths? But-"

"Just put it on."

She tugged on his shirt with a downcast look, "But I don't know how," A whimper almost came out of her mouth.

'To cute!' His heart was thumping loudly as he dressed her.

He reached into the storage and put on his tattered cloak and looked at the girl with a questioning look, "Do you mind if I take the bodies of your pack?"

An unnatural smile spread across her delicate lips, "Sure, they treated me horribly anyways.... they deserved-"

Kyren patted her head, "It's okay for you to cry... I would be sad if I lost my family too, even if they were the worst people in the world."

She quickly looked down to hide her watery eyes.

After wiping away the tears, a determined expression appeared on her face, "If their bodies can help Master in anyway, then I would be glad to let you have them."

"If you say so... by the way, what's your name?"

"I kinda hoped you'd give me one."

He looked up and rubbed his chin, "Your quite radiant and your hair looks like a full moon.... so how about Rayna Lunar."

Rayna gave a big and bright smile as she excitedly nodded. When he looked at her, he could imagine a tail wagging behind her and he chuckled.

"Where did you learn to speak?"

"Oh, when a blood pact is formed, some basic knowledge and language skills are transferred from the master to the servant. I still don't have complete common sense so please be patient with me Master."

"Hmmm," the memory of dressing her popped into his mind, 'Doesn't that mean she already knew how to dress herself?'

<Yep, she played you like a fiddle. I reckon that she thought you might've liked to dress her so that's why she did it.>

He should've been angry, but how could he be?

As he continued to talk to Rayna, he collected the wolves and destroyed the skeletal creatures with a toned down Dragon's Breath.

Rayna was greatly pleased by this. After what she went through, she was still a little traumatized by the presence of undead.

He then stored the dragon's arm along with the bodies into his storage.

"We'll be heading to a human controlled city so keep your cloak on and stick close to me."

When Kyren arrived at the gate, he payed for an extra pass for her, and again asked for directions. Rayna needed cloths pronto. She was naked under his cloak and that made him nervous.

They arrived at a boutique and he came up to the clerk.

"I need some cloths for her, my price range is 70 coppers."

When the clerk noticed Rayna's ethereal appearance, she got super excited and rushed off with the confused little pup in her arms.

When the clerk came back, Rayna was wearing a happy white and yellow dress that perfectly matched her moon white hair. Intricate white patterns covered the short skirt, and the straps perfectly displayed her bewitching neck and shoulders.

"Wow... are you sure this is under even 5 silvers? I don't have enough money for this..."

"It's actually 8 silvers but I'd like to give it to you for free if you can bring her back. I'd love to play dress up again with her."

'Why have I been getting things for free lately?'

"Thank you very much. I'll be sure to bring her back."

Kyren took back his cloak and brought Rayna outside, but before they could exit, her hand gripped onto his.

"D-Do you like my dress Master?" Her slightly red face amplified her puppy dog eyes and innocent vibe.

"You look stunningly gorgeous~"

Her face got redder as they walked to the Adventurers Guild while still holding hands.
