Aura: Each advancement strengthens the physical body

First rank / aura trainee:

-first order: internal aura: simple strenghtening of the body.

-second order: internal weapon aura: enhances objects, increases durability and cutting power.

-third order: elemental aura: increases the strengthening provided to different aspects and offers a secondary effect, both change with the element used. e.g.: Fire increases physical strength increase and heat resistance; Light increases the effect of aura on the reaction time while offering slight light warping to blur ones outline; Lightning increases the reaction time, physical strength and shock resistance

Second rank / aura soldier:

-first order: external aura: Stronger version of internal aura, enhances the bodys durability especially strong.

-second order: increased external element effect. e.g.: light aura offers a controllable illusion layered over the body; space aura distorts the space, altering trajectories slightly

-third order: ranged aura strikes: aura is expelled as a projectile whose nature depends of the strike from which it is expelled.

- Third rank / aura expert:

-first order: aura manifestation: create solid constructs near the users body

-second order: elemental manifestation: conjure one or more of the elements somewhere ones aura flows. As long as supplied with mana through this connection it is powerful enough to slice through even aura manifestation but once that is no longer the case it acts just like the natural form of that element

-third order: aura avatar: large copy of the user and everything he caries made from pure aura. Main mana expenditure is the creation and regenerating. The constructs strength scales with its size, with a higher control power allowing it to grow larger, though mana quality enhances its strength to a lesser extend without forcing a size increase.

Magic: Each advancement increases mental capacity and affinity

First rank / apprentice magician:

-first order: can expel their mana in a controlled manner. Can be used to create simple projectiles that disperse quickly.

-second order: can cast basic spells.

-third order: can cast advanced application spell. e.g.: explosions with fire magic, sounds with wind magic

Second rank / advanced magician:

-first order: multicasting

-second order: distance cast: spells originate not only from oneself, instead their point of origin can be moved freely. The further away it is the longer the cast time and the higher the mana cost.

-third order: can use formless magic + formed a control shield: passive field that covers the magician, preventing others from forming spells with a point of origin in the field and reducing the cast time of spells whose point of origin is in ones own field. The fields size scales with mana quantity, quality and control power. When two fields come into contact, they do not overlap, instead they try to push each other back. Formless magic are spells that directly target an entety without travel path. They can only be resisted or blocked by a control shield, not dodged.

- Third rank / master magician:

-first order: spell fusion: combining at least two spells of the same element, empowering each other

Attributes of ones mana and its control:

mana quality

mana quantity

control power

control speed

control accuracy

Notes:

-Cast time refers to the time between the end of the chant and the moment the spell finishes forming. Increases with control speed, but decreases with increasing distance to the point of origin.

-Each rank and order has a point after which further growth of mana and control atributes slows down.
