1 New Beginning

The street was quite empty that night, and in one of its alleys, a fight was taking place. Two men were trying to attack a single woman, who was managing to defend herself. As the two guys were attacking as if they had never fought in their lives, they just swung their arms around trying to hit her. It was quite comical to see.

"Okay, enough joking around; I don't want to be late." She responded by punching the man hard in the chin; his body fell to the ground with him already unconscious. The other man, seeing the situation, just ran away, leaving his partner behind.

"Is he going to leave his friend behind like this? You made a good friend, huh?" She looked at the man's unconscious body, just picking up a backpack from the floor and leaving the place. She was heading towards her house, and when she entered, she was only greeted by her dog.

"Oh, how are you, my cutie? How about I prepare something for you to eat? You must have been sad to have been so alone, Cupcake." The Pitbull would just follow her, wagging his tail with happiness. Things were somewhat normal; she lived alone in this house with only the dog for company, but little did she know what awaited her today.

The neighbors heard a loud noise as if something had fallen hard to the ground. When they looked, they could see the house with a big hole and smoke coming out. A meteor ended up falling right where the girl and the dog were, and she ended up dying without even knowing it.

She woke up in despair, but she could only see herself thrown into a forest. She looked around with nothing but the trees. "What the fuck happened?" She said without understanding anything that all she could hear was a loud sound, and when she realized it, she was already in that place; everything seemed like a strange dream.

[Hey, Hey, Hey! You finally woke up. I am your dear system!] A feminine but very excited voice echoed in the girl's head. She looked in different directions to see if she could find anyone, but nothing.

'System? What am I into, a generic isekai anime?' In her free time, she liked to watch some anime, but she was a little irritated by these isekai animes, especially since the protagonists' first thing they thought of was a harem.

[Hey, that was rude! Have a little respect!] The system responded.

"Okay, sorry about that. But can you explain to me where I am?" The first thing she wanted to know was where the hell she ended up.

[Welcome to the world of Dragon Ball!, where the most common thing is destroyers of moons and planets.] She said a little excitedly that, for a system, she seemed more like a living person.

"You've got to be making fun of me. Does that mean I'm dead? and why am I not freaking out about this?" She didn't know, but she was actually quite calm about it.

[I'm making your emotions under control; it would be unpleasant to talk to a person in panic.] The system responded.

The conversation would continue, and the girl ended up finding out that she died thanks to a meteor that fell on top of her, but the system didn't expect the girl to curse for almost half an hour for knowing that. After that, things seemed to calm down.

"So let's go with the basics. Show me my stats." She still talked about the fact that she died with her dog and that she wasn't there feeling sad about it since the dog was her only family member.

A blue light appeared in front of her, opening a window to her specifications.

She just stood up, looking at the place she was, and then decided to explore this forest, mainly to find something to eat.
