Dragon Devourer System

Note: The main character is male. The novel is written in 3rd person. I never could guess life would be this terrifying. In the past, I was a high-ranked adventurer looking for riches and fame, fulfilling every request of the Adventurer's Guild and gaining a substantial prestige. I still remember the old legends from my hometown, the legends of dragons, absolute beings who even the gods fear. And now, it seems I somehow got reincarnated into a dragon. ------------------------------------------------------------- The artwork does not belong to me and if anyone knows the artists of this work, please let me know and I will credit them. "Why do I have to be the nanny of this brat…?"

...

"How could these motherf*ckers sell me like this?!"

"Yaaaawwwwwn" Jacob stretched out and opened his eyes, only to come to a halt. "Where the f*ck am I? Where is the Old Dragon? What happened?" He looked around and found himself inside a nicely decorated room with no doors.

His body was lying in a king-sized bed, and it appeared to have grown larger than what he remembered. He could also feel an odd sensation coursing through his body with each breath, invigorating his body.

However, because he was alone in a strange place with no doors, his new body size and the unfamiliar sensation he was experiencing were a secondary concern for him. As panic began to take over his senses, he tried to recall his last memories.

The white dragon remained motionless in the king-sized bed, checking his memory, but it was in vain. His last memories were of him kneeling in the pool of blood and directing his rage at the Gods. Not long after, memories of how he killed the Old Dragon began to surface in his mind.

He did not have any memory problems. It was just that he had completely forgotten about killing the massive silver dragon, and the mess that was his feelings at the time, due to the panic of waking up in an unfamiliar place.

'Where is my sister? What had happened to her?' Jacob was concerned for his sister's safety for a split second before dismissing it. He was confident that his sister, who had been living in the Impaler of Gods's palace the entire time, would not have been killed by her.

At this moment, he suddenly remembered all of the System messages he had previously received. He did not bother reading them when he was feeling overwhelmed by the sadness, but he was feeling fine right now, as if he had never killed the Old Dragon.

The little dragon decided that now was a good time to check his Status and all the previous System's messages. The Status screen appeared right in front of his eyes as he said the word in his head.

The first thing he noticed was that he was no longer referred to as a baby dragon, with junior replacing baby. 'Why did my race change? Is it related that now I am ten years old? Wait… When did I turn ten days old? I only entered the Abyss two days ago!'

What was even more incomprehensible was that his Food points were nowhere to be found, and a new one appeared called Mana Capacity. He also seemed to have Magic Power now, which made him look forward to his previously locked magical affinity.

'Affinity… Annihilation? What the f*ck? What the f*ck is that?' He also noticed his stats had increased to thirty, but his thoughts kept returning to the Annihilation word in his affinity.

First, he got a System ordering him to kill dragons, and now his natural affinity was one for cold-blooded killers. Jacob had no idea what was wrong with his life.

'Are the Gods making a comedy with me as the main character or what is happening? What kind of affinity is that? What the f*ck dude. I had always dreamed of having magic, but I had never heard about something like this before."

At this moment, a sudden rumble echoed in his room, causing Jacob to pause his train of thought. He felt startled at first, but he soon realized the rumble was coming from one of the walls.

A short moment later, the rumble stopped abruptly, and a door appeared in the wall. A tall and stunning human woman emerged from the door, exuding some traces of a terrifying, supreme aura.

The woman had long white hair, a delicate face, and extreme curves. In her prime, she was so used to having a long line of suitors, to the point that most of the men in the Empire came to Karma just to gaze at her beauty.

"Oh? I see that the sleepy beast is finally awake. I get that killing your companion was hard for you, but not that much to be sleeping for an entire week." The woman was Ella. Fortunately, she had reduced his aura output before entering the room, or the white dragon would have died.

Ella, the Impaler of Gods and Empress of the ancient Empire, had been paying him visits on a daily basis. It began as a request from the adorable little dragon girl, because the white dragon was her brother and she lacked the ability to use magic to open the door.

It was inconvenient for the Empress to open the door for the little girl every time she wanted to see her brother, therefore she began to make the visits herself. During her initial visits, she would only check to see if he was awake and then leave, but after a few days, she would stay in the room.

Ella had grown accustomed to his presence, using the time she was checking his condition to talk. In reality, it was a monologue, since the white dragon was sleeping, but after a long time isolated in the Abyss, just having someone to share her thoughts made her happy.

At first, she had tried to use the little dragon girl as a confidant, but after spending more time with her, she grew fond of her, and began to treat the baby dragon as her own little sister.

This forced her to use her recent unconscious visitor as her new confidant, while also providing her with the assurance that, because he was unconscious, he would not know anything of what she told him.

"So, little dragon, since you are awake now, there is something we need to talk about." Ella's face became solemn as she locked her gaze on Jacob's. He gulped as he realized he had no idea what the Empress was on about.

"You are going to tell me everything you know about that System of yours."
