43 Rosalie's Predicament

The 6 headed hydra like beast is a marvel to behold although snake like in appearance it has smooth white scales and deep green eyes on each head, and it's tail is like a blade.. all heads in unison scream. It slithering its way to Rosalie. all heads slamming down trying to devour her. She jumps out of the way and flaps her wings up into the air settling herself on a tree.

The whip cracks at shadowheart who deftly parried, or dodged all their strikes. kana snaps the whips coating one in fire, and the other in electricity. kana smirks and twirls in circles lashing out with both whips.

Shadowheart uses the trees shade to create clones. two clones attack the snake jumping on one head each. while a team of three attack kana. Back to Rosalie.

Rosalie sits up in the tree tossing her feather coated in her black Phoenix fire. this technique is perfect the fire regenerates her lost feathers. It also hardens them. She is like a sniper although she doesn't know this term.

She fires off more and more the points sticking or bouncing off. Rosalie clicks her tongue in anger.

"Too shallow" Rosalie sees a faint glow in the snakes eye. it couldn't be She thinks to herself.

The snakes eye is a skill orb...what the hell She thinks reiji wouldn't believe this. She yells to a clone of shadowhear.

"Sir I am not sure whose side your on but can you get me that ones eye?" she says pointing at the left middle head.

Kana is tired of playing with Shadowheart, and his clones. she starts chanting and every miss slams the ground harder, and coats the ground in ice. Now Shadowheart can't run around. Shadowheart slams his blade into the ground.

[Shadowheart] Dark fire field

The whole area turns to darkness and the ice starts to melt. Kana yells put

"This trick of yours is your one saving grace but how can you help the girl. kana rushes to where she last saw Rosalie. A dozen pairs of yellow lights appear all around kana.

Kana says " no its a summoning field. are you fucking insane? Why go so far to summon these to save her. Shadowheart chuckles

"I have been paid plenty to stop all comers"

kana retorts " enough to die if needed?"

Shadowheart nods " besides when that man regains his true powers no one in this country can stop him."

kana scoffs " come on we both know he is a commoner but that is all I know about him. we nobles are destined to rise, and commoners to serve us."

Shadowheart laughs "fool that's just what you nobles believe I know quite a few strong commoners."

kana just waves him off " your delusional it is time to end this battle." she twists her whip handles and dozens of spikes down the whip jut out each one coated in poison. The yellow eyed beings start to move and one claws kana in the back. She screams but twists swinging her whip smacking it out into the sun.

back to rosalies situation Shadowhearts clone rips the eye from the beast and tosses it to Rosalie. she cracks it, and the voice rings in her head "skill beast tamer acquired learn to soothe a frightened, scared, or dying beast and make it your pet." warning skill may fail if veast sees you as an enemy, or is loyal to another.

Rosalie looks around to find anything to quell the monster with. Suddenly a yellow eyed grotesque beast is flung from the shadows. this one is fat and meaty with long thin arms with grotesque red claws for fingers. Rosalie grabs the arm and raises it. the hydra rushes her.

Rosalie flies up just out if it's reach looking it in the eyes. She uses her new skill.

[Rosalie] beast tamer

The beast looks directly in her eyes and stops thrashing about trying to get her. Rosalie is cautious as she moves closer. She gives it a command.

"Bow" The beast bows all its heads but one still looking at Rosalie Shadowhearts clones release returning to him.

Rosalie tosses the fat beast at the hydra. it rips into it devouring it. Rosalie is really happy she spins clapping her hands.

"Now I can protect this village with this beautiful..um.." she looks at it

"Are your a boy?" the snake shakes its head no

"A girl?" The snake shakes it's head yes.

"I'll call you lotus." The hydra heads look at each other and nod.

The dark area shatters and a humanoid amalgamation appears holding whips it's kana. Earlier in the fight with shadowheart.

Kana felt her summon betray her. the link severed.Her eyes widen and she screams out.

"FILTHY BEAST YOU DARE DEFY ME!!!"

She cracks her whips on the nearest set of eyes ripping chunks off it. She uses her summoning skill, and a chimera appears. her eyes shine as she says "unison magic."
